From booking, pick up to drop off, the trip was faultless. Judy our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, she had a very friendly and accommodating approach, nothing was too much. The car was 5 star comfort, and our driver Miss Lee was also very good. The gardens are stunning and the boat trip was beautiful. Lunch was authentic and being accompanied by Judy was peace of mind we were catered for over the complete tour. We asked Judy if we could be dropped us back at the french concession in the afternoon and this was no issue, Judy even and explained the history of this area along with advising how we navigate the metro back to our hotel in the evening. We would highly recommend this tour, and thank you for such a memorable day.

My guide, Kalvin, was very knowledgeable and flexible. He went above and beyond to provide the history of Shanghai and Zhujiajiao. Despite the extremely hot weather, we had a wonderful day.

I really loved how knowledgeable my guide, Xin, was. She was incredibly friendly and intelligent. We went to the Yu gardens ,and to Chinatown, and to a beautiful observation deck and dinner a walk along the balloon and finally a wonderful trip on the river. If you are thinking of taking this trip, I suggest you do. It was a once in a lifetime experience. I only speak a little Chinese and having somebody that was fluent and knew the city made me feel so confident. Did I mention you should do this? :)

Xin was an excellent guide. She collected me from my hotel, guided me through the high speed train network and gave an informative tour through the city. The lake was stunning and the tea plantation was gorgeous. The temple was impressive and we had a delicious lunch. Xin then took me back to my Shanghai hotel. A highly recommended experience!

Hangzhou is a very beautiful city, i highly racommend it, Mr pan is a very expert, prepared and available guide, so i can say out loud that today’s tour was excellent.

We booked this trip online and the day before we got contacted with more details on who would be our guide and when we would be picked up. Once picked up the next day, it went super well! The driver was a very good driver and had a nice modern airconditioned car. Our tour lady, Judy, talked in the car and explained about Shanghai and the water village we would be visiting. Once we got to our destination, she guided us through the village and also gave us some alone time to go shopping or explore a temple at our own pace. The restaurant she chose for lunch was really good! She asked us what kind of food we liked and ordered everything and it was delicious. This tour is really nice and you do not have to worry about a thing: Judy paid for the tickets and the restaurant locally and made sure that the driver was ready to pick us up on time. Would definitely book with her again next time i come to shanghai!!

Had a fantastic day out with Mary and our driver. Mary gave excellent information about the different locations and was super accommodating to my requests. For example, I asked if we could please see the French area after we finished the old city and she and the driver arranged an impromptu stop off and walk around the area. The tour company also arranged the itinery with me the night before and accommodated my request to see the sunset at Shanghai tower. I never felt rushed and saw so much more than I was expecting. An excellent tour and one I highly recommend.

This was a great way to spend a day exploring Shanghai. Kalvin was extremely nice and informative. Kalvin fit a lot into this 8 hours. I would highly suggest this tour. The car was clean and the driver was very professional.

Came to Shanghai as I was in the region for work the prior week. Called on this tour operator to take me to Water Town, and see some of the more famous things in Shanghai. The sites were great, the guide knowledgeable & was helpful in taking pictures for me versus me using a selfie-stick, and overall had a good time.

This trip will always stay in my heart. The tour guide May has a very pleasant demeanor and excellent communication skills. She has rich knowledge of Chinese culture and history. I will always cherish the moments spent here 💙

Blair was a great guide and was very fun to spend the entire day with. We really appreciated having our own car and driver, especially because Shanghai can be so hot in the summer. We highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the sights in and around Shanghai.

The trip was amazing. Our guide, Carolin, was a superstar and fulfilled all our wishes. Instead of one garden, we went to the zoo to see the panda. It was incredible.

It was great to get out of the city and see how some people in the local area lived in the past. We met Xin, our lovely guide and Shanghai local, in our hotel lobby at 8:30am to avoid the heat and headed off in a nice Mercedes vehicle. It’s about an hours drive and was so nice to get there before most people. Lovely quaint streets and would be a good place to do some shopping though we only had a few things left on our gift list. Xin was very knowledgeable. We also explored a fantastic garden previously owned by a wealthy family and then took the boat back the way we came. Finished with a delicious lunch before we headed back to Shanghai. We talked about the Jewish grotto in Shanghai which was occupied by Jews escaping WW2 and Xin went out of her way to arrange for the driver to drop us and herself off there so we could have a little explore before we walked back to our hotel. An excellent trip and well worth the money.

Charming village! It was lovely to get away from the large crowds and just meander the beautiful alleys. Our tour guide Jane, was lovely.
