The tour was well organized. Rishi was very helpful and made sure that I got all the document needed. It was a smooth process at the airport as Rishi sent all documents needed ahead of time. I appreciated talking to him on the phone to review the tour as I was traveling solo. My driver Ananthu was great and on time from my hotel to Bangalore airport. My driver Sanju welcomed me at Delhi Airport with flowers and made sure I had breakfast to go. He was friendly and attentive to my needs with additional snacks in the car. I felt safe. Raj was a great tour guide very knowledgable. He knew all the great spots for pictures . He explained in details and was always ready to answer more questions. The lunch at Bon Barbecue was so good with vegetarian or meat options. We had the buffet and truly appreciated the staff and atmosphere of the restaurant. I also listened to presentation on marble and embroidery /gens. Very interesting to learn about their industries but please don’t feel the pressure to buy anything if you don’t want to (personal choice). I bought a little marble box. I made it safely home exhausted but felt very fortunate for my experienced driver through Delhi traffic on the way to the airport. It was still a smooth process at the airport having my boarding pass sent by Rishi ahead of time. Thank you all for taking good care of me ( solo trip) . I was met at New Delhi airport by Devendra a pleasant man always smiling. He had plenty of clod water in his car for when ever I needed it. In New Delhi my tour guide was Dilip who has a great wealth of knowledge. Then in Aura I had R.K.Sharma as my guide who was also very knowledgeable with great pride in the heritage sites. In Jaipur my guide was Rajesh Parashar who like the other guides had so much knowledge and experience delivering it with humour. All cities had their own unique sites to see. The lunch venues served very tasty food. And the hotels in each city were beautiful. All together Kohinoor holidays put together a great package with lifelong memories.

Very straight forward booking process. Raj our guide was absolutely amazing. His knowledge, sense of humour and photography skills were first class. Raj looked after me when I had a very minor health issue. We felt so well looked after. Devinda, our driver was also excellent and stored water and treats for us. We felt very safe in his care. Lunch was lovely too. We would very much recommend this tour operator and Raj.

I traveled from Mumbai to Agra to see the Taj-a very long day (about 24 hours)-but worth it to see this beautiful building and learn about the history of Agra. Rishi was very helpful in arranging the trip and easy to reach. Sanju, my driver, was there to meet me in New Delhi and drove me to Agra where we were met by my guide Raj. Sanju is an excellent driver and Raj an extremely knowledgeable guide-who also took some great pictures for me! I was a bit apprehensive to travel alone as a woman, but felt completely safe. I liked learning about Agra’s craftsmanships and I understand that tourism is the main business, but would have liked a little less of the hard sell (my only slightly negative comment). I would give 4.5 stars.
