Mohammed was pleasant, warm, knowledgeable, and patient. He tailored the tours to what I wanted to do and gave me ideas to best guide my decisions. I would love going on a longer tour at some point with him. Enjoy having him as your guide!!

This Tour is expensive. Really. As it was my first time in India, I was not ready to take any chances to screw things up with the Taj Mahal particularly as I wanted to do a sunrise Tour. So you wish and expect the perfect scenario. Unfortunately, ITS Holidays is all about your money and not your experience.
First, let’s say a kind word about Amar, my driver. He was perfect. He slept in his car in front on my hostel in Delhi to be there on time (Departure at 3am). Dealing with foggy weather, he drove fast but safely and made sure I was okay with how he was driving. He even made a stop and offered me something to drink. We were in Agra on time before sunrise.
Only problem is that is was still very foggy. Therefore, it was impossible to see anything including monuments such as the Taj. Forget the nice pictures. I didn’t know at the time, but foggy weather is common during winter so it’s not rare you can’t enjoy the view before noon. ITS Holidays didn’t warn me about that when I booked. As a tourist, you don’t necessarily know those details. So even if I had good chances to not being able to enjoy my sunrise Tour, the company sold me this package without any warning that it could not go as planned.
So I asked my guide if, instead of visiting the Taj first, we could visit Agra Fort first. Which we did and it was the right call as I was barely able to see the fort. Not only that, but during the whole guided Tour of the Fort was I pushed move faster. The guide never stopped walking and barely gave me time to take pictures. It was like he needed to deliver my package tour as fast as possible.
After the Fort, it was still very foggy. Nevertheless, my guide still wanted to go directly at the Taj even if we couldn’t see it! I had to ask once more to postpone the Taj later and to visit the Baby Taj instead. There, same fast track visit story. Then, it was the same thing with the shop and the restaurant. I had to ask to do the rest of the package before the Taj. And every activity had to be completed as fast as we could. In addition, I have to say that my guide brought me at a shop where the prices (depending of the products) were ridiculously high. As I had arrived days before in India, I didn’t really know how the locals were bargaining or the real values of things. I knew my guide had probably a deal with the shop but he was my guide so I expected some help. Don’t count on that. I had to bargain with the merchant all by myself without any advice or help from my guide.
Finally, we did the Taj Mahal and it was very nice. Lucky me, the fog had almost disappeared so I was able to enjoy it. My guide did a good job over there. It could have ended well. But. There’s a but. My guide made a final stop at a marble handicraft shop where I could witness an art workshop. It lasted 5 mins. Then, they brought me inside and took 25 mins to explain me how to buy gifts, how they could deliver it in Canada, etc. It was horrible and I couldn’t even escaped as I had to pay my Tour (in cash only which it hasn’t been specified anywhere before) at the shop!
Worst experience ever in India. This company looks like the only thing they cared about is your money and not your day. I don’t recommend at all.
PS: I posted this review last February. They asked me to removed it as it was an unfortunate mistake and they could fix it. Guess what. Nothing happened. They tried to mute me with another scam.
