We were to arrive in Shanghai and needed a trnasfer to the cruise terminal. I contacted Sofia who quickly responded and efficiently detailed the service Mr Orange could supply. We found all the details were suppied and payment made easy. We did not have to worry about our transfer. Unfortunately the cruise was cancelled. I contacted Sofia and within the hour Mr Orange had refunded our payment and wished us well for a future visit. We arranged the services for a private car with a driver and an English speaking guide for our 3-day visit to Shanghai after our 30 days Holland America Asia Pacific Cruise. We dealt with Sophia through the whole process and she offered suggestions and was able to answer our questions in a timely fashion. She was very professional. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel our complete vacation. As advertised by Mr. Orange, they refunded the total deposit that we paid for their services in a timely manner!
