I had heard about Umesh from other colleagues of mine and had heard of an amazing job he had done with their day tours to the Taj Mahal from Delhi. When reaching out to him he was very helpful and accommodating. From the get go Umesh answered all my questions and concerns I had and made sure I had all the information of pricing and small details of how the day would be. From the moment we were picked up to the time we were dropped off we were well taken cared of not only by Umesh, but also by the driver and tour guide we had in Agra. Everyone was very helpful and our driver and tour guide made sure that we weren't being ripped off by locals at the Taj Mahal and in Agra. Whenever we wanted to do or purchase something our tour guide made sure that we got exactly what we wanted since it was wall our first time in India. We were then taken to an amazing place for lunch that had so many different options from Indian food to Asian food. Of course we ate Indian Food and we were all very happy with the food we ordered. We wanted to purchase a few souvenirs and our driver and tour guide made sure we went to a few local places to purchase exactly what we wanted. Our day was running behind schedule and Umesh knew this and reached out making sure that everything was ok since he knew we needed to be back at our hotel by a certain time. When we reached back to our hotel Umesh had a colleague of his meet us at the hotel with gifts for each of us which we very much appreciated. If you get the chance to go to Delhi, please reach out to Umesh. He is very accommodating and helpful and has many other tours he can help out with you to make sure you trip to India is a great one.

With minimum time on the ground in Delhi, my colleagues and I wanted to see the Taj Mahal. I contacted Umesh who arranged the day. Even when our tour numbers kept changing, (we went from four passengers to five, then to six… ) He was so patient -rearranging vehicles, even up to an hour and a half before our scheduled pick up, when we added another person. Umesh was not able to make the trip to Agra with us, but he sent a colleague along with the driver – and hooked us up with Arif, who was a phenomenal and knowledgeable guide at the Taj Mahal and Fort Agra. Umesh took care of all the details to make sure we were safe, comfortable and well taken care of. On my next “layover” in Delhi, I plan to contact Umesh to do a tour of the city, and the spice markets. Delhi is a overwhelming city to visit on your own! I travel the world for a living, and prefer to venture out on my own, but in Delhi... you MUST have a guide! It’s hard to maneuver your way around in this busy city, and having a guide makes your experience one that you’ll truly enjoy! Umesh was the best guide I’ve EVER had, and I can’t recommend him enough! He gave me a private guide of the markets in Delhi, and customized my tour to exactly what I wanted to do and see! I’ve never had anyone do that before. He sent an Uber to my hotel to pick me up, for such a cheap price! And made it so convenient to meet him to start our tour. His English is perfect, and he is so kind and knowledgeable about everything he shows you. He was so patient with me shopping and looking mostly, and helps you haggle for a great price. I would of never found these local shops on my own. Having a guide really helped from being approached from all the sellers, and he always was looking out for me and gave me great safety tips along the way. We ended with a snack at a local restaurant and I had one of the best Roti breads that I’ve ever had! He does lots of other tours including trips to the Taj Mahal. There’s a lot of tour guides in this city, but Umesh is the best one to show you around! I will recommend him to everyone and I look forward to booking another tour with him when I’m back in town!

Despite so many obstacle when trying to adapt to Indian life on our first day there (we were relocated to another hotel which messed up all our orientation and us arrive so late to the meeting point, the internet on my phone didn't work, we had to leave early to get back to the hotel :D) Umesh gave everything to show us as much as possible in the limited time we had and took us to some great places! He is super patient, very very accommodating, great fun and super well organised. Upfront we were messaging back and forth to adapt time and meeting point, he set up a whats app group where we could share pictures etc - if you want someone with impeccable English skills, great organising and entertaining skills book a tour with Umesh! Umesh was truly my favourite tour guide of all of the tours I've ever been on in multiple countries. Being on a tour with him felt like hanging out with a friend. He was brotherly, professional, and knowledgeable!! I enjoyed all of the markets we visited and he even help me negotiate prices! He made sure I was safe the entire time!!! He even set up a tour for me to visit that Taj Mahal with a driver and tour guide. I highly recommend his services. I have no complaints.

Umesh was great even before we met up by keeping communication with me. He is such a friendly and professional guide. I felt very comfortable and safe walking with Umesh from the beginning. My favourite part of the tour was watching the beautiful sunset on the rooftop he showed me. Just wow! Umesh also had some other delightful surprises along the way. I couldn't have done Delhi myself and choosing Umesh was the perfect decision.

The price and itinerary were great! This tour was exactly what we wanted. We didn't have to worry about anything. All details where taken care of and we where able to enjoy our visit to India. Excellent tour guides who spoke English where provided in each place and the hotels where 3 stars or 4 stars. Our driver stayed with us for most of the tour. We felt safe and in good hands the whole trip.

