We had a fantastic half day trip to Zhujiajiao with our amazing tour guide Annie! She was waiting for us at our hotel in the morning with a clean and roomy van for our travels from downtown Shanghai to Zhujiajiao. Annie’s English is excellent. She gave us great information about the places we saw, but she also gave us a great sense of life in China today.

We had a great time in the Watertown Zhujiajiao with tour guide Annie. She was very knowledgeable of the area and was very personable and spoke great English too. I would come back to take a tour with Annie again in the future.

Annie gave us a fanctastic half day tour of the water town of Zhujiajiao. She was very informative and gave us lots of history and information along the way. Her English was great which made it easy for our non-Chinese speaking. You got a great feel for an authentic Chinese visiting village. The tour included a walk through the small town shops and alleyways, with a nice boat road through the canals. Excellent trip and highly recommended Annie.

I like a lots of Zhujijajiao ,the Venice of China, It's verg nice keep it. This trip i tool with Sunny, she is an excellet guide and showed and explained everything about history.I recommend her to take in your next visit. We had a wonderful tour with Mason primarily of the Jewish museum in Shanghai. The museum is a real gem, recently renovated and enlarged, and beautifully tells the story of the 20,000 Jews who were protected from the Nazi death camps in Shanghai during the war. Mason did a great job explaining what life was like then for these transplanted Jews and made it even more special with the stories of his grandfather who lived in the ghetto with the Jews. A very worthwhile and inspiring tour while you are in Shanghai.

Had a great day in Xitang and the Hot Springs. John was lovely and really helpful. We loved the wide range of hot springs, Lavender, Red Wine, Coffee & Milk to name a few. We’d definitely recommend it.

The best tour guide! We had a great day with our guide Fefei that was super professional and attentive to our requests. This tour is a must if you have the time, it was simply great. We had the options to customize after our needs and what we wanted to spend some more or less time at. Great. Guide was amazing good. Top class !

Kalvin was great. Spoke perfect English. He was born and raised in Shanghai and brings a personal touch to his stories as he explains the historical significance of each building along the Bund. You have to go at night to see the lights. Definite must for couples!

The personnel at this travel agency are highly proficient in communication. Furthermore, the team displays excellent customer service, despite the driver's limited English proficiency. The pickup service is exceptional. The vehicle was also clean and well-equipped with massage chairs. Jessica, the tour guide, is highly proficient in English and demonstrated excellent communication skills. This tour is recommended for those with additional time in Shanghai. The travel team provided comprehensive updates from the initial arrival in Shanghai until the group's safe return to their hotel or airport. Roy is an excellent tour guide who provided us with valuable information on Suzhou as well as making sure that we are well taken care of from the footsteps of our hotel until the end of the tour. He also arranged a sumptuous meal for us at the Suzhou restaurant which is awarded by CCTV. We had a tasteful lunch with the local cuisine. It's a very well organised tour.

My husband and I and our 5 year old went on a private Suzhou tour with Sunny, and subsequently booked an airport transfer with them as well. We had excellent experiences with both. My husband only speaks English and Sunny was able to communicate with us both effortlessly switching back and forth between Mandarin and English. Sunny reached out before the tour to confirm our travel arrangements--all of our transfers happened smoothly (coordinated by Sunny). It was hot and then suddenly pouring rain and then hot and sunny again on the day of the tour and having transportation on demand between all the sites was much appreciated. We thought that the garden (Master of Nets) that we went to was absolutely stunning, as were the walking streets and canal boat ride that she took us to. All in all we highly recommend Sunny and her team and we are very thankful for how well she took care of our family on our tour.

What an amazing experience. The Town was cute, The shopping and boat ride were so much fun! I went with my daughter and we both loved it. There was a beautiful garden in the town that our tour guide Lilly took us to which we enjoyed better than Yu garden. Our tour guide Lilly was amazing. Not only was her English perfect, she was knowledgable, fun, and was a true interpreter when we needed help. Our Driver was great too. Very flexible and timely, he was also patient while we shopped, and shopped and shopped! Suny the tour operator even texted to make sure we found each other at the hotel. I would recommend this one as a perfect day!
