SAVE YOUR MONEY!! This was the worst activity ever. Congratulations to this company for finding a passive cash grab that only requires them to do the most cursory Google search to create a route. The route is not at all intuitive and requires nonsensical backtracking instead of a cohesive loop that would end at the ice cream stop (this, along with two breweries is a clear advertising ploy) instead of practically starting at it. None of the stops are hard to find on one's own and the "puzzles and riddles" require nothing more than reading a prominently placed plaque at a stop. The skill level is rated as "competitive fun," which essentially means easy beginner and just dumb. I felt so duped. Perhaps worst of all is the idea that each member of your team--we were nine--needs their own ticket. If you want to try this out, BUY ONE TICKET, and your group will have the same experience as if you had nine. Worse, because everyone is connected via app (another huge PITA as everyone has to download the app), if one person answers a questions or hits "continue," the whole group moves on. Is there any better reason to not need individual tickets? And the roles are A JOKE. Not individualized at all as the descriptions would have you believe. A complete rip-off. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, or BUY ONE TICKET to have a lame, lazy, poorly designed experience. Just awful. P.S. We did Canandaigua.

Visited for a two days plus a night trip, typical southern small town with history, nice places to eat and enjoy. The only cons is no direct flights to the local small airport, typically requiring a hop somewhere depending on the airline taking pretty much the whole day 😉

This is probably better for a group as there was group photo and challenge prompts but it was a nice way to get oriented to some city sites and to see places I wouldn’t have otherwise! Not too long either and nice you could go at your own pace and/or stop along the way.

App was good once it worked. Spent 30 minutes on phone with support. Hunt does not end where it starts. Hour walk back to vehicle. Scavenger hunt itself was fun.

Located the Duke campus. Extremely difficult to find parking. A storm caused several streets to be closed to cleanup crews. I called for a refund due to the situation. No refund provided. Very poor customer service!!

We did this to fill time one night. The only frustrations were 1. that it took us right back where we started from about 1/2 way through rather than taking into account our starting point. It would have been good for it to ask where we were starting and where "endpoint" was so that families could end up near their hotel, dinner spot, or whatever. and 2. It didn't account for our start time. It seems like with a genius bar tweak they could add or subtract a stop or two to ensure you were at the cemetary during open hours, instead of us arriving 40 minutes after it closed. . .. With all that said, we did see a lot, and we did have fun!

The scavenger hunt was great! Downloading and using the app was not so much. It’s not very user friendly. I’d give it another go in a different city because l really like the concept. Great way to learn something and get some exercise.

We had a lot of fun despite a few of the challenges not being updated. We did send the info in so hopefully it’ll be updated. Will definitely do another hunt.

Nothing open on Sunday when we went! Instructions were horrible. Some parts were in the bad part of town with run down buildings. Would not do again! Not worth the money for sure

The app didn’t work properly and it took the fun out of the scavenger hunt! The concept is good but major improvements need to be made.

This was a great experience filled with interesting places, historical facts and great photo opportunities. Everything was in walking distance and took about 2 hours. We had so much fun that we repeated the activity in New Orleans with the same good experiences. Scavenger Hunt is a great way to learn about a city and involve others in your group of friends and travel partners.

Nobody in our group of 4 was satisfied with this scavenger hunt. The app itself was glitchy - When asked to take photo challenges about 1/3 of them wouldn't load. When we reached a location and "checked in" it said we weren't all there yet. Challenges felt cheesy. History tid-bits it gave weren't as in depth or interesting as we'd hoped. We couldn't "complete" the challenge until we agreed to leave a review (not even an anonymous review!) Photos we took on the hunt weren't accessible afterward, even tho it says you can get to them.

This was highly disappointing. Tried to do this for my birthday as a new fun thing, since I've always wanted to do a scavenger hunt. I thought the app idea was so modern. I got to the first location just fine, but couldn't answer one of the questions since it didn't seem to be anywhere in the building. No problem, I tried moving onto the next location. I walked in the direction that I figured it had to be in and got to the location, but the app told me I was far away. So I walked in the opposite direction and seemed to get closer. When I got to a certain point, the app suddenly said I was far away when moments ago it said I was so close. Gave up and called customer service, who told me I had it right the first time. I go back to the location - which looks nothing like the image in the app, by the way. Then the app crashes and won't let me proceed. Nothing I tried worked. Not restarting my phone or exiting and entering the app. Had to get a refund.

Told some of the same stories as the day time sightseeing trolley. I like to hear ghost stories didn’t sign up for the campy production at the end that scared the kids.

It was a long walk, but we had fun and learned about Lexington history. Recommend doing it when the suns still out bc covered a lot of ground
