      New Years Eve Tour
My husband and I booked this tour for New Year's Eve because it was the best day we could schedule it during our time in Delhi. We were the only ones on the tour this particular day and despite being NYE, Chef Aditya took his time with each of the stops, he explained each dish and the history behind them, and also gave us insight into Old Delhi. We are vegetarian and that was not a problem at all. We enjoyed everything we had and this was a great way to try dishes and vendors we would not have on our own. Highly recommend!

      Super good food tour!
We had a fantastic whole day food tour with Aditya through Old and New Delhi. It took 7h and we experienced very good street food, super tasty, diverse and clean. It was a really good tour and we did food tours all over the world. I would highly recommend it.

      Very memorable day out.
Did this food tour last Christmas and it was superb! A great way to try Indian street food and see Old Delhi, we were taken to the tour guides trusted vendors who prepared the food themselves. Particular favourite was the biscuits cooked over coals! I would highly recommend!

A sensory feast in Old Delhi
Spent an amazing day with Aditya wandering Old and New Delhi and sampling street food as we went. Having a knowledgeable guide is essential in Delhi and Aditya was great, taking us to places we would have had no chance of finding ourselves, negotiating with TukTuk drivers and giving us a history of the places we visited, some of which have been in the same family's hands for 140 years. Cannot recommend highly enough!

      Delicious day in Delhi
Brilliant. This tour was an excellent way to see and learn about Delhi while tasting a wide selection of delicious food, most of which I'd never tried before. Our guide Aditya was informative, funny and a delight to spend the day with. I'll admit I was nervous about the risk of stomach issues trying so many foods, but the only problem we hit was trying to pace ourselves and not get too full! We also did the Food Tour in Delhi Cooking Class with Chef - the combination was perfect and it's obvious how passionate Rajeev and Shikha are about sharing the many wonders of Indian food and culture.

A masterclass on how to build flavour
Fantastic experience, even better than I could have hoped for! Shikha didn't give us recipes so much as show us how to build and adjust flavour for chai, pakora and chutney, 4 vegetable dishes and a dessert. She invited us to taste and use our intuition and just adjusting until we had the flavour profile we were looking for. He explanations were clear, easy to follow and always interesting. Loved it.

One of the HIGHLIGHTS of our 14 day tour!
The information regarding the use of spices was so valuable! Everything we eat now we consider what and where we are tasting! The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The hands-on approach is the best way to learn. Highly recommend this experience!

Excellent tour, great food, strongly recommend.
Excellent tour with incredible food and history. Our guide, Chef Aditya, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he took us to several spots a tourist like me would never find (or be brave enough to visit). Took my 11YO daughter, and she loved it, too. And Aditya took special care of her along the way.

Unexpected private tour of Chandni Chowk's deliciousness
Had a fantastic time walking around Chandni Chowk with my guide, Aditya. I was the only one who booked this particular day so I got a wonderful private tour. All the food was delicious! I only had one free day on a weeklong business trip to India, and this was the only "non-work" activity that I had time for. I'm so glad that I prioritized this tour!

      Best 13 Hour Layover
On my return trip from Sri Lanka back to the states I had a 13 hour layover in Delhi, which obviously meant I had to book one noteworthy tour that made the most of my $10 India visa…and this one exceeded expectations. Not only were the food selections delicious, varied, and representative of the cuisine, but they were also sourced from family institutions that were established around a century ago. The best part however was my guide, Chef Aditya Shahi—request him if you can. As a formerly trained chef, he knew every recipe down to each specific spice, and could predict what flavor I should expect in each bite. He guided me through the beauty of thali and appreciating the differences between eating foods individually and in concert. All the while, he was so personable and fun and made great company for a solo traveler like myself :) And most importantly…I was STUFFED, both in the tummy and with food knowledge by the time I made it back to the airport.

Deliciously Delightful: A Culinary Adventure with Chef Adi
I had an amazing experience on our private food tour, especially with Chef Adi leading the way! His expertise added a unique depth to the tour, and his passion for food was infectious. We got to taste a wide variety of delicious dishes, each stop feeling like a culinary adventure. The pacing was perfect, allowing us to fully appreciate each dish without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a fantastic way to explore the local cuisine, and I can't wait to do it again!

