We had a very pleasant time in Hangzhou. Ms. Apple met us at the hotel and took us by a private car to ride the bullet train to Hangzhou from Shanghai. The business cabin was comfortable and semi private. We were met by a nice van in Hangzhou and began our journey with a bountiful lunch with local cuisines, we had the most delicious duck soup ever! We visited an ancient temple in the city, then walked around the most famous lake in China, the West Lake. Ms. Apple gave us the history of the lake, many stories with famous people and poems that were written about the lake, we took a boat ride to a small island to get a good view of the lake. The lake was huge, surrounded by willows and beautiful lotus flowers. Then we visited a local shopping district, with an oldest herbal store and many local snacks and souvenir shops. The tour ended with Ms. Apple dropping us off at the hotel. Ms. Apple was attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable. We had a memorable day with Ms. Apple and Hangzhou.

Shanghai ERA Theatre Acrobatic Show was included in our itinerary by Sunflower tours. Whenever you visit China, always take out time to watch the acrobatic show. And this performance by Shanghai ERA theatre artists was a complete 90-minute entertainment package. Our guide Miss Mary got us the best seating in the theater. The show comprises of traditional performances and also use of latest technology. The artists are full of energy and brought the entire audience to their seats with their mesmerizing performances. The show theme, stage decoration, lighting, props, costumes, the artists all put together brought the entire theater to life. I don't want to write specific details about the performances as one should go and experience it for themselves. The way they build up the tempo each act after the act, will make you feel like the show should go on forever. This show is an entertainment for the entire family and especially the kids will like it a lot. Hats off to all the performers of ERA and I would recommend anyone traveling to Shanghai not to miss this show.

We had very limited time in Shanghai, so wanted to see most of it, but our friend suggest to see Acrobatic show. We were wondering how good the show would be to spend our limited time but this was one of the top highlight of the trip. The motorbike stunt stand out of the the rest. MUST WATCH.

This was one of its kind trip. We wanted to experience bullet train, and have good time, Suzhou had it all. From lovely parks full of beautiful people, to boating feeling like Venice, to see the leaning trover in tiger hill. Our guide Ms. Apple was very helpful, and gave us an excellent background to the history. Do enjoy shopping in Suzhou.

This was my first ever trip to China and after a tiring work schedule for 4 days in Yantai, we arrived at Shanghai to relieve some stress & pressure. We had chosen Sunflower Tours based on the previous experience from my friend Ram who was also with us during this trip. It turns out that the service was far beyond our expectations and we really had a good time with Ms. Mary on the first day. On the day we arrived at Pudong airport from Yantai, our driver Ms. Cao picked us from the airport and dropped us to the hotel. Though we had a language barrier, he seems very polite and reliable. At the time when we arrived at the hotel, Ms. Mary, I would describe her as the best tour guide i have ever experienced, was waiting at the lobby for us. She then quickly arranged our check in and waited us to get changed for the day tour. We then went to see the Jade Budda temple, and explained each and tiny details of this temple in a very clear and vivid way which was impressive. Being a local from shanghai, she could easy convey us the history of different dynasties and the Chinese culture in simple way. We then moved to see the Bund, and to Park Hyatt for a short break and for refreshments. The view was unbelievable and Ms. Mary also have excellent photography skills. We took hundred of photos and then moved to watch Acrobatic show. This show blew my mind and was the best show I have ever seen. Really appreciate Sunflower team to choose the perfect seating location for us to watch and enjoy the show to its full power. Ms. Mary waited for us to finish the shown and then Mr. Cao took us back to our hotel. I came back to China for tourism after 10 years and I had used Sunflower Tours to plan my day's itinerary in Shanghai for sightseeing. During my last visit to China in 2012, Sunflower Tours had organized my tours in Beijing. One the day of our trip, my friends and I arrived in Pudong Airport, and we took the Maglev Train to Longyang Road Train Station. Our driver Mr. Cao picked us up from here and was with us full day driving us around Shanghai. He was on time and very reliable. Mr. Cao also dropped us back to the airport during our departure from Shanghai. Our trip to the airport was 4am in the morning and he was at our hotel before time. Our guide Ms. Mary met us at the hotel lobby, helped us check in to our rooms. After 30 mins we met her back at the lobby, and she briefly explained our day's plan. Ms. Mary is a full-time professional tour guide with more than 10 years of experience. She is a local from Shanghai and knows all about the city. She is an excellent photographer as well and speaks very good English. She took us a restaurant for traditional Chinese lunch. And after lunch she took us to Jade Buddha temple, the Bund, and to Park Hyatt for an evening tea from where we had an ariel view of the Shanghai's skyline. In the evening Ms Mary took us to the ERA's acrobatic show, which is the most famous 90-minute entertainment in Shanghai. When you are in China you should always take timeout to see an acrobatic show. They are fantastic performers; you'll enjoy every minute of the show and its worth all the money. Ms Mary also booked us the best seats in the theatre. We finished our day at 9pm after the acrobatic show and Mr Cao dropped us back to the hotel. It was a good day trip in Shanghai, their tour prices are standard and always at par with other operators. I'll definitely recommend Sunflower Tours to my friends and colleagues. My favorite part of the experience is how easy she made it to follow along. It was honestly so much fun. I don't have much cooking skills but she was kind and patient. She answered any questions I had and was so helpful. She's also very engaging. Not to mention the fried rice came out delish! I had it for three days in a row and it was so yummy! She also sent us the recipe which is so helpful. Definitely will be making some more. :)

This was my second time booking a class with Chef Miss Li, i loved the first class doing dim sum so much that i booked this one for my whole family. We all enjoyed it, she has such a lovable personality, her energy is appreciated and he expertise is amazing! Our chicken fried rice came out delicious! This class was just as fun as the first and i highly recommend taking any of her courses.

I enjoyed Very much walking on the old town having lunch with a Very amazing tour guide Mary in the 100 years old restaurant. So grateful seeing the Jade buddha and learning some cultures and a Beautiful You Garden. And Thank you so much for accommodating my last minute tour.

This is our first time to Shanghai for business trip and leisure. When the business matters were done we decided to go to Suzhou. We very suddenly booked this trip (7pm) for next morning 😀 I thought it would be cancelled by the tour agent. But what was suprising was that the professionaly made a schedule for tomorrow 👍👍 Next morning Ms Julia picked up us at the hotel on time and we headed to train station to board the train (to Suzhou) Arriving in Suzhou (30 mins by bullet train), we were picked up by Mr Zhong in nice and clear car. We visited tourist spots in beautiful Suzhou 😍😍 In the afternoon we returned to train station to Shanghai. Sunflower Li and her staff were phenomenal! Truly white glove treatment from my hotel door through the train rides and then to the wall. A great day filled with the history of the wall and they shepherded me throughout the day and got me back to my hotel in Shanghai the same day. All details were taken care of very well and Li, Lena and Esther guided me like I was a member of their family. I highly recommend using Sunflower.
