Excellent, easy trip to historic Suzhou. Logistics flawlessly handled by Sunny. Driver, train tickets, all easy to arrange. Our tour guide, Annie, was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough. Her knowledge of history and culture superb. Great English and excellent communicator. She was a joy! Sites very interesting. Crowded but this is China. Lunch great and I've travelled extensively in China. In short a fun, comfortable day trip from Shanghai.

Shirley is a great tour guide, knows and loves her city. Was very informative and fun to walk and boat with. We highly recommend both the street food and cruise parts of the tour.The skyline of Shanghai from the river at night is magnificent.

We love everything about this trip, guide, driver, car and all logistics. Melinda is our tour guide and she has provided exemplary services. She has provided us with great suggestion on itinerary that we can maximise the one day trip to explore both Shanghai and Zhujiajiao. She went extra miles to take good care of us and made sure we are in good hands and have plenties of family photos home. She recommended us to eat really authentic meals and they are all great suggestions. We love to go back and have her as our tour guide again in the future. The driver, I forgot to ask his name, is also very polite and kind to offer to take care of my son when he was lazy to walk and wanted to be in the car waiting for us.

We had a fantastic day exploring Shanghai with Mason as our guide. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making every stop enjoyable and informative. We visited the Jade Buddha Temple, Yu Garden, and a Taoism Temple, where Mason explained their history and cultural significance. He also introduced us to delicious local food spots, which were a highlight of the tour. At Shanghai Tower, Mason shared fascinating details about the building, and the views were unforgettable. We ended the day at Tianzifang, where he brought the area’s arts and culture to life. Mason’s warmth and expertise made this an exceptional experience. Highly recommended!

Last minute tour and Roy and the Sunny team came through. Called at around 2pm to be picked up at 6 the same day and the whole thing was perfrctly planned Roy knee his history and I wouldn't have changed a thing.

We had a wonderful time on this tour - we loved the history and the beauty of the charming town and pretty gardens. Our tour guide Shirley was the best! Warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. She didn’t rush us and knew so many things we wouldn’t have discovered ourselves. The boat ride was fun too and we really enjoyed our meal. The driver was good. Highly recommend the tour and if you want friendly and professional service ask for Shirley.

My Dad and I went to Zhujiajiao together last week and had the most amazing tour with Jun! She was extremely knowledgeable about all areas of Shanghai and taught us so much on our journey. We got picked up in a lovely van at our hotel and dropped back off which made the day a lot easier. The area of Zhujiajiao was very beautiful and cannot recommend this tour enough, especially going on the private boat and seeing the town by the water. We booked the morning tour with lunch so had a lovely meal in the water town with Jun. She recommended some great food options to try and we found a great spot with a view. 5 star from us for sure! The Suzhou trip was great. Seamless. We were well taken care of by Annie from our door step in shanghai . Annie was very friendly , engaging , accomodatiing, and knowledgeable. Her chinese as well as her english was fantastic . We had a great time : good food too.

Our private tour of Shanghai with Feifei was an unforgettable experience that we highly recommend. We started our day early at the Jade Buddha Temple, where Feifei shared insightful historical and cultural anecdotes that set the tone for the rest of the tour. Next, we visited the Yuyuan Garden, a beautiful oasis in the city, before heading to the iconic Bund. Walking along Nanjing Road, we enjoyed a mix of old haunts and new spots on the newly pedestrianized stretch, fully immersed in the vibrant atmosphere. We opted to skip lunch as we were captivated by Feifei's engaging stories and the sights around us. Later, we explored the French Concession, stopping at Xintiandi for a quick Negroni while people-watching. Feifei kindly picked up the tab, which was a thoughtful gesture since she had planned to treat us to lunch. The blend of history and modernity in this area was remarkable, and we even had a chance to witness the traditional art of silk harvesting. We concluded our day back at the waterfront, filled with fond memories of Shanghai and grateful for our new found friend Feifei. Her passion for her city made our tour truly special. Great guide and tour. It was a personal tour with my wife and myself. We saw the highlights of the zoo and the water town. We left a phone in the drivers car. We were able to contact TA and they contacted the tour director Sunny. Within two hours we had our phone back. Such great service. We highly recommend bit TA and Sunny tours

Excellent experience! In Shanghai on business, we booked this for group of 4. Sunny met us at hotel - promptly and with a smile. We had a wonderful time - she is very knowledgeable about the city and speaks English fluently. We learned a lot. Shanghai Tower - we had no wait to be zoomed up to floor 125. The exhibits leading to the elevators were really well done - similar to Burj Khalifa with comparisons to other towers around the world. Info about building construction, etc. Dinner option - had a yummy dinner - family style before heading to river cruise. Sunny's colleague, Roy, served as our escort for the cruise. For ladies - TIP - use the restroom at restaurant. One at dock - hole in the floor and no paper. The cruise was beautiful and relaxing. You are seating in a VIP area at front of the boat - great sightlines. Shanghai at night was gorgeous and Roy was very informative about the buildings and story behind the history of the Bund and changes made to the waterfront to make it so nice. Only regret I have is not seeing it all in daylight so I could compare to my pics of the buildings all lit up.
