Arrived in Agra to visit the Majestic Taj Mahal. Was welcome by guide Mr Naveen and he was punctual as per the time discussed. He is friendly, courteous and polite too. We tour the taj mahal and he was knowledgeable and professional. He speaks good english and is able to answer any doubts that i might have. It is a great experience on this tour with him. He make sure that everything is well taken care of. He take great pictures too. Definitely a six star host. Please request for him if you would like to visit Taj Mahal.

We extended their services with a request for him to arrange for our onwards journey to drive us from Agra to New Delhi, to take us to places of interest around New Delhi visting Akshardham Swaminarayn temple, lotus temple, Kutub Minar, Haji Ali Mosque and many more places of interest including famous Chandni Chowk. One of most wonderful trip of my life, visiting Agra with 'Taj Travel Services'. I have been accompanied by Samarth to the Taj Mahal for all the 3 days of my stay at Agra . He has been like a heritage -project research guide on the Taj, as I was intending to explore the Taj extensively. He has even meticulously planned all the finer details during my stay, like authentic breakfast place, local delicacies as per my interest, guiding through the lifestyle in Agra and also navigated me through the authentic arts & crafts stores, while suggesting on reasonable gift ideas for friends. He made me feel a belonging-ness to the yester-time, a sense of being lost into the history, into the era of ancient world. Also, he is definitely a talented photographer too, who actually gifted me the best of pictures from my solo visit to Agra. Last but not the least, the drivers of the car services from 'Taj Tavel Services' are also very nice to make the roads comfortable and enjoyable. Must say, it felt like my trip was guided by long known friends, the way every finer detail was taken care. I have experienced the best of hospitality, warmth of friendly care and respect, and a safe joyful trip to Agra. Great new cafe just opened. Gluten free, vegan and vegetarian meals clearly marked. Flavours were beautiful and it will be somewhere we visit again.

Naveen Upadhyay our guide for the tour made sure we had the most perfect day in the city. He is warm, well-behaved and knows his facts. He even took special care of my elderly aunt. Naveen took us to the Taj Mahal, Agra fort and Baby Taj in a day; taking very good care of us and accommodating our requests. We appreciated his perfect English, all the historical details and little fun facts he shared with us. He made sure we were everywhere at the best time; especially the Taj Mahal was a big highlight. Also he’s an awesome photographer, make sure to hand him his phone there for the best shots! We finished with a short trip to a place where they do marble inlays which was interesting to see, but can feel a bit like a tourist trap as they try to sell you their marble tables etc - so just skip that if you want to avoid this. I would definitely recommend Naveen, he has been a wonderful guide.
