We are a group of four family members and friends. We engaged Mr.Orange service to transfer us from Guangzhou to Macao, Shenzhen and back to Guangzhou. The staff , David Yang, kept us well informed of the vehicle and driver that would be fetching us. The different vehicles on different routes were very clean, drivers were well mannered, helpful and prompt. We were very glad that we had engaged the service of Mr.Orange. We would use their service again in the near future.

We contacted Mr.Orange for our transfers from Shanghai to ZhouShan (Putuo Mountain) and from ZhouShan to NingBo Airport. Mr.Orange was very fast response and had clear understanding of our needs. He even arranged the driver to help us getting from the hotel in ZhouShan to the ferry in the morning so we dont have to worry about local transport. The driver was on time, car was very clean. We were very satisfied with the service. Would totally recommend Mr.Orange & will use his service again on our next visit to China.

I have recently had an amazing experience using Orange Transfers and would highly recommend them for anybody else needing to get around in China. I made contact with David who organised the transfer for us - he was extremely friendly and made the booking process very easy. I then had to communicate further with David as unfortunately our circumstances changed and we had to cancel a portion of the transport we had booked. David was extremely understanding, very flexible and provided us a refund for the part we were no longer going to use. The day before my transfer I was provided with a photo of the driver, a picture of the car showing its number plate and the drivers phone number. When it was time for my transfer, it was scheduled for 10am but I arrived at 9:20am and the driver was already waiting for me holding a sign with my name so he was easily identifiable. He kindly took our suitcases to the car for us and then drove us safely to our destination. I have been extremely impressed with the service provided by Orange Transfers and would not hesitate to use them again.

Booked an airport transfer to get to my hotel in Shanghai. David handled my queries. Driver was already waiting for us once we reached and he brought us to our hotel safely. We used Mr. Orange transfer service in each of the cities we traveled too (Shanghai, Changzhou, and Changdu). We also used Mr. Orange for tickets and a car service to and from the Panda center in Chengdu. Every time the driver was at least 10 minutes early, always with a sign, and a luxury vehicle that was spotless. Mr. Orange (David) was an excellent communicator and allowed us to make changes to our plans throughout our two week trip in China. I would use this service again and only use this service

I booked a few transfer with David (Orange Transfer) for my parents. My parents are seniors around 70-80 years old. His price is reasonable. I compared it with other company. Paid everything in advance before the trip through alipay. Everything runs smoothly. I told David that my parents dont have any wechat account and only can communicate through whatsapp. Well ,he set up a whatsapp group for my parents for easier communication and everythin turns out well. When they arrive in the airport, they can find the driver easily with Mr Orange signage. We definetly will use his service again when we come to China. Thank you David

I definitely recommend OrangeTransfer for all your transfers in China. I used it for the first time last week for business from Pudong airport to hangqiao railway station (back and forth): very easy to meet the driver as they have a sign with your name and the logo. Very easy to make the reservation on the net, and even if you don't have any paypal account. I had a very good contact with David (travel assistant): he answered to your email or message very fast !!! Very easy! My flight was 2 hours delayed and they were still there waiting for me without fee. Driver was excellent and helpful.

This was our first visit to Shanghai & so we arranged for a private pick up service from the airport. We found it was cheaper than what the hotels were offering but above Didi or train. Mr Orange was easy to communicate with via Whats App & knew when we had landed. Meeting our driver (Mr Wang) was no issue and we arrived at our hotel within 45 minutes as expected.
