We were so lucky to have Rashid as our guide for our two days in Agra. There is no doubt that he was the best guide we had in India. Rashid had a really personable approach to guiding. He managed to balance a relaxed style with being very informative. It was like being shown around by an old friend who happened to know lots about where you were. He made the experience so relaxing and interesting, and was happy to describe general life in Agra. It was interesting seeing how recognised he was as we went about places and how warmly he treated everyone he interacted with. We can’t recommend him enough.

I had the pleasure of spending half a day with Rashid last weekend and can highly recommend his services. The trip planning was easy and everything agreed was supplied. I read esteemed reviews of Mr. Rashid Ahmed in TripAdvisor and contacted him. He made all arrangements for my family as per our requirement. Initially it was planned that he would be accompanying us. However that didn't materialise. So, we missed his guidance in Agra. However, he had made arrangement of very good, knowledgeable and Govt. authorised guide in Agra, Mr. Imran, who was not only a good guide but also an excellent person. He also arranged Mr. Sharma, a Govt. approved guide, who guided us excellently in Fatehpur Sikri. We had been to these places between 7th and 8th. However, he arranged vehicle for our entire tour from 5th to 11th November, 2018. The vehicle was in excellent condition with a very amiable saathi, Vivek. On repeated requests also, he refused take any advance but arranged everything on my email and verbal confirmation. Mr. Imran arranged sunrise visit to TAJMAHAL and our visit to this 7th wonder was seamless. We could experience the changing colours of TAJ with sunrise in person with excellent explanation of history of that time. I, myself, being a bit of history buff, enjoyed exchanging of my understanding about the socio-political scenario of that time with Imran Bhai. Subsequently, all our sightseeing during the day was excellent. We really enjoyed our journey. Thanks a lot, Rashid Bhai, to make such arrangement for my family.

We found Mr. Rashid Ahmed/Mysha Tours on TripAdvisor and booked him based on his stellar reviews. From start to finish, Rashid was a consummate, knowledgeable and kind professional, well versed on any and all Indian/Asian history. We were only able to spend a day with Rashid – but he coordinated stops at the Taj Mahal (sunrise), Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri. We emailed several times in advance to make plans, and he asked for nothing other than “my word” to confirm our trip. He arrived on time with a driver, and off we went. He took care of ticket purchases on our behalf, escorted us to the proper lines, and ensured that we were comfortable at all times. What is most outstanding about Mr. Rashid Ahmed is his depth of knowledge. He clearly knows the local sites in and out, and is accustomed to working with western tourists. He does not overburden you with information, yet can field any and all questions regarding local history, culture, sites and sounds. He points out things along the way – such as local customs and traditions – and tailors the tours to your interest. I cannot say enough about Mr. Rashid Ahmed – he was a pleasure to work with, knew his stuff, and took very good care of us. I’d highly recommend.

I actually found Mr.Rashid on TripAdvisor Blog through his answers to various tourist questions. I initially contacted him to find out the actual state of Taj Mahal repairs. He was very honest with his answers and provided a clear explanation to the conflicting reports I've read. We used his services to organize the route along The Golden Triangle. He provided us with a safe driver and transportation at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend his services, as he knows how to organize an interesting tour based on time constraints and interests. He is very honest and communicates very well! Thank you!

I want to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Rashid Agra (Mysha Tours) as he organized our 10 day India-Golden Triangle trip (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur). It was a wonderful trip and my entire family enjoyed the experience. I discovered Mysha/Rashid Agra on tripadvisor forum and dropped an email to which he replied overnight and we then discussed the plans over whatsapp/chat. He understood my travel plans & preferences, and accordingly suggested a custom itinerary. Transport vehicles (with safe drivers) were arranged for end to end pickup and drop off, and feedback was sought from us to ensure that the drivers were nice and that we were comfortable. After exploring Delhi, we took the Gatiman express to Agra and Rashid was there to welcome us at the Agra railway station. He reviewed our plans and ensured that we were well rested and comfortable prior to visiting Taj Mahal (which we went thrice, including once from across the Yamuna river). My family (including sr. citizens and kids) connected well with Rashid, enjoyed his company in Agra as he served well as our personal Agra Guide giving us historical perspectives and interesting details of various spots with in the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Fatehpur Sikhri. Rashid also helped us shop around in the right places, took us to some decent restaurants, covered from hagglers and even bypass some long queues. He followed up with Drivers at all times in Delhi and Jaipur to ensure that everything was going smooth and that we did not have to wait anywhere for the drivers to show up. Overall we missed both the Taj Mahal as well his company as we left Agra for Jaipur. I would highly recommend Mysha tours/Mr. Rashid Agra to any of my friends or relatives for arranging any aspects of their golden triangle trip.

Rashid ( Mysha Tours) organized a 3-days tour for four of us in Agra and Delhi. He is very knowledgeable and professional guide. he also provided high level care about our group. He showed up early in she morning upon our arrival to Agra's Hotel just to make sure we did not have problems for early check in. He built our program in such a way that we can have some rest at the hotel during the day between the tours. Rashid provided very good vehicle for us, clean air-conditioned SUV. His driver was very professional..that was very important considering Agra and Delhi heavy traffic on the roads. Rashid speaks fluently English and has excellent knowledge about Taj Mahal history along with the other sightseeing places in Agra and Delhi. It was easy to communicate with him via WhatsApp and email. Just want to mention that Rashid being Agra resident travelled with us to Delhi ( did not pass us to other guide) to provide tours there by himself so we can see the best of Delhi/new Delhi. I would highly recommend Rashid as a best tour guide for Agra and Delhi.

