Naveen was truly the best. He started by showing us to a great breakfast spot, then on to share his vast knowledge of Taj Mahal. Helped us avoid situations, get through lines quickly, find a professional photographer, and overall enjoy our day at this majestic site. Truly an unforgettable experience.

Sam helped me find eyeglass frames at an optician on the street and arranged for the new spectacles to be delivered to the restaurant in Delhi across town where we were having dinner. They went above and beyond to make things happen, were flexible and patient, and tailored and changed itineraries to make it work for all of us. Naveen has good judgment people. He selected spectacular tour guides at each location that we visited. The driver he selected, Mustack, ensured we were always comfortable and timely to our next location. He worked to ensure that the tour was personalized to what we wanted: bird watching at Keoladeo National Park, safaris at Jim Corbett National Park, and planning an India’s greatest hits trip while also making sure we attended our friend’s wedding! As a person with several food allergies (dairy and gluten), I appreciated how Naveen made sure to communicate my dietary needs to Mustack and others so I could experience the variety of food India has to offer without great worry.

We hired 2 days of city tour of Agra Taxi Services during our Stay in Agra. Our tour guide name was Naveen Upadhya, he was brilliant with his knowledge of places to visit i.e Taj Mahal and forts around city. We extended their services with a request for him to arrange for our onwards journey to drive us from Agra to New Delhi, to take us to places of interest around New Delhi visting Akshardham Swaminarayn temple, lotus temple, Kutub Minar, Haji Ali Mosque and many more places of interest including famous Chandni Chowk. We highly recommend their services, and Naveen is credited to this company. We would definitely ask for Naveen again. We wish him all the best in his career
