Very efficient. Guide sent text before arrival to confirm all pick up details. Malik met me getting off my train car. Car, not tuk-tuk, waiting for us. At Taj Mahal we walked around lines and tickets were on his mobile. Malik made it clear that any time we could stop for photos and questions. Malik knew good photo locations and took the pictures with me in the shot. History of the site and surroundings were easy to understand. Same can be said for fort Agra. I had extra time before train so Malik took me to 3 local artisan stores. Intricate inlays in marble, embroidery art, and rug weaving. Yes, I was able to buy items, but was assured no pressure by everyone. True, no pressure but the workers continued showing new items until I said no thanks. So when you’ve seen enough just say so. Also true that craftsmanship was nothing short of amazing. You will never see this work again so educate yourself while in India. Restaurant for lunch was pleasant with wide variety and food was prepared well.

The driver arrived on time and took me safely to Agra. They also took me to local place to buy some local goods and support the local community. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. As a female solo traveler I felt safe

This tour really does take you to some of the most beautiful places in the world. Faizan and Bobby were very kind and helpful, Faizan was such a wonderful photographer too and knew all the best shots and how to navigate the crowds. It made each visit interesting and also very convenient. They also helped me to find some Pathi as gifts for my team. Highly recommend for your trip to Agra.

The journey started with a pick up from Ali, he was a careful driver who managed very well through traffic. He drove us for the entire day from New Delhi to Taj Mahal and back. At the Taj Mahal we met with Deepak our tour guide, very friendly and with perfect English, Deepak grew up in Agra so has great knowledge of the area, everyone was very impressed with his stories about the Taj Mahal and the local artisans community . Deepak treated us very well. We were able to customize the trip to our own interests and see the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Would recommend as a guide. We chose the 7am pick up from Delhi, would recommend the 6am for more time at the sites during Winter's shorter days.
