The service provided from NDLS ie, the cab, the chauffeur (Jitesh Mishra) were excellent. When we reached the Destination ie, near Mathura we checked in to the Hotel and we thought the Hotel room was compact and cosy and very decent. The Topping of the cake was the Guide (Gopal Mishra ji). He had almost 30 plus years of experience and had answers for everything. Plus accurate! So, all in all...Kudos to Ajay Bhai...Keep it up!!

My Shimla trip was absolutely amazing! The scenic beauty, lush green hills, and pleasant weather made it a perfect getaway. Mall Road’s vibrant atmosphere, the historical Christ Church, and the breathtaking views from Kufri were the highlights. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful hill station retreat!

Totally enjoyed myself with the tour! I am most impressed with the services of my driver, Mr Ranjit Singh. He took care of our needs very well, and also recommended great food places for us. He went the extra mile to bring us to additional places where we wanted to go, including an additional viewing point of the Taj Mahal. We had impressive tour guides in Agra and Jaipur, ie Hussein and Bikram respectively. Both our guides took very nice pictures of my family and I. Very decent prices for the tour. The tour guide fees are to be paid to the guide directly only, and entrance tickets separately paid. No additional fees should be paid to the guide. In summary I enjoyed the services provided by Puneet and the agency!

Just finished our tour with Indian Travel Online had amazing time. Everything was well planned and went smoothly. Big thanks to Rinku our driver, Malik our tour guide in Agra and Manpreet our tour guide in Delhi. I would highly recommend this tour company. They were very trustworthy all the way from the start to the end of our tour. They made sure we were safe and well looked after all throughout our tour. I booked cab for my son and I already paid full amount but dropping time driver took 2000 from my son they are simply just cheating never book this service again .

Driver was sometimes rude and tried to overpower us, specially when we were returning. While returning, he was not cooperating even to stop the cab and let us take washroom break. We were 6 members (including 2 children). Other than that the experience was good.
