This tour operator needs better planning
The tour operator canceled my confirmed tour literally as I was in my Uber on the way to the meeting place. They said they didn’t have enough tour guides that day. Really? Then why bother confirming in the first place? I suggest they learn how to better run their business.

No show.. just a WA msg which i did not see
Tried calling them from the starting location just got a recorded msg. Later saw that they had sent a WA msg by 5pm which i did not see before starting for the location.

Extremely badly organised tour
We paid for an SUV ,however a sedan turned up at 8 am .since we could not waste time arguing we decided to go ahead .on reaching Shantiniketan we realised the tour guide did not know a thing about Shantiniketan and himself admitted it that the tour operator just picked him up randomly and told him to accompany us . He was asking the local rickshawwallahs about places etc. The tour operator was Yo travels , I hope viator takes notice of this review and acts on this . Will someone refund the excess paid . I doubt it . The driver was rude and driving rashly Overall a very bad experience , I hope this review prevents others from booking this tour.
