The arrangements were great by Neeraj from Flextates. He organized the trip as per our requirements. We really enjoyed our stay at every hotel and traveling in tempo traveller was super fun with recliners couches inside. Special mention to driver Ramdhan as he was very supportive and kind throughout the tour.

We had a three days tour from Delhi to Jaipur to Agra and back to Delhi. From beginning to end, our communication with Neeraj was excellent. We got an expert & friendly driver and a comfortable car. Our hotel accommodation was also comfortable. Neeraj managed to book two great hotels in Jaipur & Agra. Overall, it was a memorable experience. This was one of our best family trips which we had gone after a long time. We had gone for 4N/5d tour to Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. Mr. Neeraj from Flextates Media and Tourism had planned a very detailed, relaxed and enjoyable itinerary for us which was not at all hectic. Rajasthan was our long awaited tour that was full-filled with Travel Traingle associated with Flextates. We had taken a 7-night and 8 day tour package. Mr.Neeraj from Flextates has organized our entire trip including the accommodations in Jaipur, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur and Udaipur. It was an amazing experience and the best hotel was in Jodhpur (Mandore Guest House). Regarding transportation they had arranged an experienced driver (Mr. Yogender Singh) for the entire trip. Yogender was very skillful in driving and he is well versed with all the routes within Rajasthan. He knows the history too as he is a graduate in history and he explained every place in detail. We had a 1 week trip to Rajasthan It was a good experience with Flextates tourism. Neeraj and Riya gaves us best pakage. we spent 2 days in udaipur, 1 day in jodhpur and 2 days in jaipur. Tempo driver Mr Rakesh was also polite and humble. overall good experience with team.

(1) Niraj from "Flextates Media and Tourism" was the best from beginning till end of the trip. Initial trip planning was done considering all our requirements. He had also helped in suggesting flights, picking attractions and accommodation's. Thoughout our trip he was there to help via chat and call almost all the time, it gave a comfort to us as he was in touch all the time as it was unknown place for us. 10/10 for Niraj and his company in this regard. (2.) When we are travelling via cab-based tour, its very important to have a good driver, or else complete trip will be spoiled. Initially I got a driver whom I was not so happy, but he got changed later to Ratan. Ratan was very experienced and had good knowledge of all the places we visited. Though some places I insisted him to take like Shipgram or Bharatiya Lok kala mandal whereas some he took himself like Bullet Baba Mandir, Block print shops during the ride. He was polite. His best quality was time keep up, he made sure we kept within time and also he was ready sharp time as discussed on earlier day. (3.) Rajasthan overall is a beautiful place and people are genuine and innocent. Every fort we visited had different attractions. Travelling from one city to another city (like travel to Jodhpur from Jaipur OR Jodhpur to Udaipur etc) was slightly tiresome, but not as bad as I thought though. Out of our 7 days trip almost 2 days was spent on travel, but this is what all travellers do mostly. (4.) I felt some attractions like 'Kahazana Mahal' in Jaipur was waste of money. They were mostly privately owned attractions with big entry fees. Instead I liked Govt owned places like "Shilpgram" and "Bhartiya lok kala mandal" in Udaipur. Dessert stay is a must experience in Rajasthan. We did it in Osian which was decent and good enough to have a glimpse. But more if you want then better try Jaisalmer. On the way to Jodhpur from Jaipur stop by at "Bullet Baba Mandir", this is a temple for a Bullet !! I felt elephant ride was costly. Camel ride is fun. Getting guide is must to understand any attractions, so do not hesitate to pay guides. (5.) From food perspective, Thali was heavy, so we used to order 2 thali for 4 of us and order more chapati if required. In Udaipur you must try road side shops for street food. We did try "Dahi Saabu Dana Fry" with Lassi, it was yummy. They sell a fruit called "Singadia", this is special in Rajasthan, this is grown under water and they sell it road side. 60Rs for 1 KG. Its filled with protein and also yummy. If you are sitting and watching sunset somewhere, instead of eating popcorn better take 1 KG of Singadia and I guarantee you will not regret your decision. Mostly all hotels we staying had a good breakfast buffet, so breakfast was all done in hotels itself. Many hotels had both South and North food in breakfast. (6.) Do your research before going to any place. For example, in Pushkar local people will jump on you to take guide help, better close your ears and move on. In Jaipur auto-walas will take you to some cloth shop (as they get commission), better do your research on shops. Everywhere in Rajasthan you will get Bedsheets, Dress, Saree etc with Rajasthan prints. At the end of trip you will be almost tired hearing the same stuff from Guides. Better to buy in Govt shops. Overall it was such a memorable trip for our family during this holiday season. Hotel, attractions, food, weather were all good. Thanks to Flextates and Niraj for giving such a memorable experience for us.

We planned a holiday with family. Neeraj from Flexates Media planned our itinerary so well and meticulously. We started from Jaipur, then 2 days in Jaisalmer. In Jaisalmer especially the rides in Sam Dunes were very thrilling and exciting. Then we travelled to Jodhpur and finally Udaipur. The hotels and the taxi drivers were very helpful and nice people. We visited Jaipur, jodhpur, Udaipur with Ajmer dargah Pushkar brahma temple Kumbhalgarh fort and Ranakpur Jain temple on the way. Our itinerary was well planned by Neeraj and it covered all the significant places . From our vehicle and driver Yogendra Singh to all hotel rooms and food everything was very satisfying and really good. Our driver was very friendly and explained things well.
