We booked a golden triangle six-day holiday with our family of four through V Care Tours, based on a friend's recommendation. Deepak was super fast to respond to our emails and very flexible to accommodate our preferred itinerary. Our driver Vicky was excellent - he knew the exact dimensions of the car perfectly, to be able to squeeze in between the most unimaginably small gaps in crushing Indian traffic. He was also very safe and companionable. Deepak gave us a unique walking tour of Jaipur including venturing into the city's first bar, drinking some street lassi and peeking inside a house belonging to one of the wealthiest residents of the city. Our guides in Jaipur, Agra and New Delhi (Yash, Bupi and Rama respectively) were knowledgeable, conversational and practical, and moulded their narrative to suit our timings and interests. Can highly recommend V Care!

We are a family of five from the U.K. and were very last minute booking our brief stopover in India as part of a bigger South East Asian trip (stopover in Bangkok and then on to Bali).
A family member recommended V Care Tours, having travelled around the Golden Triangle with the company before Covid.
We contacted Deepak who was extremely helpful on email, and WhatsApp, also having a call with him to outline everything we wanted to achieve during the visit.
Deepak made us feel at ease, recommending how best to organise our trip and after giving him a budget for hotels and where we wanted to stay he booked the hotels at better rates than we could get online.
We were met at the airport by our driver for our 2 1/2 day stay, Satish, (who we will return to later) who took us to our hotel (The Claridges, excellent by the way).
Day one, Satish met us back at the hotel with our guide for the day, Rama. We toured around New Delhi and Old Delhi, seeing multiple sites, at a pace that suited us, with plenty of time for photos and questions. Rama was like the in person Wikipedia of India! We stopped for lunch at an excellent restaurant, and had some quality Indian food. We got caught up in a gridlock traffic jam in a tiny alley in Old Delhi in bicycle rickshaws. We had to get out and walk, and Rama was very protective of Sarah, holding her hand until we left the busy area.
Day two saw the long trip to Agra, with Satish arranging brief stops on the way for drinks and toilet breaks.
There we met Boopy, our guide, who knew everything we needed to know about the Taj, also assisting with the best photo views and opportunities. Boopy was really jolly, funny and a pleasure to spend time with.
We then set back on the journey to Agra, to check in to our airport hotel, before flying on to Bangkok the next morning.
Again Satish picked us up, dropping us to the airport in plenty of time, and returning to the airport after we left a mobile phone in the car.
So, I will end with our driver Satish, who was the core of our whole trip. He made us feel welcome, looked after and safe (which is an achievement given the chaotic streets on India and particularly Delhi). Satish was always early for our pick ups, but never rushed us when we were inevitably late. The car was always cool, with air con pumping whenever we got back in, with cold, bottled waters for everyone.
But best of all was Satish’s relaxed approach to life, always smiling, making us feel so relaxed and happy. All the V Care Tours staff were amazing, but Satish made our India trip special, particularly his infectious laugh!

We booked private car hire for 5 days to tour Jaipur, Agra and Ranthambore as well as local guides for Jaipur and Agra and 2 sessions of exclusive gypsy safari for Ranthambore National Park. It was our first visit to India and we are extremely impressed with the level of service from V Care. Mr Deepak is very responsive and made all arrangements for us.
Mr Sunil was the driver assigned to us and he took really good care of us, was always prompt and courteous and his command of English is impeccable.
Mr Himanshu was our guide in Jaipur and he is very knowledgeable and made extra effort to entertain and look after our kid.
Mr Bhoopi was our guide in Agra and he gave us invaluable insights during our visit to Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal; and added bonus was his photography skills!
Finally, the naturalist who was assigned to us, Mr Mohammed was really good and we even managed to spot 2 of the elusive and shy tigers!
All in, it was a fantastic holiday due largely to the efforts of all of them and we are very glad we made the right choice in choosing V Care!

We hired a driver to take us from Udaipur to Bundi for 2 nights and then drop us off at our hotel in Jaipur. We had an excellent driver in Pramod who picked us up from our hotel in Udaipur, because in the old city the streets are very narrow Pramod came to collect us by Auto Rickshaw from our hotel which saved us from the hassle of having to get an auto ourselves and trying to find him in a busy area of the city just outside the old part of town. We then drove to Bundi and the following morning Pramod was at our hotel before our arranged meeting time to drive us to the places we wanted to see in the local area. The next morning Pramod was there again before the agreed meet time ready to take us to our hotel in Jaipur. The rates charged I thought were very reasonable and the communication with the company after booking and just prior to our trip was great. The car was very clean and in good order, Pramod cleaned it both evenings ready for us the next day. I would recommend both the company and especially Pramod he speaks good English, is very polite and friendly and added some good local knowledge along the way.