Everything I needed a cooking class for be and MORE
I don’t know where to begin…first Chef Shikha was an absolute Godsend; as far tres to get out of the airport and to my lesson. If it wasn’t for her calm head she never would have made it. She started the class going above and beyond. And once I arrived at the location she was so kind to offer me a nice welcome lassi and a sandwich so I wouldn’t be starving as we were making foods. I had taken the all day old/new food tour with this company in 2017. It was such an amazing experience I always said the next time I’m in Delhi I am taking a full on cooking class. I’m so glad I did. It’s an interesting class that cover the spice palette for basic Indian cooking and how how to layer 7 spices to get a plethora of flavors. Bonus they even gave me some spices to take home :-) We made a chutney, a snack, veggies and the sauce for butter chicken from Scratch NOT a powder. I can’t wait to try these recipes when I get home. The food I made that day in class. It was so good :

This is a very inactive, flavorful tour. Great guide, great food, lots of options yo learn more about the food and the culture.
We thoroughly enjoyed the street food tour. We went to many different stalls and had a variety of food from light to heavy, sweet to spicy, and everything in between. Our guide, Dave, was a former chef, so his knowledge of food was extensive. He knew his way around old Delhi and knew the vendors who were making the food. A word of advice: Don't have breakfast or have a very light breakfast, before you go. There was so much to taste and the tastes were often snack sized, so we were stuffed. The driver was also professional and efficient. Our guide and driver worked as a team, so we weren't spending time waiting around. The price was more than we paid for some other tours, but it was worth it. The value was there due to the quality of the tour and the guide.

Such a rewarding experience! Our guide Ash (Ashwani), was very informative and passionate about the tour. His English was excellent as was his awareness of his surroundings. I could never imagine visiting the streets of Old Delhi without a good guide. Our shuttle driver "Bill," was also very professional and arrived on time. Our online contact, Shikah, answered our preliminary questions in a very timely fashion. However, what stands out the most, is the timing of the tour. A lot of thought and time-tested experience has gone into this tour. It is very well designed and operates with precision. Pay the extra to have a private tour and you will be glad you did. Well done!

I had two days to spend in Delhi before returning to France. After an excellent half day Old Delhi photo tour with Chef Aditya walking the alleys of Old Delhi practicing street photography following Aditya’s good advice, I decided to spend my second day in Delhi with her again. A full day of delicious food while strolling the streets of Old Delhi and New Delhi. Something I could never have done alone. Delhi can be impressive for a solo traveler.
Aditya is kind, funny and informative. I loved spending these two days with her. And I've always felt safe. Tasting delicious dishes and strolling through the streets of Delhi is the best way for me to discover or rediscover Delhi.
Thank you again Aditya for these two wonderful days with you.

We took the food tour with Chef Aditya Shahi on our second day in Delhi, and India. Nothing like diving in to get the full cultural experience. What an experience it was, we ate so much incredible delicious food, which Aditya talked us through explaining all the flavours and how it was made. Hygiene was beyond reproach everywhere we went. We travelled by foot, by auto rickshaw, by pedal rickshaw and by car so a lot of distance was covered. He took us round the beautiful calming Sikh Temple, and round the kitchens where they feed 10,000 people a day. We saw and tried so much, an experience that has given us a really good basis for the rest of this and future trips. Everything was included in the price. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Food tour done with chef Rajeev Goyal. A guru in his profession, you can’t have a better nutritionist. Getting to know a lot of typical Indian food and places you would never go without Expert. Explanation of herbs and medicinal effects and resto tips. Highly recommended when visiting Delhi! TOP 👌

This was an incredible experience. Aditya was a chef and introduced us to an outstanding tasting of many authentic Indian dishes. From food stalls to sidewalk restaurants, we were tasting all that Delhi had to offer. Chef Aditya included interesting details about the history of Delhi. We enjoyed Tuk Tuk rides as well as taxi excursions throughout old Delhi and then New Delhi. Do not miss this food tour.

This was the highlight of our visit to Delhi! They were kind enough to let us reschedule as we both arrived feeling a little under the weather.
Āditya was a great guide ! Very knowledgeable and adapted the tour for our preferences and what we wanted to see. The food was unique and delicious, definitely not anything we would have found on our own. If you're wondering, this tour is absolutely worth it!

We really enjoyed this tour! We got to try so many different foods and there was so much to eat that we couldn’t finish it all because we were too full. Aditya Shahi was a wonderful guide, friendly and knowledgeable. Our favorite had to be the Kulfi- ice cream filled in the fruit skin.

Do this as early as you can in your travels. The food tour is great in that you get exposed to lots of Indian foods. In total we ate about 12 items and we were so full by 8 but I'm glad it was that then them not giving us enough. The tour guides were very knowledgeable about food and friendly and it didn't feel rushed at all. Some of the places we ate were certainly not ones I'd be adventurous to try alone. My only feedback is how to give is perhaps some more variety in the styles of food we ate - it was very bread and curry heavy, but maybe that's Indian food? Overall very well worth it.

Our Delhi food tour today was a fabulous insider tour of Delhi with amazing food. My daughter and I were picked up from our accommodation by our driver in an airconditioned car. Our guide Jaidev took us through Old Delhi food markets & laneways to family food shops and finished in New Delhi small family restaurants. Some of the tour was walking, some by rickshaw and some in our car. All the food was delicious, with lots of variety. Safe food is a priority on this tour, it was so well organised and we absolutely loved it. Thank you Jaidev and our driver.
