One of the best and densely packed with excitement tours I had, ever. The driver, Imran, and the guide, Alam, were both professional and knowledgeable. What I especially liked, was the multitude of stops along the route, showing various aspects of city life: from cultural heritage sites, to local trades, and sacred places. The tour is especially valuable considering how difficult it is to get around the city by yourself, even if you know were you are going. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great tour with Alam, we went through the laundry place and Dharavi slums via public transport and it was a good small group experience!

It was an amazing trip for overview of Mumbai. The guide Mr Alam is very patient and can explain well about the city of Mumbai and the Driver Mr Kismat is very keen in nevigation Understanding the development of Mumbai and local culture is the introductory part and Viewing the Victoria gothic culture buildings and colonial architecture is the inspiration of this trip

You get to see the most important sights of Mumbai, like the Gateway of India, the Dabbawallas and the Dhobighat (which I have never heard of before!). Included in the tour is also a walk through the Dharavi Slum. At first I did not want to go because I felt it would be voyeuristic as a white german woman. But since my guide Dawood was from Dharavi I felt more comfortable taking the tour because he told a lot of personal stories and explained a lot about Dharavi and I had a real change of perspective here. He even recommended me a nice restaurant after the tour ended. :)

This was a fantastic way to see many sights in one day thanks to our wonderful tour guide. Yash was a very knowledgeable guide and led us on a very informative, interesting, and totally at our own pace tour of so many historical and cultural sights in Mumbai. The driver was excellent and it was so convenient to just be driven all over and have the car waiting when we were ready to go to the next place. Highly recommend!

My guide, Ganesh, provided a very informative and entertaining tour experience, while giving me ample time to explore on my own. He has a wealth of knowledge and thoughtfully answered my questions throughout the tour. Despite having visited Mumbai multiple times previously, I gained so much more perspective of this wonderful city on this tour.

Alam was an excellent tour guide. He captured our attention from the minute that he started to speak. The history of Mumbai was explained well and the selection of sights was very good. The flower market, Mani Bhavan, hanging gardens, and other sights were memorable.

The tour was everything I hoped for and more! From the comfort of an air conditioned vehicle, we covered a huge amount of ground, and the time flew by. Alam was knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. As a young woman traveling solo, I felt completely safe and at ease in his care. I loved the train rides, the outdoor laundry and the local lunch spot. But the Dhavari slum was an unforgettable highlight — Alam guided us through the experience with first-hand expertise and sensitivity. I learned so much. Thank you, Alam!

I was picked up on time at the hotel. Alam and Arun took me to the vegetable and flower market, followed by Dhobhi ghat. I had been inquiring about the nearby train, and they were kind enough to incorporate a train ride to CST for me on the spot. Then we toured around CST, saw Sasoon Dock, and went to Iskcon Temple. It was a good way to get oriented to the city and get immersed in the culture of Mumbai.

Our tour guide spoke great English and had extensive knowledge of Mumbai and surrounds. We were picked up at the airport and had a fantastic day in the city. A definite must if you have a longer layover and are looking for something constructive to do

We had and an amazing time on this tour. Our tour guide Alam was really knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and was perfect. We felt very comfortable. Our driver Fahad was also really nice and a great driver. The highlight for us the laundry, holy water tank, and Crawford market. Victoria Station and India Gate was also really nice.
