I contacted the Trans Himalaya Travel early August for our Travel to visit Rajasthan. I got a proposal from the team with hotels name. I was agreeable to the cost and the hotels proposed. The night mare started as soon as I deposited the 50% booking amount. Immediately thereafter, I they changed 4 hotels arguing that the hotels are fully booked!!!! If I had used my brain I would have cancelled immediately. Instead they proposed 3 star hotels or starless hotels instead. When we reached Udaipur our first destination, the hotel they proposed Madri Haveli was located such a place, the taxi car cannot go there. The driver even requested me ta take an auto rickshaw to go to my hotel!!!! Just imagine our embarrassment for a couple travel to a romantic destination. The car allocated was supposed to show us around Udaipur Delhi, however, the driver said that he will go to Fateh sagar lake and a park only. We hired an auto rickshaw and paid INR 1500 and the guy showed us around Udaipur whole day and he even took us for shopping not in Emporium but proper shop. After Udaipur we left for Jodhpur, the driver travels at 60 mph. His eyes on the dashboard watching fuel consumption!!! When I complained Mr Driver gets angry and start complains about me. Mr driver thought we don't understand Hindi!!! So we understood what he was unto. When we reached Jodhpur after nearly 7 hrs travelling I was shocked to see the Pal garh hotel they had proposed. The property is situated in a shanty, dirty and not appealing at all. Still I went to see the room and immediately I returned and booked another hotel ITC Welcome Jodhpur, It would have been impossible to spend 2 nights in Pal Garh. Next our trip to Jaisalmer. Again driver saving fuel going tortoise speed. Mahindra Bolero, trucks loaded with cargo are overtaking him. I complained to the driver we will reach late, again he got angry. He saw a police car standing by the road and he stopped and talked with police. He told me the police is calling me. I went to see the police and the police was asking what is the matter. I told them and they were laughing. They even scolded the driver telling him to drive faster as tourists come here to visit our state. What a shame that was!!! In Jaisalmer again we hired out tub for the day and enjoyed visiting Jaisalmer. Mr Driver was happy saving fuel. Our next trip was to Bikaner and Mandawa, we decided not to go to these places because the way the drive was driving we would reach late and we would only sleep and go at the two places. So we opted to go Jaipur and spend 2 nights. That was very good decision as we enjoyed better in Jaipur. Finally I found that 80% of hotels was booked and paid by myself. only the driver tortoise was used what to say sparingly. I had to go in the details because I would not want other tourists to suffer as I deed. You are warned now. This trans himamalaya is unreliable and not to be trusted. I stand with every I have written here and everything can be proved. Trans himmalay you will close down soon if you keep this scam going on.

Many thanks to Gaurav and Mr. Ajay for making our trip to Shimla-Manali memorable with such effectiveness, planning and on top the drivers were just perfect. We had a wonderful time at every destination(except Kulu) and the hotels were very nice indeed. Though we went in the month of July and most of the sports activities were closed, we enjoyed the scenery most with clouds touching the hills and mist all around. Kullu is to be avoided during this time as there is nothing there and the vendors try to fool the tourists showing lots of pictures of lots of activities but nothing inside. But, basically we enjoyed our family trip at Shimla and Manali a lot. A special thanks once again to Gaurav for arranging our trip to our convenience though we only interacted in the phone.

I had an amazing adventure with Triund Trek. The trail was beautiful, and the views were stunning. The guide was very knowledgeable about the area and made the trek informative as well as fun. The camp at Triund was comfortable, and the meals provided were delicious. This trek is a must-do if you’re in the area. It’s the perfect blend of adventure and natural beauty. Highly recommend it!

We had a great memomorable experience to bali. Thanks to transhimalaya travels. We stayed 3nights in kuta,1 night in nusa penida and 2 nights in ubud. Stay and travel were Worth the penny. Only disappointment is about the activities and adventures. The team had booked the basic version of activities( like bali swing, massage/spa) so we had to upgrade to better package with our extra money on the spot. It was quite disappointing , at that moment, to spend extra money again. Otherwise overall arrangements were incredibly good. Thanks to gaurav ji , Jetendra for being at reach all the time and updated us everything time to time .

Overall experience was great. Stay arrangements were awesome. Gaurav ji was always available for quick resolution of queries.

Worst travel service provided. My brother booked the trip. I had terrible experience with hotel and driver. Wasted our trip. Be Aware.

We had a 5 days trip to Manali and Agra. 1. Driver was too rude (Driver name- Dharamprakash), instead of guiding us he was misleading everytime. He literally took us to his known vendors to get commission every time like river rafting, Kullu shall factory. He said in Manali he don’t know places we need to inform him to take places. So the question is why did we need to choose the package from Trans Himalayas if their driver is so inexperienced. I have contacted Mr.Jitender and informed about the driver but he have done nothing, just said sorry for everything. But they were very clear to get payment even at night 10pm (their representative) and asking for payment. It was very clear they just need profits but not cared to provide good service. 2. Coming to hotels in Manali, they said it was 3 star but the service and amenities provided were like 2 star hotels. Also, they want the full payment to be cleared by first day of trip. In my case, I told them I will do part payment by day by day and 10% will be cleared by last day evening(while initial advance payment they agreed and later during trip they denied). In Manali the hotels people literally kept the luggage outside the reception and didn’t allow us take the luggage without completing the payment. TRANS HIMALAYAS KINDLY GROW UP. Finally on last day of trip, The driver didn’t turn the AC on in the vehicle because it can go in optimum speed. I was travelling with my 1 yr old child and the traveller is running without AC with temperature of about 40 degree at Agra on 02.06.2024. I had a pathetic experience with Trans Himalayas. Kindly I would suggest don’t waste your money.

I would like to thank amritha for smooth itinerary of the trip. The entire trip including places to visit, food , transport everything were provide with excellent top class hospitality. The last minute request for bus change timings were also provided so that no trouble was caused to catch the flight in delhi.Thanks amritha and ajay for a smooth and happy family trip. Would recommend everyone to take up their packages without a second thought.

Booked a tour to Spiti with trans himalyan. It was a great experience. The driver and the stays provided by trans himalyan were beyond expectations. Mr. Gaurav was always there to assist us through the trip to provide us real time assistance.

Recently, I booked a trip from Trans Himalaya. It was a fantastic trip and throughout the time Gaurav from Trans Himalaya assists us on the phone. All the stays were very good specially the home stays. The food was home cooked and very delicious. In addittion, the cab driver Mr Bhushan was very friendly and funny because of his behaviour our cab ride becomes very convenient. For me it is 10/10 trip.

I stayed in Manali for 3 days (2 nights) starting from Delhi back to Delhi. Amrita Bisht planned our tour well and was very responsive for any issues.

Trip is amazing and the response of Trans himlayas team is also good Hotel service is fine Food for breakfast and dinner is satisfactory

We had a great 5 day tour to Sangla and Tirthan valleys. Gaurav from Trans Himalaya Travels was very easy and flexible to work with and attentive throughout. Although there was a lot of driving, that is necessary to ensure you you get a full experience of these beautiful valleys. The hotels used were both very good with attentive staff and excellent food. Our driver Ranjeev was not just an excellent driver, which is a must on these roads, but was very flexible and wanted to ensure we got the most from our trip.