Our experience with V Care Tours was truly excellent. From the beginning, Deepak (the owner) quickly gave me a quote, additional suggestions on the route I had planned, and details on what was included in the price. We also had the opportunity to meet him at his office in Jaipur which was a pleasure.
Our driver Kishore Sharma was also great. He gave us suggestions on the schedule for each day, allowing time for rest, food and bathroom breaks. He also provided water bottles and snacks, which were vital for some long road trips (during which he drove exceptionally well and safely, without tiring; the man is a machine!). He was very easy to talk to in Hindi and very friendly and punctual.
Kishore also showed us some of the local delicacies, all of which were cheap but gobsmackingly delicious. He also constantly asked for feedback on how the day went, on his driving, etc. He always put me and my wife first and prioritised our safety. For our second night in Jaipur he even waited till our cinema movie finished at midnight, going above and beyond his duty. He was also very understanding when we wanted to make changes to the schedule and accommodated late/early departures, even giving suggestions.
There were some things that could be improved, but these were mainly minor. Firstly, while there was a cooler in the trunk, a lot of the time the ice melted before we begun the day. Another issue was with navigation. There were times when I had to provide navigation to Kishore via phone due to lack of navigation capabilities in the car. I would suggest fitting at least a phone holder to make the process easier. Lastly, while I understand the importance of reviews for any business in this space, I would ask V Care Tours to be less pushy with them. On the last day, Kishore insisted on leaving a review, and followed up on it via phone calls and messages to my wife and I, even specifying what we should say and cover in the review. He did a fantastic job otherwise, so it left a slightly bitter taste in the end. It should be a request rather than an insistence.
Regardless I would still highly recommend the company and Kishore, and we had a great time overall. I will be sure to use them again after a great experience.
Separately, I would suggest to V Care to provide the driving license or some ID of the driver prior to the first day, for safety purposes. They were quick to do so once we requested it, so no issues there.
Big thanks again to Deepak and Kishore for a lovely trip in Rajasthan.

We had a great time using V care tours.
The set up was seamless and very quick to get to a finalized price after i gave them our cities we planned to visit. Deepak was very responsive to the e-mail traffic and payment was easy. They actually came to our hotel to process payment, rather than us needing to go to the office.
In particular, Vicky our driver, was incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and respectful to bewith over the course of the 7 days we had with him. He offered help/insight when we obviously had no plan of what we wanted to do for a portino of our time, and was very respectful when we decided to do something other than what he had suggested.
He was very knowledgeable of the surrounding area, and would let us know what things to watch out for in particular areas given his local knowledge (pickpocketers, do not go for tea with strangers, etc.)
We also had the pleasure of having Bhoopie as our tour guide for the Agra portion of our trip. He was extremely knowledgeable and took great photos. he even helped us bargain down prices below what we had at places he took us for shopping. (whether or not those were good prices we negotiated, we will never know!)
Overall the usage of this service was a great use of time and money and everyone we had dealt with was incredibly polite, helpful, and genuinely great to work with.
Would reccommend this to anyone travling through India that needs a car service. And i highly recommend both Bhoopie and Vicky for their respective responsibilities at the company.

We had a wonderful trip with V Care Tours and can't speak highly enough of them. Our Driver Vicky is brilliant always on time, impeccably presented, highly knowledgeable, easy to get on with and always obliging, nothing was too much trouble.
Deepak helped us to organise our trip starting in Delhi then Jaipur, Agra and Bharatpur, where we had fantastic guides - thanks Yash, Bhoopi and Rabir and of course Deepak who we joined on a great walking tour of Jaipur, recommend you do this if in Jaipur.
You don't need to shop around just book with Deepak he offers a fantastic service, only employs the top guides and is highly responsive to and enquiries.
There may be Vicky 2, Vicky 3, even Vicky 4 - but there is only one Vicky!!!!

Maharaj was an excellent driver and made us feel very safe at all times. He had great knowledge of things to do and places to see as we drove through Jaipur, Agra & Delhi. Deepak was very responsive when organising from the outset and was completely transparent with regards to cost and fees (which can be hard to come by in India!). Car was modern and extremely comfortable with charging, bluetooth etc. Thank you very much!

I can't say enough good things about V Care Tours, whose services we utilised for our two week road-trip from Jodhpur to Jaipur via Bikaner, Shekhawati, Bundi and Jhalawar.
The services covered all excursions to places of interest from these points, a very interesting walking tour of Jaipur's back alleys with Deepak himself and a fun evening ride around Jaipur in an Ambassador car that had people gawking at us, even offering to buy the car!
From Deepak's very detailed initial response to my email inquiry that included FAQs with answers; the clear, all inclusive pricing with no hidden costs; our clean and comfortable vehicle stocked with cold bottles of water (and Pulse candy) and above all, our most polite, thoughtful and efficient driver, Vicky, who ensured we got to wherever we needed to go safely and at our convenience, it was professionalism at its best and went far beyond our expectations.
We were so impressed, in fact, that we are now trying to persuade Deepak to send Vicky to help us navigate neighbouring states!

I would like to thank VCare Tours for providing us with our wonderful driver Tarun who made our Golden Triangle trip so memorable . His driving was always faultless , he was very polite , smartly dressed, and always punctual and car was pristine with plenty of water.
He gave an abundance of information on places we visited and pointed out anything of interest if we chose not to stop
I would not hesitate to recommend VCareTours to anyone I know visiting Rajasthan and most definitely they request Tarun as their driver, as we will if and when we return to India.

I would not hesitate to recommend VCareTours to anyone I know visiting Rajasthan and most definitely they request Tarun as their driver, as we will if and when we return to India.
