Despite calling twice regarding my query, your representatives assured me of a full refund, including the trip guarantee amount. However, this commitment remains unfulfilled. I urge you to review the call recordings between me and your customer representatives, as they clearly promised a 100% refund. It is disheartening that instead of resolving issues, you are directing customers to review terms and conditions with each booking. While terms are important, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty is paramount. Over the years, MakeMyTrip has built strong relationships with its customers, and maintaining this trust should be your first priority, with business coming second. If such experiences continue, customers like me may be forced to switch to alternative platforms. I strongly urge you to address this matter promptly and improve the overall experience for your customers. This request isn’t just for my benefit but for all your loyal patrons who expect reliable and trustworthy service.
