Our 3-day triangle tour was incredible! Our guides Barun, RJ, and Kamal were knowledgeable and friendly, and we loved that they asked to take pictures for us at the different sights — as we're not the best at remembering to capture the moment. Our driver, Ashok, was an absolute gem. He navigated the busy Indian roads with ease! Thank you to you all for making this a memorable trip for us. Highly recommend !!!

The tour was excellent. Took a solo trip leaving Delhi at 3am. The driver was ontime, professional and safe especially given the drive was so early in the morning before the light. Vehicle was excellent. And the guide was also great and was excellent in communicating and explaining things. And also was flexible and that enable to make the most out of it. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic tour. The tour was seamlessly organised from the beginning to the end. I was kept fully updated before , as to who, where, and timings of the tour, knowing exactly who was going to meet me, their mobile number incase it was needed and where/time they would pick me up. All of our drivers were really ‘safe’ amongst the chaotic city driving. Provided us with plenty of bottled water and toilet stops whenever required. In each tour destination our guide for the day was extremely knowledgeable, took lots of photos for us gaining the best experiences we could possibly have. They all spoke very good English, really friendly and helpful. All of the hotels (5*) we stayed in, were of the standard expected. Overall, an absolute amazing tour. Would highly recommend.

Took the 2D1N luxury tour to Agra/Jaipur. Driver spoke English. Local guides were knowledgeable and also spoke good English. Car is clean and well maintained. Driver Monu is very experienced about his routes and knows where to stop for clean toilets. Restaurant stops are within reasonable budget (about Rs 500 per person is possible) and accepts credit cards. Souvenir stops in Jaipur are on the expensive side but there is no obligation to purchase. As a solo female traveler, I was in good hands with the team.

It was a great time went to Taj Mahal. The tour company service clear communicate, the driver going on time and pick up at the hotel. The guide very knowledge about the Taj Mahal information. Breakfast at 5stars hotel satisfied for us.

Fantastic driver & accommodation, good tour guides. Beware prices for food at accommodation is very expensive especially for families. Hours of driving (5-6 hrs) each day between the three cities and we didn’t get time to really enjoy the accommodation features as we would arrive late & leave early. We visited some wonderful places, each city we were taken to places to see how items (textiles & jewellery) are made and then of course taken to the sales room.

Perfect tour to visit some of India's most impressive landmarks if you only have 3 days available! Great organization, you don't have to worry about anything. Our car driver (Sunil) was the nicest and we got very insightful perspectives from our tour guides about the monuments we visited and about life in India. We highly recommend it.

We had a great experience. The landmarks were amazing but our drivers, guides and accomodations made the trip unforgettable. The driver drove carefully and the car was in great condition. The planning was excellent and made our experience seamless, all we had to do was step in and out of the car.

I decided to take the sunrise tour which required a 2:30 am pickup at my hotel. My driver, Inderjeet was prompt and friendly and his car was clean and comfortable. He was an excellent driver. We arrived in Agra after about 3 hours we picked up the guide, Donal who was also friendly and very knowledgeable. We went immediately to the Taj Mahal which was amazing. Following that we went to Agra Fort and the “Baby Taj” followed by breakfast at a Courtyard Marriott hotel restaurant. This was followed by a quick stop at a local marble factory where I was able to see the ancient craftsmanship as practiced by the builders of the Taj Majhal. Back to the hotel in Delhi by 1:30 pm. Overall it was a great experience and worth the time. .

The sights were phenomenal and accommodations were excellent.

What a fantastic experience. From enquiring about the holiday to booking and subsequently going, communication was brilliant. Our requests were listened to and a bespoke itinerary was put together. I was travelling in a family group of seven, with my parents in their late eighties. This was a feat in itself but Crystal India holidays made it possible. From the driver Krishan, who was superb, kind and thoughtful and an incredibly skilled driver, to all our knowledgeable and professional guides our experience was perfect. Shiv met us from the plane in Delhi and within minutes we felt he was part of our family. I would recommend his service to anyone. Manish was a great guide in Agra and Manoj was very knowledgeable with our sightseeing in Jaipur. A long review but I could go on and on. If you are thinking of a tour operator please use Crystal India, they were fantastic and made a logistically tricky holiday with parents with mobility issues very easy. I will recommend to family and friends and just hope they extend their business further than northern India!
