      Unforgettable!
Pritam our guide was lively and enthusiastic. He was attentive to our needs and made us very welcome. The visit to the Goan homestead at the end with food and local music was the highlight.

The friendliest guide! You don’t want to miss this tour!
Rachana our guide was exceptional! She welcomed me with a big warm smile and made me feel completely comfortable straight away. Her knowledge and passion for her own part of the country was infectious. What made this tour special was that she brought the architecture to life through her drawings. Not only did she teach us a lot, she also was very inspiring creatively.

Beautiful buildings and a bonus art gallery visit
Great experience and Trancy is an informative guide. Unexpected highlight was the Fundacao Oriente gallery. Beautiful building and great artworks by local artist Antonio Xavier Trinidade. I was lucky it was open and we were able to visit. Worth a visit to appreciate the old Portuguese part of Goa.

      Perfect Way to See Panjim
Priyankaa, our guide, was so knowledgable and charming. She delivered the information in a great way. There were some great stops along the tour, including a famous bakery for some Goan treats, a sneak peak in an art gallery, and ending the tour with a very special treat. After the tour, we went for dinner with some of the travellers we met on the tour in Kokni Kanteen for some delicious South Indian food. Panjim is a beautiful city. The Latin architecture, the vibrantly coloured buildings, and the rich history and culture of the area delivered by Priyankaa. This tour was a wonderful way to get to know a wonderful area. Thank you very much. Joe & Felita

Great blend of architecture, quality local cuisine and sampling the local spirit.
Pritams tour of the Fontainhas district was exceptional, taking in four venues all with their own personality. Delicious food, feni (straight and in cocktails), fascinating history of both the area and the food, and great company. I forgot to get a picture of the meal at the final stop which was the best of all. I definitely recommend putting this on your list while you're visiting Panaji.

A lovely way to explore Goa and its rich food culture
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this lovely tour through Panjim. The food was wonderful, as were the cocktails and each venue had its own unique charm. Our guide was Pritam, who was effervescent, friendly and so knowledgeable about the history of the area and the food culture. It felt like a delightful evening with friends rather than an organised tour and we’re so glad we booked this experience!

Name of my storyteller was 'AI had the pleasure of experiencing Amreen's storytelling, and I must say, it was truly exceptional. Amreen is not only a real and legitimate storyteller, but her deep knowledge of Goan history is matched by her profound emotional connection to it as a Goan herself.

Listening to Amreen was like witnessing a verbal painting of the past. Her words were so expressive that I could feel the history coming to life before my eyes. I got goosebumps just hearing her narrate the tales of Goa's rich heritage.

I highly recommend the experience of listening to this make it happen heritage walk to everyone. It's a journey through time and culture that you won't want to miss.

Recently joined Make it Happen' s walking tour and it was beyond fantastic!

Our guide, Vaishnavi Desai , was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the city's history. Loved the well-planned route, covering both iconic landmarks and hidden gems.

One of the highlights was our visit to Church, where we learned intriguing facts and tales that are not found in guidebooks. It felt like we were discovering secret treasures only known to locals, thanks to the insider insights.

    An unforgettable experience! Highly recommend!

Special shout-out to Vaishnavi Desai, for making it possible on a stormy evening.

Rajeev from make it happen gave us an amazing tour of the entire fort with beautiful snippets and stories. An in-depth lesson in history and even a walk into the restricted area! So glad we took the tour along with him instead of just us

I took the Aguad Jail and Port Complex Heritage Walk with a friend. Our storyteller Shiv was knowledgeable, polite and kept us engaged throughout the experience. The highlight was the exclusive access to the prison cells and the chapel, and knowing how this historic monument operated back in the day. It is intriguing, and overall a very informative walk.

The Fort Aguada night walk was a great evening spent in Goa. The tour itself is very interesting and gives you a great understanding of how the fort was used by the Portuguese and how Goa won its independence. Our guide Pawan was knowledgable and friendly and I would highly recommend him and the make it happen team.

The location was brilliant. The shades of the skyline during the sunset hour and it's reflection into the sea was completely mesmerizing. The history of the fort was a pleasant learning experience. The tour was very well conducted by Shiv. He also patiently answered all our questions. A good experience.

I was lucky enough to do a one on one walk with Amreen. Not only is she a qualified historian and knows the place inside and out, she also obviously has a real passion for goan history. The walk was great and I learnt many new things about not only the jail and for but the surrounding area as well.

Would highly recommend doing it if you visit the jail as it will give you much more insight than if you just wander by yourself.

Can’t recommend this experience highly enough.

Very informative — Shiv showed us restricted areas too. I learned a lot about the Goan freedom struggle and so many sacrifices made by our freedom fighters. I’d highly recommend to take this walk and then experience Aguada Jail apart from the picturesque views of sea. Complete package!
