The trip was amazing and the car and driver too. Driver was always on time and familiar with the places to visit.

Tour arranged was customised as per our plan 2 each nights in Jaipur, udaipur , jodhpur and jaisalmer . Mr bhagwan singh ji was very transparent in the inclusions for the tour. The cost for trip was very reasonable and the hotels provided were all upto the mark. Our driver Mr Prakash was very experienced and he knew all the tourist places in every city . I first used this company in 2017 for a 12 day tour from Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jaiselmer and Udaipur. I found them excellent with communication and very good value for money. So this year I used them for Delhi-Agra-Rathambore-Jaipur. Excellent comfortable cars and good drivers. We also used them for day tours in Delhi. I found the company to be very clear regarding cost, efficient and transparent. They called me twice during the tour to check that everything was ok. I can't imagine any company in this price range being better. Highly recommended

FRAUD ALERT‼️⚠️⚠️ MUST READ FOR SAFETY TRAVEL ACROSS RAJASTHAN This cab company offers fraudelent services and cheat their customers through advance payments and incompetent, arrogant, dishonest drivers and their cab owners. Let me share the worst nightmare travel with this cab company. This is regarding the driver that we had hired for a period of 9 days for our road trip with cousins & siblings across Rajasthan to celebrate our child's first birthday. . The first couple of days in Jaipur were good but the trouble started on the 2nd evening when suddenly he asked us to free him by 6/7 in the evening. . My wife and cousins went out to shop in the evening around 6 and I was taking care of my baby in the car. . Requested the driver to turn on the AC periodically for the sake of the child, to which he initially refused but then agreed later on after much persuasion. . On the 3rd day we were supposed to leave for udaipur and before hiring the cab we had categorically told the guy to ensure that the carrier is installed, but he turned up without it and tried his best to stuff the luggage in the last row and virtually made it uncomfortable to sit. . We then stopped on the way for half an hour to have the carrier installed. . While we were about to approach udaipur, it had already been 8 hours for us on the road with our 11 month old baby, we tried to figure out a shorter route available to reach our destination which was the trident hotel. . The google Maps showed a diversion which could have saved us about 20-30 minutes but the driver refused to take the diversion and was hell bent on taking the main highway road which he had been taking for years. . The whole mindset of I know it all is what caused a major problem. . The next day we left in the evening to celebrate our baby's birthday and the moment we got in the car, he asked us to pay 4000 rupees for fuel since he had no money for the same. . After paying more than 75% of the total applicable fare, he asked us to pay more on the 4th day of our trip. . And then once we were back from our boat ride on lake pichola, he asked us to let him know where we were supposed to be dropped since he did not want to continue with our trip. . He dropped us back at the hotel but after much persuasion, did not agree to continue the trip and left us stranded in the middle of our plans. . The driver was extremely rigid, unprofessional and borderline rude. THE CAB COMPANY IS FROM (JHOTWARA, JAIPUR RAJASTHAN) WHICH IS CONSIDERED THE MOST UNTRUTHFULL AND DISHONEST PLACE FOR CABS/TAXI’s.

We have organized a private 16 nights tour of Rajasthan and Varanasi with the travel agent Bhagwan, the driver Rajendra and local guides in all destinations: a great experience! Everything was perfectly organized but still flexible for possible detours or last minute requests. All local guides very knowledgeable and supportive even if few sometimes too “cold and mechanical” in the explanations. Many great heritage hotels as well as some 3 or 4 basic stars hotel which has not been the best but this is India! Rajendra the driver has been very supportive and helpful in every situation. My family (we have 2 daughters 18 and 16) and I have been so enthusiastic and interested in all aspects of local (real) life and all monuments that we already miss the chaotic traffic with the continuous honking. We did a 11 day tour in March 2023. Started from Jaipur to Jodhpur to Kumbhalgarh to Udaipur. On the way stopped at Pushkar and Ajmer. We booked the car from Rajasthan tour by car and driver. We are very satisfied with the driver and the car. Car was upgraded to Toyota Corolla equivalent. Car was very clean and extremely comfortable with good AC. Driver Ranveer is very good, friendly, helpful, flexible and speaks good English. Owner Ram Singh and his staff are nice, prompt and professional. I am very happy with Rajasthan tour by car and driver and will definitely use them again and refer them to my family and friends.

I had booked my Rajasthan trip of 11 days based on reviews from TripAdvisor. I covered Jaipur, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur & Udaipur. Mr. Bhagwan Singh ji and Mr. Ram Singh Sekhawat ji were very helpful. They planned out the trip in such a way that within these eleven days I was able to cover wherever I wanted to go. This tour was according to my budget. I had taken an Toyota Innova car, and our driver for these eleven days was Mr. Sawai Singh ji. He was very responsible, cheerful, and well-behaved. Every hotel we visited was good, and the guides we were provided with were very knowledgeable. As a single mother, touring Rajasthan with her elderly parents and her teenage son, I am very satisfied with the way that this trip was planned out and executed. I wish that in the future, this company grows more prosperous.
