Rented a SlingShot today. Had no problem with the vehicle or the service… EXCEPT: Their rules say rent “by the hour for up to 6 hours” where after you would have to pay for a full day. I thought we would ride for 3 to 4 hours… so I made a 4 hour reservation. Shortly after we took off on our ride my wife got really hot and started to not feel well. I returned the vehicle after only 50 minutes of use. I asked if I could only pay for an hour since we had to cut our ride short! Was politely told “No, I’m sorry we cannot refund you anything because you reserved for 4 hours”… So I can reserve 1 hour and ride for 4 if I choose… and pay “by the hour” with no penalty for riding longer than my reservation… but if I return earlier than my reservation I lose the balance of my money! Word of advice… rent for an hour and ride as long as you want to! YOUR POLICY SUCKS!

Rented a topless Jeep for the week we stayed in Gulf Shores. It was a lot of fun and added a wonderful vibe for the group. Rented the whole week and put all 8 drivers on the list...which was a good idea. The pricing was pretty high for "car rental" (over $1500 for the 9 days) but we were looking for something more than just transportation. This lime green convertible was fun to drive and gave everyone a way to get around for short jaunts. People were easy to work with and accommodating with the pick-up and drop off. If you're looking for a run around vehicle, this is good.

We rented beach equipment for our recent trip from pickup at the store to Orlando picking up at our condo they team was professional and completely amazing. We will definitely be repeat customers!

My family rented a paddle board through this company during a stay in Gulf Shores, and they delivered the board on time as promised in the reservation. They provided excellent service when I had trouble getting the board fully inflated. One of the delivery drivers, Orlando, was dispatched to help after I called their main line for assistance. He came to our location and helped me get it properly inflated, going out of his way to do so. Great job, Orlando! I do have one complaint about the rental policy, and this is for the company, not Orlando: I booked a 3-day rental, with a delivery window of morning on the first day. The company sent a reminder about return pickup being on the morning of the third day at 7am. That is not a 3-day rental, that is a 2-day rental. I had to call them to get the pickup window changed to evening on the 3rd-day. Just a bad and misleading policy, however their customer service is excellent, and they immediately changed it. I wouldn't hesitate to book with these folks for anything they are offering.

Perfect condo for our group of 8, ages 50’s to 93. Kitchen and living room were so roomy. Balcony had enough chairs for everyone. The beach was easy to access. Construction noises woke us up too early but we understood that progress is noisy, lol

Best place to go for slingshot rentals! We enjoyed the orange and blue 5 speed manual! Nice lady at desk is very helpful and will have you cruising in no time.

Vacation was an overall win!! Everyone enjoyed the visit. Gulf shores had a lot to do. Even went to Flora Bama and spent the day. Would recommend Gulf Shores Rental Co and would use it again!

We rent from them every time we go to the beach. The Beach Cart (balloon tires) is the best for sand!!!

Little Sara and Tina took care of me. They did a great job and super friendly. The slingshot was fun and we had a great time. It was super easy to rent and get in and out. We had fun.

We traveled in from MN, having chairs, cooler, umbrella and beach cart made our stay very enjoyable. Great staff, super flexible and good people.

We needed extra parking while staying on Perdido Key. The staff at Gulf Coast was very helpful and so friendly! Plus the cost to park our car for a week was very resonable . I would highly recommend them. They were great to work with.

Terrible. Out of date accomodations. Construction on front door Mon-Wed no notice. In our room with no notice. Never stay in this unit 1408 or with this owner.
