We travelled to Jaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. Ghum India Ghum ensured that our family enjoyed every single moment. Sightseeing was well planned with enough rest time. The guide Jeetendra ji at Jodhpur and Naresh ji at Jaisalmer helped us with entire history of the forts. The hotels were awesome. And the best of all was our driver Pawan Singh ji who ensured that we were relaxed during our road travel, eat at good food joints and was very helpful throughout. If we travel this side again, we would surely want to go along with him Finally a lot of thanks to Mr Sarvjeet and Ghum India Ghum who as always ensured our travel was comfortable and memorable.

I contacted Ghum India Ghum on a friend's recommendation as I wanted a tour to fit our individual needs, Saurav and his teams were great and made the tour to our specifications. Any changes to itinerary that we requested were happily made by them. We were met at Delhi airport on arrival and taken care of by our driver Sauraj throughout the two weeks. He even drove to Amritsar to meet us at Amritsar airport when we flew there and drive us around in Amritsar and Chandigarh and drive us back to Delhi. Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable . A special thanks to Sauraj our driver, Mukesh in Agra and Lovepreet in Amritsar our guides. We have no hesitation n recommending this company.

We were met at the airport by our driver Harish who looked after us and drove us around for the duration of the entire tour. He was brilliant and transport was incredibly comfortable with air con. We stopped regularly for lunch and he made sure we were well looked after. We had tour guides for every day so we made the most of our itinerary. The hotels we stayed in were luxurious and the food was amazing and clean. The entire tour was so magical, spending time seeing all India had to offer in this Golden Triangle. Our final stop was the Marigold Hotel (Ravla Khempur) for two nights, this was the icing on the cake and so special and relaxing, just beautiful. I booked a trip tò Golden Triangle with Ghum India Ghum. And loved It totally. Saurav and his team is exceptionally good. They provided me with all the help i needed while traveling to different cities (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur). I would recommended Ghum India Ghum tò all.

Had a wonderful holy trip to varanasi during Maha Kumbh, thanks to Saurav and team who helped me find a very nice hotel in Varanasi and arrange for temple visits. Saurav was very accommodative though Had to change my trip schedules quite a bit and ensured that I was able to cover all my schedules. Thanks a ton Sauvrav. As solo traveler I am always carefully choosing the partner agency for trips.I read a lot about India and local agencies and I choose Ghum India Ghum. I did the Golden Triangle with Varanasi and at the end 3 days KErala trip. I was very satisfied with the whole booking process, I asked a lot of question and received answers very quick and professional. All the guides and drivers were very punctual and communicate in English. Saurav from the agency was always available on whatsup and always open and willing to help. All in all, trip was what I expected and I was very happy to use Ghum India Ghum as organiser, it was reliable and knowledgeable.

Guides are nice. Transportation is good. However, it will be good if customers can skip the everydays's awkward shopping routine.

Overall we were very happy with our tour booked with Ghum India Ghum. Our driver was always on time and professional and the itinerary had all of the major sites and activities we wanted to do. Note that local guides will take you into shops after every tour that push sales which was our one complaint, but that may be a cultural difference. Overall recommend booking we had a great holiday!

We used Ghum India, for a 11 day private tour in January 2025. We were liaising with Mr Saurav (owner), and he was quick to answer any questions we had. Our driver Mr Suraj was excellent in taking us to all the places listed in the itinerary. His driving was safe and made us feel comfortable throughout the trip. We did have one issue on the trip. Our hotel in Shimla was changed (not at the last minute) but in November without us being notified, even the driver was not notified of this change. We went to the originally selected hotel, only for it to be closed for renovation. Wasted 2 hours because of the mess. Already we had travelled 8 hours to get to Shimla. Otherwise the trip went as planned. Also it's not often stated in many reviews, but it's vitally important when you recommend hotels, that those hotels have sufficient facilities for the drivers. (Adequate sleeping and eating arrangements.) They drive long hours, they deserve decent facilities. Maybe worth keeping in mind for future trips your company operates.

It was a very nice tour, with interesting guides for each station. The driver Mr. Harish was very experienced and prudent in Indian traffic. The choice of yoga place 15 km in the mountains near Rishikesh was wonderful. Pick-up times were reliably adhered to. Always happy to do it again.
