Organizing this transfer from home via email with an english speaking person was excellent. Mr O was ontime & easy to find

We used Mr Orange for airport transfers and a day tour to Tongli water town. David was our contact in Mr Orange and we were so impressed with his company. He offered excellent communication both before our arrival in Shanghai and during our stay. So very easy to work with. All our pick ups were punctual and the car was clean and comfortable. I have recently had an amazing experience using Orange Transfers and would highly recommend them for anybody else needing to get around in China. I made contact with David who organised the transfer for us - he was extremely friendly and made the booking process very easy. I then had to communicate further with David as unfortunately our circumstances changed and we had to cancel a portion of the transport we had booked. David was extremely understanding, very flexible and provided us a refund for the part we were no longer going to use. The day before my transfer I was provided with a photo of the driver, a picture of the car showing its number plate and the drivers phone number. When it was time for my transfer, it was scheduled for 10am but I arrived at 9:20am and the driver was already waiting for me holding a sign with my name so he was easily identifiable. He kindly took our suitcases to the car for us and then drove us safely to our destination. I have been extremely impressed with the service provided by Orange Transfers and would not hesitate to use them again.

Booked an airport transfer to get to my hotel in Shanghai. David handled my queries. Driver was already waiting for us once we reached and he brought us to our hotel safely. David updated me through email on the weather condition in Shanghai once we reached our hotel Car was comfortable and clean. We used Mr. Orange transfer service in each of the cities we traveled too (Shanghai, Changzhou, and Changdu). We also used Mr. Orange for tickets and a car service to and from the Panda center in Chengdu. Every time the driver was at least 10 minutes early, always with a sign, and a luxury vehicle that was spotless. Mr. Orange (David) was an excellent communicator and allowed us to make changes to our plans throughout our two week trip in China. I would use this service again and only use this service

I booked a few transfer with David (Orange Transfer) for my parents. My parents are seniors around 70-80 years old. His price is reasonable. I compared it with other company. Paid everything in advance before the trip through alipay. Everything runs smoothly. I told David that my parents dont have any wechat account and only can communicate through whatsapp. Well ,he set up a whatsapp group for my parents for easier communication and everythin turns out well. When they arrive in the airport, they can find the driver easily with Mr Orange signage. We definetly will use his service again when we come to China. Thank you David

I definitely recommend OrangeTransfer for all your transfers in China. I used it for the first time last week for business from Pudong airport to hangqiao railway station (back and forth): very easy to meet the driver as they have a sign with your name and the logo. Very easy to make the reservation on the net, and even if you don't have any paypal account. I had a very good contact with David (travel assistant): he answered to your email or message very fast !!! Great company to use for transfers. Kept up to date by David via WhatsApp during our entire trip. Received messages in advance with drivers information and any questions I had were answered promptly. Highly recommended this company and will be using again in the future.

Very easy! My flight was 2 hours delayed and they were still there waiting for me without fee. Driver was excellent and helpful.

This was our first visit to Shanghai & so we arranged for a private pick up service from the airport. We found it was cheaper than what the hotels were offering but above Didi or train. Mr Orange was easy to communicate with via Whats App & knew when we had landed. Meeting our driver (Mr Wang) was no issue and we arrived at our hotel within 45 minutes as expected.

I really cannot recommend Mr Orange enough. In total we did 5 trips. Airport to downtown. Downtown to Disney. Disney to cruise port. Cruise port to downtown. Downtown to airport. It took all of the hassle out of our transport worries as our party was 4 adults and 4 cases. The communication from pre trip, night before and day of pickup were absolutely superb. Very fast to respond. Accommodated a last minute pickup time change. Drivers were prompt and helpful and always on time. Easy to find with the Mr Orange sign. We organized a tour from Datong (Yungang caves, hanging Temple and Yingxian Muta) with my Orange transfers. Everything was very well planned by David, who was always quick and accurate in all communications. We had a wonderful day thanks to the precise organization and the nice company of our driver Liqun who was really helpful and explained us many things. He gave us plenty of time to explore the places, even beyond the scheduled time. I would really reccomend My Orange transfers, I found them very professional and efficient and we met nice people.

We have used Mr. Orange service 2 times in the 10 days we were in China. 1 time from Pudong airport, to Hongqiao train station in Shanghai. 2 time from Chuzhou city to Pudong Airport. Both times Mr. Orange delivered the service, and more then was agreed. Security throughout the process, which is super important when you come to a new country as a tourist. Therefore can strongly recommend using Mr. Orange for transport between A-B.
