My driver was booked long before my arrival here in India about a month ago. I keep receiving reminders until l arrived here at the New Delhi airport. Honestly I knew I will have free access to a Wi-Fi at the airport which l was right, but was confused how I'm going to locate the driver. But to my surprise , I got WhatsApped by the driver and a call came through via my WhatsApp. It was the driver and he had my name and number on a white board. I felt very safe seeing that. It was amazing how this company drivers locate their customers u will always feel safe with them on your list.

My flight arrived with almost 6 hours delay so I had to have someone call the taxi driver to come back to pick me up, but he arrived very quickly and the trip to the hotel was perfect. He was very kind helping me with my suitcases.
