The Bollywood experience was amazing. We were very lucky in that that there were two different films being made whilst we were there and so we were able to watch both in action. One film was about Holi and there was a street scene with all the coloured paints being thrown around. Our guide Rahul was exceptional. He knew most people on set so we were welcomed. After filming Rahul took us to various studio sets from a hospital, jail, homes, offices etc. Highly recommend this tour and if you are lucky enough to have Rahul you will be greatly satisfied.

This tour far exceeded our expectations. We got to see Bollywood movies being shot live and extensively toured the sets of multiple studios. I absolutely recommend taking this tour. Even if you are not interested in the movie industry it is a wonderful tour to do, and of course even better if you are! Our guide Rahul was spectacular. Very knowledgeable and accommodating to all our needs. I would recommend him for any tour.

Rahul was excellent!! Very patient and answered all of our questions, took his time with us and showed us all around the studio and made sure we were comfortable. He even provided me with a very generous gift that I thought was very kind of him!! He was great at multi tasking and taking videos and pictures so that we’d have memories. I am a solo female traveler and there were 3 total in our small group. I felt safe and Rahul was attentive. Highly recommend Rahul! My concern is with the booking process. There was a lot of confusion over the time and meeting location. TripAdvisor does not have an option for the time. I had to send multiple emails to the company asking for the meetup time. There was no response so I called the office and still I had to wait for someone to contact me. It was very frustrating to not know how to prepare for the day as transportation is at least an hour to get to the studio and I wanted to experience other tours and adventures. I had family visiting for half the day and they did not participate in this tour because of the confusion with the time. I encourage management to add the time option to TripAdvisor to eliminate confusion. Other than the tour was a lot of fun and Rahul was excellent!

Very interesting look into set life at SJ Studios. They let you actually watch some scenes being filmed of some popular TV shows. My guide, Rahul, was very nice and really customized the experience for me!

I had an amazing time participating in this tour during my quick stay in Mumbai. Rahul was a great guide ensuring that I saw the must see attractions of Mumbai before I had to depart. The highlight was definitely being able to get BTS insight of how television series are filmed. Totally recommend this if you just to get a general idea of what Mumbai has to offer. Especially for a solo traveller.

Epic day tour at Bollywood studio with Ash, including a divine meal at Shalimar restaurant Mumbai. We were looked after with patient attention to details and loved every moment!

We had a fantastic tour with Sunil on the ferry and Pankaj our guide on the island who was very informative ! Jaya who was very friendly and informative and waited 2 hours as our car was in traffic. We had a very tasty meal and saw some filming , walked around the sets and recorded a karaoke song!!

I book through Bookings.com. India Magic Tours contact me in 30min after booking and arrange everything. There good communication is a plus point. The day before the tour they contact me again. The 2 tour guides were excellent and speak good English. They caves is beautiful abd a must to visit when in Mumbai.

The tour was a lot of fun. Our guide Divya was informative and welcoming! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience touring the studio and the city.

I did the Bollywood studio tour plus the city tour. My tour guide, Ash (Ashraf) was amazing, every question or doubt I had was answered, whether it was about history, Mumbai, the film industry or India itself, he explained everything, and he was fun to talk to. He was even kind enough to tailor the tour according to what I had left to see and visit in Mumbai, and because of this I got to see live a commercial shooting 🎉🎉🎉. Once we reached the actual studio where the bollywood magic happens, just like they said, there were different filmings happening. I could see from up close how demanding that kind of job can be, and how easy the artists and all the behind the scenes crew can make it look on screen. Dance performance was lively and well done, photos afterwards with customs and props were fun. And lastly but not least, the sound recording in the professional studio where they have a long list of songs to choose from, they made me feel as an actual singer. I must also mention how hassle free arranging this tour was, communication maintained at all times, making sure I was all set to go. Definitely a great choice, I'm so glad I found this company. It goes without saying that I'll be recommending 'Bollywood Tours', and use their service again ;D Thank you for your kind and hard work!

Honestly - not worth the money. The Studio Tour could be done in 10min since you cannot enter any of them and the Theme Park is a joke - completely run down and 3rd class performances. Almost no info in english as well

It was very nice trip. The guide told us many interesting stories about making movie in Bollywood. The dance performance was entertaining.

Our guide Jayshree, showed us around SJ Studio's. We did karaoke, watch 2 dramas being filmed and looked at many sets. It was a great morning. We even rubed shoulders and smiled with the greatest director and Bollywood stars.

Lawrence our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. We saw a lot of fascinating things. The live show was amazing, so was the studio. Loved the drive around too
