China pleasantly surprised us, we fell in love with this country. Denny was the person from the agency who helped us organize our visit. We suggested changes and recommendations, and he assisted us every step of the way. Communication with him was very easy, and he was incredibly kind. As for the guide, Linda, she was fantastic: she explained everything very well and was also very kind and friendly. I recommend it 100%.

Excellent communication since the beginning. We built together the journey that suited us best and we had the freedom to choose the flights and hotels. Denny then "sewed" the trip, organizing all the transport, transfers, admissions. During our trip through China, we experienced two wonderful tours with our very good german-speaking guide Walter. Both of the tours were very nice and a great experience for us. We did a 26 days trip. all with the organization, reservations, suggestions, done with excelence, by The China Guide. We visit 8 (eight) cities, got all type of transport/ visit very different sites, with atentive guides, that told us the history and curiosities about the cities and people.. No shoppings involved. I'd like to remark the paitence and advices from Dennis Tien, that help us planning and was aware of our movments and needs d,uring the whole trip.

I arrived in Beijing for meetings a day early so I could explore. I booked a tour of Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and Mutianyu Great Wall. Denny Tian was my travel coordinator. He was easy to work with, checked back from me when he hadn't heard back and answered all my questions with a tone that let me know it wasn't a bother. He even helped me figure out the appropriate tip. [Note: In China tipping is not customary and be seen as an insult. Because the guides are used to Western groups, they appreciate a tip. I gave 150 CNY. Angela was my guide and she arrived on time and was ready for our tour. She knew the best way into each site and as we walked through them, gave me the history. I never felt rushed when going through a site and we walked as far as I wanted on the Great Wall. For lunch, Angela asked if I wanted fast food or traditional Chinese. We at at the great wall and she picked out a fantastic spot. The food was amazing and the cost was reasonable (not like most tourist attractions). Mutianyu Great Wall was wonderful. We arrived about 2pm on a Sunday. There were few crowds and overall the highlight of my trip. I bought a few souvenirs and Angela helped me figure out the appropriate discount to ask for (about 50%). Angela was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and a great travel companion. I highly recommend The China Guide (and Angela). Thank you TCG/Denny & Angela for making my experience WONDERFUL!

We had 3 days to explore Beijing and we were so happy we decided to hire the China Guide. Jlang Jing was wonderful and helped plan out the entire three days - Paul, our guide was great and was with us the whole time - went to Tiananmen Square, forbidden city, the Great Wall, summer palace, Ming tomb, drum tower and our Paul even adjusted the schedule to fit in a visit to a hutong district, a brewery and an electric bike ride. Our driver picked us up at the train station, drove us all over for 3 days and then on the fifth day, drove us to airport - perfect service! Highly recommend using the China Guide!

The personal tours organized by The China Guide were amazing. We went to Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Beihai Park, Houhai Lake, Drum Tower, Summer Palace, Great Wall, Temple of Heaven, Qianmen Old Street. Our organizer (Denny) and our guide (Dina) were professional and prompt throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend going with the personal tours provided by The China Guide as it provides the personal attention and ability to ask questions that allowed us to get so much more out of this trip than if we attempted to do it on our own or go with a larger tour group.

The China Guide is very professional. Within 6 months, we have visited China twice and both tour package, we look for them to quote us. The price is reasonable compare to others which we also requested them to quote. Our agent Ms. Liang Jing is the one who service and quote us. She is very prompt in her action and when we encounter any issue, she immediately solve for us . We will continue to use their services whenever we visit China.

I do recommend this agency. I usually travel on my own, but in China everything seemed too complicate, so I decided to rely on a Chinese travel company. The best choice ever. I must thank Denny for his patience and help. At the begining, I didn't know what to visit, but he sent me an increadible programme. Everything looked great. However, I added some places and remove some others, so finally it has been a tailor-made trip. And in terms of money, Denny knew how to adapt the programme to my budget, proposing some cuts in accommodation or in means of transport. The agency booked all the tickets (what's quite complicate in China) and all the domestic transports. When in China, we didn't need to contact with Denny at all, everything was working perfectly. The tour was fantastic - covered all the key highlights of Beijing and the Great Wall and Linda, my guide, was the best - very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and engaging, making sure that everything went smoothly and to plan. When I wanted to add on an acrobatic show and a trip to the Peking Opera, this was all very easy to do.
