I joined my sister on a nine day business trip to Delhi. Vivek customized an itinerary for us around her work schedule and we got to see and do everything we had hoped (Old Delhi, New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, cooking class and mehndi). Vivek was our guide for most of the trip. He is knowledgeable and easy to understand. He knew the best places for pictures and shooed people out of the way to help us get a clean shot. Having a local guide also minimized what felt like pushy interactions with people trying to scam or sell something. We simply adored our driver. Even though he didn't speak English, he was very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was immaculate and quiet with good air conditioning. Rajesh was our guide in Jaipur. He seemed to know everything about local history, including fascinating and technical explanations of the Observatory (a must see!). When I plan my next trip to India I will definitely contact Vivek to handle the details!

It was a great tour to interesting landmarks that would have been really difficult to get to on our own and in THAT traffic. Harshit was a great guide - easy to get on with, informative, organised. Habib was a careful and safe driver, always where he needed to be to pick us up during the four hour tour which stretched to five with a well-chosen lunch stop.

Just completed a 7-day tour which included Delhi, Ranthambore, Agra, Jaipur, and Rusirani Village. The tour was amazing and well organized. Our hotels were very nice and comfortable. Our driver Shiva was very professional and helpful. Each city had a local guide who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We wanted to add Rusirani to our tour and the company was able to accommodate us without any issues. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this tour.

It was a really well coordinated tour. Our tour manager Ms. Sonia was very responsive and professional with tour itineraries and communication before our arrival in India. All the tour guides, that we met, at different stops were very professional and knowledgeable; especially Mr Vijay (Agra) and Mr Dilip (Jaipur). Lastly, we have to give a shout out to our chauffeur Mr Shiva Kumar, who drove us around start to end, during the whole tour. He was very professional, accommodating, and friendly; we had the best time chatting with him and learning more about different places that he drove us to. He is caring about the clients and did a great job in making the trip amazing and seamless. We highly recommend his services for such tours.

My husband and I had a fantastic time thanks to Joyful Holidays. I found them through Viator and booked our trip to India but now I know I can contact them directly for future travels in India. The founder of this company had a great vision to help female travelers have a great experience when traveling to India but now I know males and females are both using this great company since Sonia does such an amazing job.
