Shehla was great! I was in New Dehli for a short business trip therefore had limited time to sight-see and shop. I booked with Shehla given the positive reviews and I did not regret it. She asked me ahead of time what items I was shopping for so she could curate my experience. I had a lovely time and purchased some beautiful items, including a rug and hand carvings from small businesses. Being with Shehla was like shopping with a friend. I would definitely partner with her again.

We had a great day with Shela and our driver. She took us to an excellent tailor where we had several bespoke outfits made, and a lot of fun choosing fabrics. She took us to lots of amazing little places down the windy narrow streets of Chandni Chowk to find the things we’d asked for and to try some street food. We also asked to go to a record shop called New Gramophone House which was a new one for Shela, but we were grateful for her help in finding the place and dealing with the staff there. We came away with some really interesting Indian records.

We had the pleasure of taking a guided tour with Shehla and her partner, and it was an unforgettable experience. They not only took us to the best shops and bazaars catering to the wedding crowd but also shared fascinating facts about Indian wedding traditions and culture along the way, which made the day even more special. The tour included visits to saree and lehenga stores with in-house tailoring services. It was incredible to see how quickly and beautifully they could customize outfits—ready within hours! Once we had our outfits sorted, we explored Old Delhi’s famous Chandni Chowk, also known as the Wedding Market, for accessories. A highlight was Dariba Kalan, an iconic wholesale jewelry market where we found unique pieces to complete our look. Shehla and her partner were fantastic guides—knowledgeable, friendly, and an absolute joy to spend the day with. They made the entire experience seamless and fun. I highly recommend this tour to anyone planning their wedding shopping in Delhi. You won’t regret it!

Shehla organized a great day in New Dehli. We paid the full fee but went out from 10 to 3 at our request as we had arrived the night before at the Imperial Hotel and wished to get adjusted to the time difference. We saw the wedding markets, spice markets and, of course, had to visit the carpet and jewelers. If you wish to buy something do your research before so you can stay focused on the quality and price. I was interested in materials for embroidery. The driver provided information and history about the city and people. He was very comfortable and as friends for many years their coordination is evident. The car was clean and safe water was provided. Sheila can arrange lunch for you if you are interested. We did not eat the street food. As Dehli is hectic with traffic and people I would not explore the endless markets without a guide. I would absolutely insist my family members contact Shehla if they wished to explore Dehli. I highly recommend this tour to you.

The trip was very well organised. The driver was excellent, always on time and driving very safely. He was very polite and kind. The tours were also excellent. The guides were knowledgeable and helpful. We managed to see all the sights and got taken to nice tourist-friendly restaurants. Specifically our tour guide in Jaipur - Tahir was incredible. Very helpful and tailored the info and tour to what we wanted to see. Would recommend!!

We had a special introduction to Delhi with a wonderful textile tour with Shehla. She tailored our tour to our interests Saw a demonstration on the making of traditional carpets whilst enjoying several cups of Masala tea. Saw so many exquisite fabrics, taking home some scarves and pillow cases. Enjoyed a crazy tuk tuk ride through the alleyways of the old Delhi markets, filled with stalls for wedding bling, shoes and more and stopping for some yummy street food.

As a Westener who had never been to India, nor to an Indian wedding, I knew I needed help picking out outfits when I was invited to a dear friend’s wedding in Delhi! I arrived in Delhi without a single piece of clothing appropriate for the wedding. I worked with Shehla for a half day and she took me all around Delhi, guiding me on what kind of outfit I needed for each event (Mehndi / Haldi, Sangeet, Wedding, Reception and more), and taking me to stops in the wedding market and other locations only locals know about. I bought multiple STUNNING outfits that were literally tailored to my exact dimensions in 24 hours and delivered right to my hotel. I also bought gorgeous costume jewelry that I will cherish forever. The Indian aunties at the wedding called me over and told me how beautiful I looked — I truly have never felt so beautiful in my life! Shopping with Shehla made this process extremely simple — as she handled all transportation, negotiation and translation. Shopping with her put my mind at ease that I would be respecting Indian wedding traditions correctly. Our day of shopping was also super fun — literally a top highlight of my trip to Delhi! Can’t recommend her services highly enough.

Shehla was THE BEST! I had absolutely nothing for my friends wedding and I got the best custom made blazer for work and some amazing blouses. Tried some amazing street food. Samosas are the best now! Got amazing spices and teas! If you even are considering doing this then do it. It helped so much for all my needs and wants of Indian shopping!

We described what we wanted beforehand having little idea what to expect. Simply put Shela over exceeded in every way, no place we went to was not ideal and add on top of that it she lovely to spend time with. Very knowledgeable and whether we were walking in markets, traveling by car, rickshaw or auto rickshaws- we always felt 100% at ease. Perfect shopping trip seeing carefully matched items for us. Of course we bought and now will have memories of India at home We chose her based on reviews, and will hope others do likewise.
