Everything was perfect, our driver, Ram, was so kind and accommodating towards us. Extremely professional while also allowing us to develop a relationship over the time we spent with him. He stopped on the way to Ranthambore and bought us Guavas so we could try them as they’re local to the area. Thank you, Ram! You made our trip so comfortable and stress free. Each of the guides were great too.

I did a solo 5 day tour after a business trip to India. This company, especially my driver Ajay Kushwaha, was phenomenal. From the airport pick up in Delhi, to the tours and the guides I was literally treated like royalty. Due to the winter months the guides made suggested tour rearrangements based on the weather which allowed me to see the Taj Mahal in full sun instead of fog. There were some shopping stops involved but none were high pressure and all were high quality. Ajay literally to care of me like a member of his family, was an awesome DJ and a big highlight of the trip in and of himself. I hope that this company does more tours in India. I will be signing up for them.

I had an incredible experience during my trip to India, and I can't recommend this service enough! Our driver (Pooran Singh)was not only professional but also a great guide throughout the journey. The car was always clean and well-maintained, making the long drives comfortable. The service provided was exceptional – they always made sure we had everything we needed, including bottled water. The guides we had at each stop were knowledgeable and spoke great English, which made exploring the sights even more enjoyable. The hotels we stayed in were comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. Overall, a seamless and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend this service to anyone visiting India!

Our trip from start to finish went very smoothly, which was all down to Sonia and our driver, Ramkumar Jadon. All our tour guides were very good and very knowledgeable. We chose the four star hotel option and found that all of the hotels were to a really good standard, and staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Ranthambore safari was really good fun with great scenery, although we found that seeing a tiger really does depend on luck, zones and vehicle as the smaller vehicles can get around the park quicker. We were lucky and did see some tigers but we feel the experience would have been worth it regardless as there are lots of other interesting animals to see there. We wanted to thank Ram especially as he made our trip feel very safe, he always arrived on time for pick ups and was great at providing knowledge on the local areas as we were driving from city to city (as well as encouraging us to try the local foods). We would definitely recommend him as a driver and loved the whole experience.

I booked the 6 Day Delhi Agra Jaipur Udaipur Private Tour with Viator. The local operator, Joyful Holidays, is a woman led company, founded by Sonia Handa. I initiated the contact with Sonia through whatsapp. From start to finish the communication's from Joyful Holidays have been consistently prompt and informative. It was great that I could simply text my preferences. I was brought to a carpet shop in Delhi and a stone shop in Agra. I recommend to skip these if you want to maximize your time. I always come out feeling bad for not purchasing anything. With the Internet, the information that you get from the shops can be researched independently. I felt safe throughout the tour. My request for female guides were considered which made me feel more comfortable. I had a great time with Alvina Singh in Delhi. She made me feel like I was just going out with a friend. The second guide Bindu Bisht amazingly managed to give me a solo pic in front of Taj Mahal even if there were many people. Neeru Chauhan in Jaipur was also great. All 3 female guides were excellent. There are few female guides in Udaipur. The male guide Vishal Gurjar made me feel at ease immediately and was very professional. The most significant support came from driver Ajay Kushwaha. He was the driver in all cities. The roughly 7-hour drive from Jaipur to Udaipur was pleasant and the stops were timely. All pickups from hotel were prompt. The car is always clean and I’m grateful that he was able to find things that I left behind as he cleaned his car every morning. It’s comforting to just have 1 driver throughout my tour. It took me a long time to visit India due to safety concerns as a solo female traveler. Sonia and her team put me at ease. I saw a substantial amount of places at a short time. I highly recommend this tour. If you have time, don’t stop at Jaipur. Spend at least 2 nights in Udaipur. It was a nice finale. I will definitely use Joyful Holidays again if ever I return to India.

The driver was excellent. Parven was polite, an amazing driver and went out of the way to assist us. The guides were professional and knowledgeable. The Taj mahal was a highlight and each day was an adventure.

Each place has been very interesting and we have so many photos. My favourite place was the Taj Mahal, somewhere I have dreamed of seeing for a long time, it didn’t disappoint. The people are very friendly and English is widely spoken The food has been very good throughout and it helps that your driver/guides know of good local restaurants if you don’t always want to eat at the hotel. It has also been interesting to see how people go about their daily lives.

From start to finish the communication's from Joyful Holidays have been outstanding, very useful info and messages almost every day making sure everything was going well. It has worked like clockwork, no hiccups at all. Our driver Raju has been excellent. The first few days saw thick fog and long drives, his driving was perfect. At no time were I or my wife concerned or worried. Raju looked after us so well, at every hotel he came in to make sure check in went smoothly, his recommendations for restaurants were great. The guides we had at each destination have also been very good, knowledgable and friendly. All the hotels have been of a good standard and the reception and service outstanding. All I can say is a big thank you to joyful tours for an excellent well thought out and faultlessly executed tour. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, I hope you are lucky enough to get Raju as your driver. Thank you Joyful holidays and Raju exceptional service.

The tour was well organised, you get to see a lot of places in a short time. Our driver (Mr Sonu) was great, the car was comfortable and we could make stops when we wanted which made the car journeys go quickly. Tour guides meet you at each location, all the guides we had were fantastic, spoke good English and knew the history of each place. Would recommend this tour.

We had an amazing time! Shout out to our absolutely rockstar driver, Pooram Singh, for accommodating our every need and keeping us safe on the road. Itinerary was perfect for the time we had so we were able to see everything! Special shout out to our guide, Amar, in Delhi and Dilip in Jaipur, for answering all our questions on history and culture with patience and dedication.

Great trip and Sonia is very helpful and attentive. Made me feel comfortable throughout the trip and confident that I was in good hands. Two main highlights (aside from the tourist stops) were the parallel hotel in Udaipur and my assigned driver Sonu. Sonu did a wonderful job escorting me through all the cities in a timely manner, with good conversations, and helped coordinate with the different tour guides in each city as well. The only change I would make is to book hotels myself, but I was pressed for time and the convenience was well worth it.

The Taj Majal/Agra Fort Tour was great. The driver arrived promptly and was very polite. The tour guide met us in Agra and he was very knowledgeable and polite. He took great pictures! They were on time, courteous and we felt safe. I would recommend!

My guide Ash was very knowledgeable and gave good insight into the history of each sight, also made me feel comfortable throughout the day. We had to shorten the tour as my wife wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t attend, and they were flexible with the start time and the guide still made sure made sure I was able to fit all 5 sights I wanted to see in even though we had less time. Side note to the review of the tour, doing the tour on a Sunday, every sight was jam packed and the traffic was really bad, so something to factor in when choosing a day.
