We had a terrible time on this trip. The driver spoke very little English and got flustered when he was unable to resolve the issues we faced with one of our tour guides and the owner of the company. The tour did not start at the Taj as we had hoped and as was stated on our itinerary. We left at 4am so that we could see it as early as possible due to the heat. Instead, we were taken to Mathura and Vrindavan first. The tour guide at these cities was ill prepared. When we finally reached Agra, the second tour guide was not on time (turns out he was very ill but showed up anyway.). I complained to Hemender Singh from my TravelCon and he was combative and unwilling to help us. We did not go to the lunch we paid for because the tour guide was looking very pale and sweating profusely. He actually admitted he was very sick but showed up anyway. I asked Mr. Singh to return our money due to the bad service or to at least to reimburse us for the lunch we did not have. He refused and said we opted not to have lunch. I told him we did not want to sit with a tour guide who looked like death revisited and he said that was our choice. We had to sit for a long drive back to Delhi with a driver who was not happy with the situation. I want to make it clear that I tipped both tour guides and the driver generously despite the events. What I found so upsetting was the intransigence and lack of protocol by Mr. Hemender Singh. He was not friendly and did not try to resolve our issues. Our final whattsapp text messaging was left with a, "I will corroborate your story and get back in touch. Mr. Singh never got in touch with me." (Please note that I have not included all of our bad experiences.).

I will never trust this site again, horrible experience your day starts with so much hassle where your flight is delayed so to complete one day trip you neither wait nor cam cancel as you wouldn't be refunded. When called support person to give solution he didn't picked up phone. Spicejet didn't listen to arrange alternative where hundreds of people have n emergencies. Finally I booked ticket paying 10 times high cost of the ticket. In Agra the tourist was very good and rest all went well However till date that support person is not even liable to get me refund saying I can't do much I have not got any response from Spicejet! The tour coordinator was excellent. Good communication. They recommended changing from one day to two days. We agreed and glad we did. There is so much to see in Agra besides the Taj. The flights were booked, the hotel was excellent. and the restaurants were delicious. They coordinated the driver and the tour guide. They were both xcellent. The guide did take us for shopping. The store keepers used pretty high pressure sales. Be ready with a firm no and tell the guide time to go to the next stop. We are super happy and will do it again.
