I'm a female solo traveller to India on a business trip, I was a bit nervous about travelling alone in Mumbai and hence joined a local personal tour during my layover. My tour guide and driver Mukesh (Abhay) is absolutely wonderful. He tried to show me as much as possible during my time there and ensure I could get back to the airport on time with considerations of the typical traffics in Mumbai. The experience absolutely exceeds my expectations. Mukesh showed me the different parts of Mumbai, and his very knowledgeable about the history as well as security in different parts of the city. He is also a very humble man in which I respect a lot. Cannot recommend more! PS I don't typically write long reviews, and this is my first.

The tour was very professional and they accommodated my tight schedule by starting early. It had numerous stops that showcase the Jewish community, but also wider Mumbai history and modern life. If you have just a few hours to see Mumbai and want to appreciate what you are observing, Mystical Mumbai will give you an unforgettable experience.

I had an amazing visit of the slums with Abhi. A real nice visit with lots of explanations of real life in the slums, visit of its economic activities and personal life circumstances

Abeshek and Mukesh did a terrific job on making us feel comfortable and immersing us in the local environment. They gave lots of opportunity to take photos and this is the best tour in Mumbai we have done so far. Mukesh was a great driver and helped explain a lot of things!

We did tours with Shailesh two days in a row, he was extremely accommodating and helpful, we saw many beautiful sites in Mumbai.

We had an amazing time touristing around Mumbai, both Mukesh and Raj are very knowledgeable and very kind, they also made our time in India very fun and they were extremely thoughtful. They were very kind in helping us find the right place to buy some things we were looking for. Would strongly recommend.

Our guide, Sagar is one of the most attentive we've ever had. He not only guided us, he actually shared his personal life experiences. Ours was the slum tour and he lives there. He is the 4th generation of his family living and working in the pottery section of the slum. In addition to his guiding, he teaches English and Math to a group of about 20 kids in the neighbourhood. He is amazing. The topper to our tour was when he took us to his home. For us, it is unbelievable that people could live and be happy in such a small space, but this is their normal and they are very happy in it. I highly recommend this tour and in particular this guide, Sagar if you are touring Mumbai.