Umesh is a great guy and really helped us explore parts of Delhi that tourists wouldn’t get to see otherwise. We loved going around to the different markets at night and experiencing the local spots. A great thing about this tour is that it’s fully personalized to whatever markets and goods you are interested in. Loved this tour!

1. This tour went above my expectations. It was my first time in India and therefore New Delhi. So naturally was very excited to see everything. Umesh, my guide was like like a friend who was showing around their hometown. He’s very warm and welcoming. Easy to talk to. He speaks fluent English so communication was easy since I don’t speak Hindi. Accompanying was his colleague Sunil who was also a great help. We went to Chandni Chowk where we did some shopping and helped me get the best deals on Indian wear for my family. He’s excellent at haggling and shared how to haggle. The spice market is heaven. The scents are amazing. He also took us to a famous Hanuman Mandir, Sikh Mandir, and Jain bird hospital. Also, we ate a paratha stand that was delicious. Umesh took us through ally ways of the spice market to the roof top of a building which gave us a spectacular view of the city. Because of the shopping we ran over the tour time but Umesh didn’t care he wanted us to have a the full experience. I might some great people on the tour as well: David and Estrella. All in all it was a great day. I definitely recommend this tour. The service is top notch and you get your money’s worth and more. 2. I also booked to day trip to Jaipur with Umesh. I was picked up at 4am for the drive to Jaipur. Vinod was excellent I was safely shuttled to abs from Jaipur in a clean air-conditioned car. I even napped both ways. The tour was excellently well. I had an attentive guide who was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions. The city is beautiful. So before booking reach out to Umesh and see what tours he offers. My wife and I had an incredible experience with Umesh on a tour of Temples and flea markets in Delhi. We were able to visit places that we wouldn’t have known about on our own. Umesh is a great guide, very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. He is someone that you can trust and he wants to make sure you have a wonderful stay in India. We had a great day touring the Taj Mahal. Umesh set up a private driver and tour guide for us, we just had to show up!! The driver picked us up from our Air BnB in Delhi and took us to Agra, stopping midway for breakfast and coffee. We picked up our tour guide once we got to Agra who was very friendly and informative. He got us through the ticket and security process at Taj, making it easy and quick and gave us a great tour with lots of information. He also knew all the great places for photos and became our own photographer! After the tour he took us to a marble shop where we got to see how the beautiful inlay was done on the Taj and allowed us to shop around for some souvenirs. We then went to another handicraft store to see how the embroidery was done; both stops were really interesting, allowing us a glimpse into the history and culture, and gave us the option to buy some beautiful keepsakes. Lastly we stopped for lunch at a restaurant serving authentic India cuisine as well as other menu options (lunch was included in the price of the tour). Being short on time, we were not able to go on the tour of Delhi that Umesh offered to take us on but there is no doubt it would have been a great tour. He made our experience at the Taj Mahal so easy and memorable and even gave us small thank- you gifts for booking with him. He was very flexible and accommodating and I would recommend booking any Delhi/Agra tours with him!!

My husband and I had an incredible time doing the golden Triangle thanks to the very efficient, carefully, and accommodating organization of Prince and his company Travels Aide Tours. I organized this trip literally last, last, last minute to celebrate my husband birthday and i got the exceptional help from Prince. He greeted us at the airport with our private driver Prakash for the entire itinerary except for the Delhi portion. Prakash was very polite, considered, gentle, and excellent driver, always on time and also guiding us when needed(5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service) during our Agra visit we had Abdul as our guide, he was very passionate guiding us to the heritage sites and giving us the information of the history of his native city. Abdul was excellent. After visiting Agra, as per my husband request Prince added the visit to Fatehpur Sikri and Chand Baori Abaneri. My husband and I thank TravelsAideTours for adding these 2 places without additional cost ( both places were spectacular and full of historical information). Then we arrived to the beautiful Pink City. Jaipur is in our hearts forever there, we had Pankaj as our guide. Pankaj knowledge, insights and advices had a big role in our perception of Jaipur as the best of the three city we visited. Finally we arrived to the unique and special city of Delhi. There We said good bye to Prakash and started directly our itinerary with Prince. We had a great time with Umesh as he walked us around Old Delhi. He brought us to temples to experience ceremonies that we would have never been able to do on our own. He made sure we ate everything we wanted and shopped for everything we needed. The day was ended at the beautiful Akshardham temple as the sun set on the city. A perfect day.

Had such a great time exploring Old Delhi. Umesh met us at our hotel as I was not comfortable finding the meeting point. He made the trip fun and exciting. Delhi is definitely an experience and having a guide to show you the ins and outs make it so much more manageable. Ended the amazing day with a nice cold beer. Thank you Umesh we had a blast.
