It was a great experience with a very helpful host. I would recommend taking the river cruise as part of a tour rather than just buying a ticket at the terminal. Also a very delicious Xinjiang dinner

I booked this transfer service from Pudong to the F1 Shanghai Circuit and had a fantastic experience. Mr. Lu, the driver, was excellent—very professional, punctual, and made the ride smooth and comfortable. The car was spotless, and he handled everything with care. What a great day. Mary was a lovely and knowledgeable guide for me and my two teenage daughters. She helped us get to know the town in an historical and recreational (shopping and eating) way. The car and driver there was also very clean and comfortable. We started early to stay out of the most crowded times. And the operator was terrific, super flexible and very communicative. Highly highly recommended all around.

May was an amazing tour guide. We had such a fun day in water town. The garden, the temple, the boat ride, lunch and walking through the streets was all such a cool experience. We enjoyed the whole day and recommend to everyone else.

This is by far the best overall guided tour I've had the good fortune of attending. My tour guide Lin was super sweet, knowledgeable, customer- centric, and a fabulous representative of her beautiful country's rick culture. The water town its self is enchanting and feels so authentic. The shops and shopkeepers are courteous and the artisans are super gifted.

My guide Kelvin was informed and informative on the historical and cultural aspects of the trip. It was an excellent tour and he was great company throughout. Highly recommend.
