They are well connected with local guide when visiting other cities. Guides speak clear fluent English. Main office is constantly in touch with driver and guide to insure tour is going according to the itinerary. All guides provided are very informative about the history. Our driver Jagdish personally took extra care for our well being and was very accommodating. Hotel selections were excellent. You have freedom to plan your own day based on your interest. Guides are flexible. Vehicle provided was very clean and comfortable. Driver and all guides were very punctual. They also have welcome agent at your each destination to help you with check in or any other assistance.

They had everything chalked out and ready to go for us - from the airport & hotel pickup/ dropoff, to our tours and guiding us at each spot. I travelled to the north on the first part of this trip to see a different part of India as a solo nature woman traveller. I loved the history and spectacular scenery of India The toy train from kalka to Shimla was different and took in the first glimpses of the Himalayas. We had the most wonderful experience travelling in India made stress free through Trinetra tours. Our guides in Delhi and Agra were passionate and knowledgeable about the sights we were shown. They kept our children engaged by always addressing them and making efforts to include them in conversation. Our driver was incredible with how he confidently navigated the city traffic and kept us safe. My 12 year old commented that the traffic was scary but he soon relaxed knowing Joshi our driver had it under control. This company came highly recommenced to us and we now do the same for others.

In April, 2024, my wife and I embarked on a 4-week journey through Asia. Many years ago, my brother had worked with Tapas Banerjee of Trinetra Tours in Delhi who organized a trip for him to Tamil Nadu. Subsequently, Tapas organized tours for my two sisters to Kashmir- a trip of their lifetimes. Now it was my turn- and our trip was to be a private tour, for just my wife and me, and to include Kashmir (Srinigar), West Bengal (Bagdogra, Kurseong, Darjeeling), Sikkim (Rangpo and Gangtok), Kolkata (overnight only), the Andaman and Nicobar Islands (Port Louis), Bangladesh (Dhaka), Nepal (Pokhara and Kathmandu), and Bhutan (Thimpu and Paro). Tapas’s original stab at an itinerary was outstanding, but 37 days was too long for us to be away. After several back-and-forth e-mails, we whittled it down to 28 days. From the moment I started working with Tapas and Trinetra Tours, to the moment we arrived back in the US, Tapas and his brilliant team were on top of every detail, every request, every small change we requested and always with a smile, and an understanding of the needs of an elderly couple such as ourselves. I would like to especially commend Jas, our tour coordinator in Delhi for his outstanding hospitality, and Asif (Srinigar), Naren (West Bengal and Sikkim), Asim and Sabit (Bangladesh), Roshan (Nepal), and Tshering and Phub (Bhutan) for being the most caring and knowledgeable guides ever. Phub and Sachin should go down in the Driver’s Hall of Fame as the most awesome drivers in Asia. Tapas chose all the hotels (all were outstanding- 4 or 5-star), had his tour guides meet us at every destination with a clear sign with our names, organized transfers from each airport to our hotels, and had the highest quality tour guides (and drivers) everywhere!!! It is easy to give Tapas and his company our absolute highest recommendation, and since they organize tours to many countries in the world, we are already planning on another adventure tour with Tapas next year to Indonesia.
