Very easy! My flight was 2 hours delayed and they were still there waiting for me without fee. Driver was excellent and helpful.

This was our first visit to Shanghai & so we arranged for a private pick up service from the airport. We found it was cheaper than what the hotels were offering but above Didi or train. Mr Orange was easy to communicate with via Whats App & knew when we had landed. Meeting our driver (Mr Wang) was no issue and we arrived at our hotel within 45 minutes as expected.

I really cannot recommend Mr Orange enough. In total we did 5 trips. Airport to downtown. Downtown to Disney. Disney to cruise port. Cruise port to downtown. Downtown to airport. It took all of the hassle out of our transport worries as our party was 4 adults and 4 cases. The communication from pre trip, night before and day of pickup were absolutely superb. Very fast to respond. Accommodated a last minute pickup time change. Drivers were prompt and helpful and always on time. Easy to find with the Mr Orange sign. Driving style was great (unlike the local taxi we took). The cars were clean and modern. 5* service 5* review

We organized a tour from Datong (Yungang caves, hanging Temple and Yingxian Muta) with my Orange transfers. Everything was very well planned by David, who was always quick and accurate in all communications. We had a wonderful day thanks to the precise organization and the nice company of our driver Liqun who was really helpful and explained us many things. He gave us plenty of time to explore the places, even beyond the scheduled time. I would really reccomend My Orange transfers, I found them very professional and efficient and we met nice people.

We have used Mr. Orange service 2 times in the 10 days we were in China. 1 time from Pudong airport, to Hongqiao train station in Shanghai. 2 time from Chuzhou city to Pudong Airport. Both times Mr. Orange delivered the service, and more then was agreed. Security throughout the process, which is super important when you come to a new country as a tourist. Therefore can strongly recommend using Mr. Orange for transport between A-B.

We chartered a car with Mr. Orange in Xi'an and another day in Suzhou. Similar to our experience in Xi'an, we had a wonderful time with our driver, Mr. Zhang. Mr. Zhang was professional, friendly, helpful, and an excellent, safe driver. He kindly suggested places of interest near our hotel when we asked. There was NO hard-sell shopping trips. David and Yaya managed our initial bookings and logistics during the day of hire. Their services are commendable. Yaya forwarded a photo of Mr. Zhang and his car details, and connected us on WeChat a day before. We felt really taken care of and safe, considering we were new to Suzhou and meeting a stranger who would be driving us around.

BEST. TRANSPORTATION SERVICE. EVER. 5 STARS! I've traveled across the Americas, Europe, and Asia and I can honestly say I have never never had better CUSTOMER SERVICE anywhere. Mr. Orange was constantly in contact with me the entire trip and made sure that my group and mine's needs were met. They were in constant contact and even had helpful recommendations for the destinations and our travel plans. Seriously, when they say customer service, they mean it! The cars are clean and modern and the drivers are extremely professional and courteous. They were also ON POINT with timing as they knew when we should allot additional time for transportation and when may have scheduled too early and it wouldn't take as long. They handled everything after booking from end-to-end and kept in touch the entire way, even checking-in with photos and vehicle descriptions the day before each transportation was needed. I am SO HAPPY that I used them for my bookings across China's major cities because I doubt I would've found a more professional and courteous service. Seriously, Mr. Orange is THE BEST!

I used this service from Baoshan Cruise Terminal to Pudong Airport. Good communication before arrival. The driver was very kindness and the taxi was clean. We would like to use them again.

We travelled recently travelled as a large group and was very difficult to find transportation. Luckily we came across Viator. We were able to communication with David with easy and they were very accommodating when our flight was delayed. On arrival, the driver met us with a noticeable sign. The mini van was more than sufficient for the 5 adults and 2 child. Thought the service would be considered pricey compared to using taxis from the airport, it was much easier and provided a piece of mind. Would use again.

To avoid the hassle of using transportation, we used Mr. Orange's private transfer from Shanghai Pudong Airport to Wusongkou Cruise Terminal, and from Wusongkou Cruise Terminal to Zhujiajiao Ancient Water Town before returning to Shanghai Pudong Airport. Using private transfer is more convenient and faster, the driver is on time and willing to help. Booking and communication through Mr. David Yang.

We had 2 great transfers to and from Disneyland Hotel. The pick up going back to the airport was fine except I had to sit in the back with the luggage. Evidently we had too much luggage. It was fine because we were very close to the airport, but slightly uncomfortable.

Driver was on time and very professional. Company provided all relevant information on driver, car and their contact details.

Booked my transfer via TripAdvisor. Great communications with the provider via WhatsApp, efficient pick up, nice car, great service all round. Would use again.
