    A memorable experience
We did the old Delhi night food walk and it was a great experience. It started with the tour of the sisganj sahib gurudwara, and it was a great experience seeing the food preparations and langar. Then we started the food tour with interesting insights from our host Anubhav. He was extremely patient and helpful and took us through the streets of old Delhi to explore various eateries. While the food itself was worth the cost, the knowledgeable guide was invaluable. Thank you for making our trip to Delhi a memorable one - this was one of the highlights of our time here!

    MUST DO ACTIVITY IN DELHI
We had a fantastic experience at the Old Delhi Night Food Walk tour. The food was delicious and Saurabh was very knowledgeable on all foods and Indian food culture. We had great fun on this tour and felt safe throughout. It was a wonderful sensory experience during the hustle and bustle of Old Delhi. We tried soo many different foods - sweet and savoury. And even some traditional beverages too. This tour is a MUST DO activity if you are visiting Delhi.

Jaipur Food Walking Tour with the HungryHitchhiker. First Rate and Best Food Tour Ever
Great food. Interesting and varied locations and venues round the old town and side alleys of Jaipur. The food and food venues I’d normally walk past and think wouldn’t be agreeable to my western palate or stomach. Well we tried them all during this tour. I can’t tell you how long it lasted but maybe 3 plus hours ran past quickly as we rambled through the noise and smells of small back alleys and visited the smallest kiosks and sampled the freshest food. Only small samples and portions since we maybe visited over ten locations. Our host was enthusiastic and friendly and provided water, wet wipes and sanitiser and expertise to find the best places and the most varied of Jaipur street cuisine. My favourite? The rose petal jam and the rose ice cream. Everyone in our family found something to their taste and all agreed the finest tour we’d done. Highly commended!

An essential tour of street food heaven through the bustling streets of Old Delhi
Went on the Old Delhi evening food walk, simply a must do if you want to efficiently experience an extremely wide variety of delectable traditional street food from different places while having the local history explained to you, particularly if short of time in Delhi. Saurabh was a first class knowledgeable guide, excellent English and incredibly conscientious about cleanliness of food, hygiene and safety throughout to ensure a memorable experience for all. Caters for all dietary requirements (I was in a group of two, one vegetarian and one non-veg). The main tip to give is he warns you at the beginning to pace yourself because there’s a lot of food, and he’s spot on, so make sure you take your time and have built up an appetite before going on it, because he’s not shy about ordering more food if you really need! Savoury dish highlight was stuffed paratha and for the sweet tooth, jelebi and a secret mango khir.

5 senses firing all at once
This is more than a street food experience, it's a full throttle five senses at once tour - with street food! A super way to experience both Delhi street food and the old town. There is no way we would have been brave enough to submerge ourselves into that incredible part of Delhi let alone try any food with out our guide. Once you start there is no turning back so get ready to be very full and exhausted after 4 hours! An absolutely incredible experience. Flower market and spice market closed on the day we chose, but that made little difference to us. We saw and tasted ALL that we needed to. Not for the faint hearted or anyone who might have walking challenges.

Old Delhi street food tour with Shreya
We had a lovely evening in Old Delhi on our street food tour with Shreya. She took us to some delicious authentic eateries and it was great to try a wide selection of foods from sweet butter milk to spicy samosas. Shreya was confident and reassuring as she led us through the bustling streets and she was very knowledgeable about the food as well as giving us some history as well. The food tour was one of our favourite experiences of our India trip. Thank you Shreya.

    An absolute must do!!
This was one of the highlights of our trip to India! I can't recommend the night food walk tour and this company enough. They were very communicative during the booking process and the meet up point was easy to find. In an area as chaotic as chandi chowk, going on the food walk tour made it navigable and less overwhelming but not at all less authentic. Our first food stop at night was still one of our favorite meals of our few week trip. Our guide, Raj, was easy to get to know and made it feel like you had friends in the city. The group size was small. The food was all authentic stands that have existed for decades, were incredibly tasty, and hygienic.

Had what we expected and then more
We did an evening food tour with Saurabh as our guide, and we enjoyed it a lot. Saurabh is extremely knowledgeable with food and Delhi's past. We learnt a lot and ate even more. If you have the appetite, you can go on and on with the food. But our stomach is about to burst at 7th stop, so we call it a night. So word of advise, go in hungry. I cannot recommend highly enough.

    Best food tour in India!
My husband and I went on this tour in an effort to find a company to lead our group trip in December through the food of India. We found the best company and guide. They were professional, smart and took into consideration our safety and health. Can't wait to bring back our group of 17!

Excellent insight to the food culture of ND
We did the brunch walk with Saurabh guiding us. The food was excellent. Careful selection of the places we were taken to, and precise instructions ensured that we were not affected by any illness, contrary to the popular belief. This experience gave us the best chance to experience life in Delhi in such a unique manner. If we did a regular tour or explored the city on our own, we would have missed most of what we saw by taking this tour. Saurabh was excellent in all aspects and ensured that we were fully engaged with the experience throughout the trip, despite the nearly 40 degree heat of Delhi summers. If we visit Delhi again, would definitely do either the breakfast or the dinner walks...

    Must do
We did the Dinner walk on our first night with Rav and couldn’t have asked for a better way to start our trip. Make sure to read the note - DO NOT EAT LUNCH BEFORE! So much food and variety. Loved every minute of it and not just the food but visiting the Seikh temple and just walking the streets. Rav made sure we made it safely on the Metro to finish the night also.

    Highly Recommend 10/10!!
The food tour through Old Delhi was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to India, our guide Prithviraj (Raj) was super accomodating in helping us navigating meeting times times. Once underway Raj was super knowledgeable sharing lots if useful information about the history and background for a lot of the foods we were trying. Being in India, it is easy to get apprehensive about trying food from street vendors but having a local put our minds at ease. Hands down it was the best food I had while in India and can highly recommend booking this. The food we tried werent big meals but several small dishes so you get an opportunity to try a variety of sweet and savoury dishes. 10/10

100% Book this tour, it will be a highlight of India!
100% the best thing we did in India!! The team at Delhi Food Walks were fantastic at communicating with us via email and whatsapp leading up to our tour, especially as our travel days and times kept changing. We went on a night tour with Raj, he was awesome!! Very relatable, informative and looked after us. We had around 9 or so dishes which were all amazing and safe (no sickness). I would 100% recommend this to everyone going to Delhi, you really get the true Delhi experience. When people ask about our trip to India, this is the first thing we tell them about!
