Really good experience where XS was arranging a tour around South India. They arranged transportation, several hotels, and boat trips. All marvelous and enjoyable. Also a good private driver Sammy. During the trip he was giving tips what to do and his advise was always great.

This was one of my unforgettable birding tour in India. Booked through Travel XS based in Mamallapuram, referred by my friend in India. Everything perfectly arranged. Our bird guide cum naturalist having abundance of knowledge about birds and it's habitat. I strongly recommend this tour.

First this travel agency help us to customize our 14 days road trip in Tamil Nadu at a fair price, but alos booked our train tickets and some of our hotels along the way... Showing not only the best of what professionalism is, but also patience and creative ways to make our trip the most interesting it could be. But when the Covid19 disrupted everything, they really did their absolute best to help us to get back home in time and again, at the cheapest way possible, organizing our flight back home, our transfer to a hotel in Chennai in between etc. Mrs Mahimai Julie R, Senior Manager, really went beyong the call of duty to help us, showing an extraordinary professionalism and patience doing so and I will never be able to thank her enough to make it happen... So, we were able to go back home with one of the last plane leaving India before the the total lockdown of Chennai airport. That is why I can only highly recommand this travel agent and agency for any traveling option you may wish when everything will be back into normal or problem you may encounter while doing so... Thanks again and forever!

Nice place but not properly maintained, water was stinking because of which standing their was quite uncomfortable. Can be made much better if good flowering plants are planted

Even though capital city, Trivandrum domestic airport has become the lowest grade airport of Kerala compared with Kannur, Calicut and Kochi. Perhaps waiting to revamp the whole domestic terminal facility, but need immediate attention. Merlot executive lounge is a bare restaurant with bar and cannot be rated whatsoever.

The tour and guide were fine. What I didn't appreciate was that "fees" to two of the 3 sites were not covered by the $35 I paid for this 1.5 hour walking tour. When I said I wouldn't pay these extra fees, we had to admire the historical site from outside a fence. Disappointing. The whole reason I paid for a tour guide online was to avoid this. I'm fairly certain my tour guide made little money for his effort and the lump of my $35 goes to someone else. Next time I will go through my hotel to book a tour.

My tour guide, Sakthivel, was excellent. We cycled from the town to a village and back, stopping at lots of places. It was fascinating and he shared many personal stories (including stories of when the tsunami hit in 2004 and he was next to the beach!). I even sat with his friends at a cocunut stand, chatting in the shade and drinking coconut juice. A truly authentic and special experience.

We booked our Kerala-tour through a Dutch agency that cooperates with Travel XS. The tour was very well organized and covered a lot of the experience that are typical for the Kerala region. Everything was very well organized: we had a very warm welcome by our driver and travel agent and got familiar with the surroundings, all transfers were covered and the tours and workshop were very nice and varied to make sure everyone had a good time. We got great advice on where to go and what to do. A very pleasant and amazing trip that we will always remember!

We travelled with evaneos organisation. Our contact in India was Joël . We planned a private trip as we want, Xs was THE travel agency. 3 weeks Every thing went very well. Great driver, Great hotels! THE agency called us 4 times to check everything was ok. We appreciatie That.

We relied on Travel XS to arrange our 14 days Tamil Nadu and Kerala tour and that was a very good choice! The activities they arranged for us were authentic and allowed us to meet the local culture (visiting local tribes villages and so on). The guides were all competent and showed us beautiful spots of the cities (flower markets). The driver was friendly and always on time. The Travel XS Team was always available and helpful. We were in very good hands and we really enjoyed it. Thanks guys!

So far I did two trips ( India and Sri Lanka) with them with the help of Mrs Bharathi and they have been outstanding trips so I am going to do my third one ( India ) next December 2018 and ask her to program my fourh one ( Indosesia )for next coming summer.

It was a nice tour.trip to munnar and location of hotel c7 was nice.Breakfast was also good.I found this place very nice to stay .

We made a roundtrip in Rajasthan and Gujarat. The drivers where perfect, the guides in different cities very good. The choice of hotels was perfect.

In August 2018 we made a great 14 day tour through South India. Everything was perfectly taken care of by TravelXS. The transport, the guides, driver, the hotels, the activities, everything was fantastic and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, due to the severe fall in Karala, we were unable to cover part of the planned route and our program had to be adjusted properly. TravelXS has done everything possible to offer us the best possible alternative. Mr. Kumar and his team (TravelXS Mamallapuram) kept us informed of the changes and we were regularly called to see if everything went smoothly. The last evening was a highlight. We were at home at BHARATHI and she gave us a great cooking course. What a fantastic, friendly welcome and the food was so delicious !! Thanks again Bharathi, it was super !!! We can recommend TravelXS to everyone. A great trip is guaranteed !!
