My husband and I were so very happy with our experience through Agate Travel. All of our guides were wonderful! Prior to travel, I had injured my leg in a fall. Our guides were all very solicitous of my comfort and safety, even offering an arm or a helping hand. The guides were friendly, polite, helpful and informative. We learned so much and enjoyed every experience. During our stay, one of our domestic flights was cancelled while in country. Both my husband and I felt that we were taken care of beyond measure as our travel plans were rearranged. I would like to make particular mention of the gentleman that we had as our driver throughout most of our trip. Pyarelal Bhatt was quite simply wonderful! He was kind, helpful, informative and went above and beyond to assist us during our trip. Pyare arrived promptly each day with a smile of welcome. He communicated with us each day’s pick up time and was always prompt. He made dinner reservations for us, escorted us to and from several restaurants while taking the time to explain menu items to us. He recommended several local restaurants of very high quality that we enjoyed immensely. When our domestic flight was cancelled, even though he was in another city, Pyare, in addition to Rajesh Ranjan Sahay from the home office in Delhi, contacted us via text message to keep us informed of our travel arrangements. While en route to our destination, he unfailingly inquired about our comfort and needs. In short, my husband and I were in very good hands with Pyarelal Bhatt as our driver! I would also like to mention Mr. Anil in Varanasi. My husband left his backpack in the car. Mr. Anil very kindly returned it to our hotel as soon as he soon discovered it. This will be the 2nd tour Emily Xin had assisted to plan with me. All 20 members of my group had a grand time of all the places we visited, learning history, culture, nature and religion dating back centuries. Shopping was enjoyed at several cities. The activities are managed smoothly, Emily had coordinated a well planned and amazing trip esp in Varanasi, an unforgettable experience. We were unsure what Agate Travel would be like as we found them on the internet and had never come across them before. However we should not have worried as they delivered exactly what they promised showing us all the sites promised. We had 3 separate guides who were all friendly and knowledgeable and 1 main driver Anand Singh who looked after us and was great company. Would certainly recommend Agate Travel.

Our first visit to India and wanted to learn the history of the local street food in addition to tasting the many flavors, so we booked a 4 hour walking food tour. Naresh was our guide and did a fantastic job. We ordered a Uber from our Airbnb and got dropped off in an area unfamiliar to where we thought we would end up. Naresh waited patiently for us and even assisted us hego get the culture of Delhi. The activity on the street was exciting and the food was amazing. We tasted main dishes and deserts. Naresh did a wonderful job. Nice introduction to the City of Delhi and the local street food.

As a single traveler, I joined the group day tour with Agate Travel. The tour is really exceeded my expectations. Guide picked me up at my hotel in time and offered the excellent service during the visit. He was courteous, knowledgeable and went out of the way to meet the needs of the group. Everything was clockwork. I highly recommend the tour for all without hesitation.

We registered for this day tour only two days before, but Agatetravel made everything perfect for us from the beginning to the end of the trip. We had a very early start for the train to Agra and had breakfast on train. Upon arrival, we began our visits to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Wonderful sites, rich history and culture. My wife and I recently took a quick tour of India. As our time was limitied we hit the Golden Triangle, New Dehli, Jaipur and Agra. From the moment we landed we were in good hands, we were met at our flight, (which was late, but the driver waited for us) taken to our hotel, and then began our tour the next day. The entire trip we had the same driver, he was sooo good. If there was a choice spot to park, he would find it. He was also always on time and very courtious. At each of the cities we visited, a local guide would show up with the driver in the morning and we would be off to tour the area for the day. The sights were fantastic, we always seemed to be in the prime locations and ahead of the lines. This was a great tour, we seen more than expected and were treated very well.
