The tour was perfect. The village is very nice and you feel that you are in a more traditional China than NEW Shanghai. It is indeed touristic with lots of shops and restaurants but it is very nice to spend half day or even the whole day. We were pickup at our hotel on time with welcome gift and water. Car was really nice and the driver very careful Our guide QUEENA was the best. English is absolutely perfect ! As we are traveling with an 8 years old girl, Queena also made the tour fun for her too. She really took care of everything. Queena gave us all the information needed. Queena also helped us with our WeChat setup which is essential while in China. Tour is recommended.

It was my last, last minute decision to go out for the SH tour just 5 minutes before midnight before the tour, and they immediately responded and arranged for my tour on the next day. My tour guide, Alana, was very kind and knowledgeable with her 10+ years of guide experience, and the first thing she did when we met was to create a personalized tour route according to your preference. Since I did not know anything about SH, Alana suggested 7 different spots, and apparently, we ended up with most of the key attractions in SH in a single day. She was very flexible and was able to change the course on the fly on your request and quickly figure out the arrangement in no time. Highly recommended!

Pickup from hotel went well. Car was spacious and clean. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions. The water gardens are a beautiful place to visit. Would highly recommend this tour service. Having a tour guide is helpful navigating language barriers. Return to hotel was smooth. Also, maintained communications with tour operator at beginning and end of tour. An added layer of assurance for solo traveler. So glad I did this tour!

The agenda was perfect for a free day in Shanghai. My guide, Queena, went above and beyond to make it a memorable day.. We had some schedule delays and she super flexible and ensured I saw everything and more. She was informative, knowledgeable, a professional photographer, and very sweet. I highly recommend!

Had a lovely and relaxing day. It feels like you are far from the city but only a short car ride from Shanghai. Perfect for people who want an "old China" experience while staying in modern Shanghai. Alana was the perfect guide and travel companion. She was knowledgeable and offered to step where I wanted and adapted the trip to suit me. I genuinely enjoyed her company. Alana made the trip feel like I was having lunch with an old friend. Not a fast paced tour, just a lovely stroll though a historic village. Good for all levels and perfect for those with limited time who want an experience other than bustling Shanghai.

This was a fantastic tour! Alana was so informative, interesting and fun. She was very laid back and made the entire day relaxing and enjoyable. She knew a lot about culture, politics and history. The Jade Temple was beautiful and our afternoon in Water Town was perfect. We stopped for lunch and Alana ordered everything-and it was delicious. We did some shopping and then headed back to the Bund. I would highly recommend this tour and especially Alana!

Alana, our guide, was knowledgeable, spoke very good English and the tour itself is well worth doing. Lovely picturesque water village and boat ride. Alana went above and beyond to make our whole experience first class. We only choose the 4 hour trip with lunch, but it was longer than 4 hours (in a good way) and lunch was also lovely. Thanks.

I wanted to try the dinner boat ride and eat so I made a reservation and it was awesome. The atmosphere is great. The view at sunset is very romantic. And I got excited when the boat passed under the bridge.

Alana was my tour guide and she did such an amazing job!! It was really nice to be able to go at night and see everything light up. The weather was nice so we stayed outside on the boat most of the time! We then were able to check out the French district and have some tea, it was a really great experience and Alana really made sure I was able to see some of the best things in Shanghi for my one night there!!

Our guide (Xie Wong) is very friendly and she has made our tour very comfortable. The schedule was smooth with a comfy ride on BMW. 小王安排得很好，為人親切，讓我們這個旅程有了一個好開始。
