You have your answer. Nini is an excellent guide who can converse well in English, understand your requirements, very flexible, reliable, friendly, amazing personality and attitude.... I can keep going on. My wife and I had a very good time, Thanks to NIni. She was willing to work even after her tour ended if we needed any guidance, speak to locals in Chinese on phone etc. I highly recommend her. One of the very memorable vacation trips we had.

the tour was well planned and structured nicely. 1. Zhujiajiao ancient town was beautiful, would recommend taking a leisure walk around the streets and boat tour (15mins) only if you do not intend to spend much time walking. 2. Silk museum is a decent visit, good to learn a little about making of pillows and blankets but ultimately a sales pitch. Sales people are not pushy though. 3. Cruise was definitely worth it but pretty crowded. Get a good standing spot early. Overall the tour guide was knowledgeable and extremely courteous. Communication before pick up and throughout the tour was well managed. Would recommend this tour highly, hassle free and relaxing day.

That was our first trip to Shanghai and I must say we all had an enjoyable day trip at the zhujiajiao and Huangpu river cruise. Our guide Nini was very helpful and always smiling. She conversed well in both English and Chinese. Our 2 young kids love talking to her. We highly recommend her as your tour guide in Shanghai!

Zhujiajiao was huge and amazing! It has many small stores and snacks. But if i can give perfect scores, i will give that score for cruise! It was really really beautiful! Both guides provided were very informative, flexible and caring. They were very cooperative and caring to individual in the team, and smart in managing time. We did not face any difficulties during the whole travel time. The food was also good.
