Very very bad experience....If u want to enjoy your vacation/holiday don't book any trip from this agency...Fraud...after taking money they work as per their own .our trip was from Delhi Shimla Amritsar Delhi n it was horrible experience.Mr.Kuber who was arranged our booking. 1 St they provide delhi hotel which was like Oyo room,fan , geyser,door lock not working hotel was in a place where cannot rome around after 7 PM for chain sanct hing and other bad activity. 2 nd At Shimla we went to the hotel carrying all luggage from cab parking to mall road and when we reach hotel, our booking was not there n we felt so shame infront of all,after connecting kuber ,he suddenly without information changed our booking to some hotel which was very far from City. 3 rd at Amritsar we requested to keep the hotel near golden temple n they again booked the hotel far away and hotel was situated inside some lane where hardly any car can enter. 4 th Again on return to Delhi when we requested to change the first Delhi hotel they given confirmation that hotel was changed to some other hotel as per our request but again suddenly before reaching Delhi when we connected hotel before check in ,our booking was not there.and that also they didn't informed.again when connected Mr.Kuber he asked to pay extra which was booked earlier as per there confirmation.... So this agency is not reliable...we booked based on there review and comments but not eligible for rating 1 also..They belive rating 2 is a good rating whatever the hotels they provided after suddenly cancelling our hotel. Don't pay anything in advance else no body will care once all payments made... If anyone want to get the details on our trip I can share personally HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Did Tours of Taj Mahal (6am) and Fort Agra (9am) with Vishal. Each took ~1hr. Vishal Guide Agra is on time, polite and speaks english very well! He focused on the relevant basics, didnt tell a huge story about any stone, but knew all details if we asked. We really appreciated your tour, thank you, Vishal! Greets, Tim & Viktoria

Tanvir organized a private tour for me in Udaipur. He was very professional and the communication was great- he usually answered within minutes. Additionally since the tour was in another area, he was not able to be the guide himself, but the guide who he contracted, Sanjay was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke excellent English and Spanish. I would recommend to others who are looking for someone to organize tours!

Tanvir was a fantastic guide for the Taj Mahal. He was friendly, informative and personable as well as being very interesting to talk about the history of India. He was happy to talk to us for as much or as little as we liked so the tour was well tailored to our interests. Also provided a great tour of Agra (Red Fort and Baby Taj).

It was amazing seeing the wonders of the Taj and learning about the history and architecture. Our guy did a nice job of navigating us through.

He is very good. He explained many things to me like how the Taji Mahal was built and context of erection of Taji mahal. He also can speak some Japanese. Totally I would say he is a good guide.

Mr Ahmed’s storytelling was amazing and he leaded us during the trip in a very effective way. He was also very polite.
