My dad and I went on the trip. Melinda was the best tour guide we could have imagined. She explained to us every intricate detail there was to understand - not only of the aspects regarding the tour, but of the Chinese culture today as well. She also went above and beyond by helping us organize other trips and helping us with arranging our travels around China that we wouldn’t have been able to undertake without her help. The tour, and especially Melinda, where absolutely amazing and we’d recommend anyone who reads this to book this tour and enjoy the beautiful Watertown and the good company that comes with it.

Annie was the highlight of the trip. We saw old Shanghai and new Shanghai. The tour was highly customizable with our wants. Lunch was delicious. We came away with a broader understanding of Shanghai. 5 stars. 100% recommend. This was a completely private tour; meaning that it was just us and our guide the whole time. VIP the whole way.

it was an amazing, activity filled day. We saw and did so much！ we got to see tge real china, took tge bulket train, a canal boat ride and a 1200year old pagoda. We would have been totally lost without Roy, our superb tour guide. Totally worth the money. Would highly recommend this activity. Go with Roy. His english is great and he is very knowledgeable about the history of China.

Annie was fabulous. Very knowledgeable and well read. Her English was perfect. We were chauffeured in a new Tesla. Water Village gave us a lot of great pictures. Highly recommend.

Suzhou is great, tour guide Melinda pays attention to details and plans well. Recommended tour but check weather forecast before booking. Highly recommended.

Roy was a superb guide, with deep knowledge of the historical significance of the places we visited and making it relatable for us. Our chinese wasn’t great and he was very patient with me and parents, when we tried to read the chinese characters heh. Roy was professional and thoughtful at the same time (travelling with my 70+ and 80+ parents), he absolutely made our day. Highly reccomended.

Sarah was an excellent guide, very friendly accommodating and told us a lot about the history of Shanghai. Everything was perfectly organised, the restaurant was very tasteful and the Peking duck excellent. An unforgettable experience.

Ruby was an excellent guide - she showed us interesting historical and modern parts of Shanghai. Ruby was great company and her English is very good. Our driver was great & car cool and comfortable. This is a great trip to do soon after arriving in Shanghai to understand the city and culture.

About as rude as a tour company can get. Their website said “strollers and wheelchair accessible”. When we reached out to make sure that was the case, they simply told us we need to cancel immediately. They refused to answer any further emails/questions, only restating that we need to cancel. I would avoid these people.

I had a very nice tour to Suzhou with Melinda. We visited many fascinating sights including the Master of Net`s garden, the Silk museum and Tiger Hill. Melinda was very good at providing detailed information including history and context. The tour was very well organized

My daughter and I went on the tour yesterday morning with Shirley and it was fabulous! We were picked up straight from our hotel in a nice car and it took about an hour to get to the town. The town itself was great to see and lots of good places for photos. The boat ride was our favorite part. There were lots of little shops for souvenirs. Shirley was an excellent tour guide and very knowledgeable about the town and Shanghai. It was fun being with her. Lunch was good as well. We would definitely recommend booking!

We had a nice relaxed time with this tour. Our guide Shirley was patient and knowledgeable about Shanghai. We felt comfortable and safe with her. The tour itinerary was ideal as we saw Shanghai’s famous lighted skyline and experienced iconic flavors all in one evening. Our guide Shirley was terrific and got us on a cruise just before the building lights went on. She explained a little history of the area called The Bund. We worked up an appetite and had delicious tastings of the typical Shanghai cuisine. You can do the tour with food tour then cruise or like we did it, cruise then food. The manager, Sunny, was very organized and set us up for a successful evening. Don’t hesitate to sign up for this tour. Shirley speaks fluent English and and very accommodating. She knows where all the good bathrooms are if you know what I mean.
