Welcome to Yoga in Jaipur as this is a platform from here we provide best yoga classes in Jaipur. we provide this facility in hotels, home tuition and also the place where the guest is free to perform Yoga. We have our own Yoga center where we conduct regular classes. In these classes, anybody can join as Individual or in groups of any age, gender, caste, corporate employee, tourists, patients etc to help in healing as a complementary therapy based on Mind-Body Sciences. Antenatal & Postnatal Program classes are at 06.30am, 07.30am 8:30 am, 9:30 am, 11:00 am to 12:30 pm and 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm than 06.30pm 07.30pm 08.30pm We will be happy to serve you at our best with full dedication and support. We are Professionally equipped with the various systems required for complete well being such as Kriya Yoga, Meditation Techniques, Acupressure, Sujok Therapy, Basic Ayurveda Herbal Remedies, Kitchen Remedies etc.

What to expect
  • YOGA The science and art of healthy living - physically, mentally, morally and spiritually. It aims at the development of a perfect balance between the body and the mind, which eventually permits the individual seeker's union with the Divine. It does not matter what you call that Divine - God, Allah, Ishwara or by some other name. Anything that brings you into a closer understanding with that higher Power - which is greater than yourself - is Yoga. MEDITATION An ordinary person may consider meditation as a worship or prayer. But it is not so. Meditation means awareness. Whatever you do with awareness is meditation. "Watching your breath" is meditation; listening to the birds is meditation. As long as these activities are free from any other distraction to the mind, it is effective meditation. Meditation is not a technique but a way of life. Meditation means 'a cessation of the thought process'. It describes a state of consciousness when the mind is free of scattered thoughts and various patterns. The observer (one who is doing meditation) realizes that all the activity of the mind is reduced to one. OUR STYLE Yoga in Jaipur used Indian Yoga Techniques, designed to stimulate the flow of energy known as chakras. It utilizes all forms and types, from the postures of Hatha to breathing practices of pranayama to mantra and meditation in a systematic self-study, leading to an in-depth understanding of Mind over Matter. It goes from the holistic health practices to the mystical and sacred. Because the mind is connected to the body through energy (via the nervous system), learning how to work with these energies empowers and balances the chakras, bringing the body to a state of peak health, and the mind to a calm state. The result is a consciousness that is free to embrace its spiritual nature, a mind that is peaceful and clear, and a body that maintains optimum health. YOGA THERAPY Yoga therapy is of modern denomination and represents man's first attempt to combine age-old concepts and techniques with contemporary medical and psychological know-how. So, where traditional Yoga was primarily concerned with spiritual transcendence, yoga therapy aims at the holistic treatment of a variety of psychological or psychosomatic disorders ranging from sinusitis and asthma to emotional distress. Yoga Therapy could be called a system of health care that helps treat human indispositions as naturally as possible, to alleviate pain and suffering through a set of exercises, both physical and mental. Ideally, yoga therapy is preventive in nature, as is Yoga itself, while being curative in many instances, soothing in others, and restorative in most.

Yoga needs to be energizing and power generating, these basics functionalities if not met thr entire routine becomes pointless but luckily Yoga routines with Ankit isn't anything that makes one feel out of money and time for no reason.

The core areas of Yoga focus are muscle relaxants, flexibility, and peace. It wouldn't be an over statement to say three elements are in one place while one conducts Yoga sessions with Ankit and his team "Yoga Tours By India"

Yoga tours is known to be Niche activity due the monetary value behind travel and accommodation but a once in a while break hurts nobody's pocket as much as it hurts to burn out without taking a step back to introspect and learn about yourself as well as the surroundings. Ankit and his team "Yoga tours by India" caters to this exact idea and lead the person to an electrified experience that incorporates both Yoga a.k.a mental and physical health in one travel experience.

It's important to connect with your inner child, sometimes you need to connect because that child requires to connect, to bring upon different shades of mood. And when a person tries to connect, the inner child automatically does.

This is made possible with complete inner realization that gets stimulated by Yoga and exploring the world around you.

Ankit and his mates at "Yoga tours by India" facilitates people in doing so, the teams walks an extra mile with you to make you feel that connect that is otherwise lost in the urban life of rush.

Introspection goes a long way. It's important to ask questions to yourself and others regarding the diverse beauty of history that resides in the heritage and by reaching out to Yoga tours by ankit we were able to achieve great success at relaxing and learning side by side.

Exploring what's inside and what's outside with Ankit's guidance lead us to feel self sufficient.

Yoga makes you feel self secure and that means you don't need other's love to feel wanted or needed in this world. Your own love for yourself should be enough, and this realization came to us while we went on the travel trip planned and arranged for us by Ankit and his team "Yoga tours by India"

Externalizing things is not an answer.Internalizing things will give you an answer to all your problems was a lesson learn by the powerful Yoga sessions organized by Ankit.

Most important lesson that I learned from doing all this was, I completely stopped controlling things that I couldn't control, and I completely stopped getting frustrated about things that are beyond my control. Instead I started working towards things that I can control by setting an example for others and by doing things with lot of calm and peace.

Surround yourself with positive thoughts. Always think constructive and positive, just watch every word you speak or write. It should be positive and encouraging.

I was able to realize all this because I did not have to worry about anything else except introspect because everything else such as travel, accommodation, food, etc was taken well care of by Ankit and his people at " Travel tours by India" It was lovely to have had an opportunity to be carefree and rest.

I have taken online classes from Ankit Sir..and i used to had a belief that online yoga classes is not worth it but Ankit Sir proved me wrong..He is very patient and knowledgeable instructor..He not only explain the yoga positions According to your health but also correct them if it goes wrong..always motivate us to do more better..Highly recommend.Thanks

Ankit is a very knowledgeable yoga instructor! I have been teaching yoga for 4 years, so I know how to spot a great teacher. Ankit is a gem! You must take advantage!

What to say? Ankit is the best yoga teacher I found in Jaipur. He is kind calm and give very good explanations to have the good positions.
Don’t hesitate to go and take courses with him. And with Covid u can take the same perfects courses online.

Yoga with Ankit
I spent good time practice yoga and breath movements . I like the way he managed activities from start to end . the class started with prayer ended with meditation , those activities called me back to nature and connect deeply with Allah , Ankit brought us to a beautiful hotel with wonderful nature , his father is a great tour guide and photographer .🌿💚

I recommend him for good services 🙏🤍

I did yoga online with Ankit. It was a morning session. After completing my session I was feeling energetic and fresh.
It was 45 minutes class and we did Hata yoga, Pranayam, Kapalbhati, Surya namaskar, 15 minutes meditation.

My experience was awesome.

I'll highly recommend Ankit for the Yoga session.

Excellent and very knowledgeable yoga instructor, host and tour guide who inspired us,challenged and built confidence in our abilities of yoga poses He taught us so much on every level of yoga, advised us on helpful iformation of jaipur and the areas we will be travelling to. which we will reflect on always.
