- clairebear88London0 contributionsBest day in JaipurWe arrived in Bunty & Dimples place and whatever dishes I could think to make it was no problem, I had suggested Dosa and Dimples even invited me back for breakfast! We messaged directly & I would advise think about what you’d like to do before you go so they’ve time to buy them! They also sent on a cooking book so we didn’t have to worry about remembering ! They’re a fabulous warm family who deserve your custom xxWritten January 29, 2024
- Markus H0 contributionsGreat cooking classI had a wonderful time at the Indian cooking class with Dimple and Bunty. She is a master of Indian cuisine and a very friendly and patient teacher. She taught us how to make Indian dishes, using fresh ingredients and spices. The class was well-organized, interactive, and fun. I learned so much about Indian cooking and I can't wait to try out the recipes at home. I highly recommend this class to anyone who loves Indian food and wants to learn from the best.Written January 29, 2024
- 213kurtf0 contributionsGive a man a fish...The perfect cooking class for me. Learned the basic veg curry that I can use for Aubergines and Cauliflower regularly when I get home similarly the masala will be perfect for many ingredients. The Rice and breads mean I can now create these meals from scratch. Everything was delicious, not sure I will be able to eat for a week. Thanks very much it was a joy to attend 100% recommended.Written January 25, 2024
- Alex W0 contributionsFabulous cooking course while feeling welcomed into their homeWe just had the best experience doing the cooking class with Bunty & Mukut! We felt at home the whole time we were there, and learned loads about how to make the different meals we got taught. We loved getting to know them alongside making the delicious good, and sitting down at the end to eat with them. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a cooking course - this is hands down one of the best experiences we’ve had while in India. Thank you!Written January 25, 2024

We had a private class and could have invited more people to eat it all but good to know the leftovers are brought to the poor people!! - Jonathan H0 contributionsA must do!If you want Indian cooking authenticity, then this is the place to go! You are invited into your hosts home which is in an honour in itself and then taught how to make some amazing dishes. I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed whilst chopping away at the ingredients and cooking The wife is definitely the chef :) No food is wasted and as a solo traveller I couldn’t eat everything unfortunately, so they give the rest to the homeless which is very lovely of them. 10/10 for sure! Thanks guys 👍🏻Written January 14, 2024

A total must if you are in Jaipur! Dimple’s warm hearted cookery course was filled with smiling and laughter as we learnt to make some of our favourite dishes. A perfect relaxing respite from our busy sightseeing schedule - our experience was made even better with a dancing lesson from Dimple’s daughter Bhoomi who also entertained us with numerous local and family anecdotes.
A very authentic recomendable 2.5 hours at a very reasonable price. One of the highlights of our 3 weeks in India.

The cooking class at Pink City was absolutely brilliant! I booked it as a birthday present for my friend and we were made to feel so welcome and learnt so much about dishes we hadn’t tried before.
The food we made was really good and so tasty! We made so much food and couldn’t finish it all, but were able to take some of it with us to eat later on. There was so much to take in but helpfully we were sent the recipes and we’ll definitely try making the meals at home!
Whilst there we also got a tour of the home stay which was well equipped and very clean so definitely worth considering if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Jaipur.
If you’re looking to do a cooking class I would 100% recommend Pink City. I picked it because all the other reviews were positive and it exceeded my expectations! Such a good activity and such great hosts!

Our driver recommend us this cooking class and we really liked it ! We were the only two in the class and they made us do everything during 2 hours, explaining each step and answering all our questions. We prepared a very large of Indian food and even took our preferences into account to decide the menu. We finished the class by eating the food we had prepared (cumin rice, Dahl, paneer butter masala, eggplant with potatoes, chapati, parata) and were even able to bring the leftovers with us. We would highly recommend the Pink City cooking class for anyone who wants to try any type of Indian food, either North Indian, South Indian, fast-food, etc. A must have in Jaipur !

We had such an amazing experience. They had a family wedding the day before and invited us, at which we were welcomed with open arms by Bunty. This was only the start of the hospitality these kind-hearted people showed us. The class itself was very hands-on and we were explained the process of everything going on.
Come to the class on an empty stomach as the amount of food we cooked and got to eat afterwards was insane. We did not even get close to finishing all the delicious food we cooked.
When they say food transcends language barriers, this is the perfect example. Dimple showed us various techniques and gave us instructions, even if she did not know the words. Her husband Bunty translated all the instructions and also shared his personal experiences and relations to the foods we were cooking.
This is a must-do in Jaipur and we highly highly highly recommend it to everyone whether you are a beginner or a more advanced chef!

Wow, what an evening. An engaging and very friendly atmosphere, ‘Bunty and Dimples’ were very welcoming, the first activity being the making (and drinking) of masala chai which was lovely. They then broke down into stages the cooking of three curries, rice and two types of bread. The class was very easy to follow and we all got the opportunity to cook. The food was delicious and eating it with the other guests made a fabulous end to the evening. This experience is great value for money and highly recommended.

What an amazing experience! Me and my friend came to Jaipur looking for an authentic cooking class where we could try our hand at cooking many types of northern Indian dishes, and we got to experience this at Pink City Cooking Class. Bunty and his wife are such a wonderful, cute and happy couple! We had a blast cooking with them. Each dish was delicious and we couldn’t finish because there was so many awesome dishes. I highly recommend anyone interested in learning some new recipes to come and spend some time here. We also talked about work, family, marriage and happiness. I would love to do it again! Ps Bunty here’s some movie recommendations: the Martian, ford vs Ferrari, the green book and coco. Tv: drive to survive
