The guide Snow was fantastic, knew everything about Shanghai like nice places, history and interesting things to learn about. Thank's a lot having her with us during our visit. We also received a delicious dumpling as a gift. Was great.

As a solo traveler I felt comfortable and safe travelling to the Pudong Airport with Mr. Yang. It was pouring with rain, and he made every effort to keep me and my bag dry while he got wet. A very friendly guy making every second of the trip to the airport memorable. The car was in immaculate condition, and I felt very cool getting a transfer in a stunning Tesla. Thank you, Mr. Yang, for a great farewell drive.

If you want to go see Hangzhou you have to do a tour. Metro is not convenient and taxis charge flat 100-200 RMB because of severe traffic. To see other sites besides West Lake you need to go with private tour. We had private van with AC. Carline was great and fluent in English. She gave amazing detailed historical background on all our sites and knew the best photo spots. Lunch was amazing. Probably the best meal I have had all week in the Shanghai area. I would choose this tour again!

We choose to do this tour not knowing what we would get. The communication thought was fantastic, they were willing to help all the way though the tour- Our private tour guide Bella was a delight to be with , fluent English. Bella’s Knowledge and understanding was greatly appreciated. Bella thank you for taking us for dumplings too . I would use this company again and would recommend to any visitors

We have visited Yu Garden, Jade Buddha Temple, Shanghai Tower and amazing Water Village. All the place we have been were amazing with sufficient and very interesting guide done by a tourgude eho was called Snów. I was able to see a sample of China from quite old water Village to the most moder Shanghai Bund. Transportation was very smooth with a high quality car. Wort to make it ;) Chris

The tour was wonderful! I selected it because of all the 5 star reviews and it did not disappoint! Xin was a fabulous guide. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, and took great photos for me! I would recommend her and this tour to anyone. Great way to see the city from an insider perspective and I felt so safe as I was a women traveling alone.

May was the best tour guide. She was easy to talk to and really knowledgeable. Also, shared a lot about the Chinese culture. I learned so much and had a great time!

We choose the half day trip to water town and it was a lovely experience!!First of all the driver was kind and very calm driving!But our tour guide Xin was soooo Good she made our day wonderful!!She was really calm giving as the time to take photos and never feel rush!Its obvious she loves what she is doing!!We felt with her as we were with our friend!!Very good knowledge about everything and perfect English speaking!We travel a lot to all over the world but this tour was one of our best we really enjoyed!!Thank you for everything!!

Very good half Day tour! Our guide Xin was very polite and knowledgeable! We didn't feel rushed and we had plenty of time in the water town! We opted for the tour with the lunch option. Food was good traditional dishes. Very nice. The water town is only 1 hour drive from the city. The driver also very good and polite. Very safe drive. A must do activity, if you are in Shanghai.
