Booked with Zui Travels our whole itinerary for Delhi and Agra and least to say it was one of the best organized trip we have experienced. Right from meeting and welcoming us from Delhi airport the entire trip was very well managed. Mr. Ahsan Khan, owner of Zui Travel himself kept checking with us constantly to ensure we were taken good care and having the best time. The guides and drivers assigned were very knowledgeable and had many years of experience in their respective services. In Delhi Ms.Kanika took us around Old Delhi and it was great to experience shopping and eating street food in Chandini Chowk. With her knowledge of the different lanes, bylanes and shops it was easy to go around even in the crowds. In Agra, Mr. Amit made our experience of visiting the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort a very memorable one. His sessions on history as well as on the lesser know monuments such as Mehtab Bagh enriched our knowledge. His experience provided us with some great vantage points to click and take home great memories. The logistics and day to day coordinations were very well managed by Mr. Ashok and Mr. Pramod. All in all this was one of our best tour experiences and I highly recommend to try their services.

Our short stay in India was made memorable by the excellent and outstanding service of Zui travels. We were picked up promptly by their driver from our hotel in Delhi. Safely driven us to Agra with our tour guide Mr. Amet waiting for us there. We are two ladies travelling for the first time in India and Zui travels made us feel secure and safe. Mr. Amet, our tour guide was not only knowledgable about the monuments' historical facts but was patient and kind enough to click momentous pictures for us. After the fun and impressive tour, we were brought to their office in Agra to personally meet Mr. Khan, the owner of Zui travels. He was the one who we communicated with a month prior to set up the tour for us. He was very hospitable and we felt genuinely welcomed during our short meet up. He even gave us a surprise sweet treat before leaving his office. We were suppose to avail our hotel's airport drop off service but since we were very pleased with Mr. Khan's hospitality, we asked if they can drop us off to the airport at 1am the following day, and was surprised to know that they do offer those services, even more, half the price that our hotel is charging us! This just shows that Zui travels aims not only to do business but to show Indian hospitality to foreigners. On our flight day, the driver showed up, 30mins before the set up time and safely drop us off to the airport. Overall, my friend and I were both very happy with Zui travels services. If we had known earlier how sincere they were, maybe we would have even entrust to them our full India travel activities. We highly recommend their services.
