If you miss this time with Caroline you have missed the very best of Shanghai. She is amazing filled with enthusiasm and energy. Her smile alone is worth a trip across the Pacific. The cruise is wonderful (my favorite thing to do in Shanghai), the food at the restaurant superb, but the highlight of them all is getting to spend a few hours with Caroline. Not to be missed

Guide FRED was exceptional - very knowledgeable and customized the trip at the last minute to our desires (Nanjing Massacre Memorial Museum visit). He also ordered and shared a local, fresh Chinese lunch which was much appreciated by all. Communication and coordination for this tour were perfect - no issues. It was complex as it involved taxi’s to train stations, high speed train connections, etc. We experienced zero issues all day..we highly recommend this tour, guide, and operator. Would definitely use again .

Suzhou is a beautiful place, with lots to offer. My guide, Berlin, was very knowledgeable and fun. She was also very flexible: when I expressed the desire to change a part of the trip, she helped me figure out alternatives. We opted for the Museum on the history of silk, which was absolutely beautiful and informative. Berlin also helped me find my hat, when I lost it at the train station, and was very present throughout the trip. I highly recommend ber.

Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Shanghai. Caroline was a fantastic tour guide with a wealth of information on Shanghai and China. The cruise was very crowded but the tour includes "VIP" area seats. The views were incredible and it was nice to see in the evening when it was less hot. Dinner was delicious and Caroline was so sweet in helping us pick several different entrees to try a variety of Shanghai dishes.

We had a great time on our private Shanghai tour with May! We learned so much about Shanghai and China. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The day was perfectly planned with plenty of cold water, AC car rides, and scenic views. We enjoyed lunch in the Zhujiajiao water town and it was amazing! Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Shanghai!

We had Jerry as our tour guide. This is our family’s first trip to China. Jerry was very considerate and organized this tour perfectly. Alana took care of and communicated every detail. A wonderful guide and driver took us to the train station in Shanghai and we learned about the city.. Fred met us in Nanjing and planned a FANTASTIC day for us! His timing with the driver was precise and we saw everything we hoped to plus lots more. Fred took us to a local restaurant where we had our best meal in China! Fred is knowledgeable, professional, energetic and organized. We had a worry-free and wonderful day!

From booking, pick up to drop off, the trip was faultless. Judy our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, she had a very friendly and accommodating approach, nothing was too much. The car was 5 star comfort, and our driver Miss Lee was also very good. The gardens are stunning and the boat trip was beautiful. Lunch was authentic and being accompanied by Judy was peace of mind we were catered for over the complete tour. We asked Judy if we could be dropped us back at the french concession in the afternoon and this was no issue, Judy even and explained the history of this area along with advising how we navigate the metro back to our hotel in the evening. We would highly recommend this tour, and thank you for such a memorable day.

My guide, Kalvin, was very knowledgeable and flexible. He went above and beyond to provide the history of Shanghai and Zhujiajiao. Despite the extremely hot weather, we had a wonderful day.

I really loved how knowledgeable my guide, Xin, was. She was incredibly friendly and intelligent. We went to the Yu gardens ,and to Chinatown, and to a beautiful observation deck and dinner a walk along the balloon and finally a wonderful trip on the river. If you are thinking of taking this trip, I suggest you do. It was a once in a lifetime experience. I only speak a little Chinese and having somebody that was fluent and knew the city made me feel so confident. Did I mention you should do this? :)

Xin was an excellent guide. She collected me from my hotel, guided me through the high speed train network and gave an informative tour through the city. The lake was stunning and the tea plantation was gorgeous. The temple was impressive and we had a delicious lunch. Xin then took me back to my Shanghai hotel. A highly recommended experience!

Hangzhou is a very beautiful city, i highly racommend it, Mr pan is a very expert, prepared and available guide, so i can say out loud that today’s tour was excellent.

We booked this trip online and the day before we got contacted with more details on who would be our guide and when we would be picked up. Once picked up the next day, it went super well! The driver was a very good driver and had a nice modern airconditioned car. Our tour lady, Judy, talked in the car and explained about Shanghai and the water village we would be visiting. Once we got to our destination, she guided us through the village and also gave us some alone time to go shopping or explore a temple at our own pace. The restaurant she chose for lunch was really good! She asked us what kind of food we liked and ordered everything and it was delicious. This tour is really nice and you do not have to worry about a thing: Judy paid for the tickets and the restaurant locally and made sure that the driver was ready to pick us up on time. Would definitely book with her again next time i come to shanghai!!