I sent a TripAdvisory inquiry regarding the recent renovation status of the Taj Mahal. Rashid responded, with a picture from his own camera taken at 11:10am the same day. No sales, no pressure...just a response. From that moment on, communication and service were of the highest degree. Look no further friends. We are already planning our Golden Triangle visit next year with Rashid. He is the best of the best.

Organised a 2 day 1 night flying visit to Agra to see the Taj via Whatsapp with Rashid. Was really worried before hand that something would go wrong but I did not need to worry. Rashid had arranged for a driver Sabah to pick us up at Delhi Airport who was there & waiting. The loveliest man you could meet. He drove us to Agra stopping along the route for lunch and a toilet stop and then to Wildlife SOS which was in the middle of no where and he found. We were so pleased. Met Rashid on arrival at hotel in evening and explained about the next day & our tour to the Taj which he was the guide. His advice to get up early for sunset was genius as we missed all the queues. His knowledge of the Taj was brilliant. We were then taken to Fort Agra & again guided by Rashid. He even took us to a shop to purchase a salwar kameez outfit. I could not recommend this company more. Both Rashid and Sabah were friendly, polite & trustworthy and of course his price was good value.

Spent a day with this gentleman (on day trip from Delhi via Gaatiman Express train), viewing splendors of Taj Mahal, "Baby Taj" and Agra Fort. His quiet, unhurried manner spoke volumes. He has lived most of his life in Agra; English is superb; cannot recommend more highly. Also, his personality makes itself known, so he is not a cold professional. He chuckled when I told him a previous guide in Delhi had warned me about the dirtiness and unsavoriness of Agra, "Give me his number!" he said. I couldn't agree more: in his hands, Agra was filled with loveliness. Would definitely go again and stay there the next time.

Our group of 6 people arrived Agra by train. Rashid was already there at the platform waiting for us. His English is excellent and very easy to understand for a non-native English speaker like me. He arranged a tempo van for our group which was very comfortable. Rashid is very professional and knowledgeable about the places. He knows the way around, made your visit hassle free and very convenient. My mobile phone was stolen outside the Taj Mahal. As soon as I told him, he ran after the thief, jumped over the fence to follow him, just like in an action movie. Although he couldn't catch him as the boy was so fast, he helped to get a policeman to come to meet me for filing a report. I knew that he felt more upset than me about the incident as he doesn't want the name of Agra to be spoiled. I was partly my fault for being careless. So I truly appreciated what he did. Despite the incident, we all enjoyed our trip in Agra. No compulsory shopping stop or anything like that. Highly recommended!!

I found Rashid very professional in his approach and easy to communicate with. The price quoted was very reasonable and the service top class. We had one night stay in Agra with a pick up and drop service to Delhi Airport. I cannot fault with any part of the service and there were absolutely no hidden costs. My wife and I traveled to Agra on July 11th, 2017 and spent the day touring the historic sites with Rashid from Mysha Tours. Rashid is an excellent guide, he did a really great job explaining all the history to us. We found Rashid on Trip Advisor and could see from all the Agra travel forums that he was very knowledgeable and helpful about all the details of a good trip to Agra. So we got in touch via email and WhatsApp and it was super easy to plan the trip. We came to Agra in the morning by the Gatimaan Express Train from Delhi (which was very convenient), and Rashid was waiting for us at the train station with a driver for the day (AC car). The train station is a busy place, so it was really helpful having Rashid meet us at the platform and help us navigate to the car. He took us to our hotel and patiently waited as we checked into our room and got cleaned up to go tour Agra. Our first stop was the Taj Mahal, which is the highlight of everyone's trip I am sure. They are cleaning the walls now so some parts of the building have scaffolding up, but it is beautiful nonetheless. We really enjoyed learning the history behind the architecture and artistic details of the Taj, as well as the history of the garden and how it has changed through the years. Rashid gave us an in-depth understanding of the significance of the Taj Mahal, took some great photos for us, and also gave us some free time to just wander around and enjoy the moment of being at this special place. From the Taj Mahal we went back to the car and headed onward to Agra Fort. I didn't know much about the Fort before taking the tour, but I am very glad we went and learned about it. The history of the Agra Fort is very much intertwined with the story of the Taj Mahal and the architecture is beautiful. Again, Rashid was full of good information about the lives of the Mughal emperors that had lived in the fort and the influence of each emperor. From the Agra Fort, we went out for a nice lunch at a local restaurant that served a variety of tasty foods. I think we had veggie pakoda, mushroom mattar, and chicken. After that we went to a shop that does inlay stonework for a demonstration of how the walls of the Taj Mahal were made (similar to pietra dura). The stonework is very beautiful and they have some amazing pieces in their shop but there was no pressure to buy anything (note: this is much higher quality stonework than you find at typical souvenir stores and for a good price). Anyway, I just want to point out that this stop was optional because some times people don't want to include shopping on the tour schedule - we didn't know what to expect but we were happy we checked it out, and did buy a couple things. Next we went to the Tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah (aka The Baby Taj or the Jewel Box). Again, Rashid did a great job providing information about the Mughal Empire and how the Tomb fit into the timeline. The stone inlay work and paintings were particularly beautiful here. We were planning on going to one more stop after that to the gardens behind the Taj Mahal, but we were feeling a little tired and decided to go back to the hotel and rest before dinner. The whole day was flexible and easy-going, we talked to Rashid about other things to check out the next day as we would be driving to Jaipur. Overall, I must give Mysha Tours and Rashid a huge "Thank you" for helping make our trip to Agra one that we will always remember fondly.
